Dolphin Cove Villa ligger ved havet og har en fantastisk udsigt over Violin Beach & Bay; slappe af hver aften, når solen falder ned i den afsondrede Violinbugt. Tag det hele ind fra kanten af din private infinity-pool eller gå en tur til en af to uberørte strande.

Dolphin Cove Villa inkluderer: 4 soveværelser med ensuite badeværelser og AC, privat overdimensioneret infinity-pool, daglig stuepigeservice, kokke på stedet, havudsigt køkken og stue, siddeplads til 10, indendørs og udendørs bar, tropiske haver, privat udendørs terrasse og palapa grillplads ved siden af ?? poolen.

Der er to strande inden for gåafstand (200 meter), den første er meget afsondret med adgang via en snavssti fra villaen (lidt stejl i bunden) og den anden fyldt med skaldyrsrestauranter og klart blåt vand perfekt til snorkling.

Villaen ligger 2 miles fra Santa Cruz Marina og shoppingpromenade og ca. 3 miles fra torvet i La Crucecita.

Villaen er bemandet med en husholderske og en grundeholder. Vores tosprogede concierge på stedet kan hjælpe med ethvert opholds- eller oversættelsesproblemer. Hvis du ønsker madlavede måltider, planlagte udflugter, privat massage, restaurantreservation, lokal information osv. Hjælper vi gerne med arrangementerne.

Eight ladies spent a wonderful week at Dolphin Cove! The bedrooms were very spacious and the amenities were good. Concierges were helpful. Irma and Ophelia took good care of us with meals and Josephine kept the place spotless. Pool was fabulous, perfect temperature and cleaned twice weekly. We spent many hours enjoying it as Huatulco is very hot, day and night! The views were spectacular and it was very quiet-we couldn’t hear any traffic nor guests at the other villas. Just ocean waves and jungle sounds!

Spectacular Stay

We spent a week on this beautiful property and will definitely return. The staff was attentive and our cook was amazing. The location is safe and perfectly located to access all the sites around Huatulco.

What a beautiful place to stay. A small walk to the public beach with several nice restaurants. Only a ten minute cab ride to town. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean with Spectacular views and reasonably priced. I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful Coastal Escape

I stayed here on a vacation with my extended family. The house and location were perfect, and everything you see in the postings photos probably doesn’t do it justice. The staff also went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Special mentions are due to Margherita for her delicious meals.

Wow! What a View..

House was amazing with incredible views from everywhere. Everyone loved swimming and relaxing by the infinity pool. Margarita was fantastic and made some delish Mexican meals. Definitely recommend for a family get together. The only concern is that the entrance of house did not have a lock. It is in a nice gated community but I guess we are just being used to locking the front door. This did not interrupt our stay and would stay again for sure.

Paradise with a view

Stayed with a group of friends and loved having a great space to hang out together and the ability to go to our own suites and have lots of space and every comfort available. (Including A/C) The views cannot be beat and the ability to walk to two beaches from the property within 10 minutes is amazing. Fruit welcome basket was a wonderful touch. Wish there was less mosquitoes, but the concierge was very accommodating and brought extra bug spray + had the property treated the next day. We are already trying to figure out when we will be back!

Amazing stay at Las Palmas

We loved our stay in House of the Rising Sun Villa at Las Palmas. The resort is in an absolutely gorgeous location overlooking both La Entrega and El Violin beaches. We loved walking to both for snorkeling and hanging at the beach. We had lunch almost every day at La Entrega. The villa was perfectly laid out for our group with a gorgeous common area for hanging out together and private terraces for some quiet time. We had Josefina make breakfast and dinner for us each day which was perfect during Covid times and I would recommend at any time. She is a wonderful cook! Angel and Omar were also really helpful setting up tours, arranging for taxis and really getting anything we needed! Highly recommend!

Huatulco's Best Location

If you like crowded resorts, cheap amenities, and a programmed stay planned by someone else, do not stay here. I had considered many locations in Huatulco before our stay and took time during our visit to check these out. Las Palmas is hands down the best location in the area. It offers amazing privacy, even from the other villa/casitas on campus, allowing you to feel as though you are the only family/group on the entire Pacific coast. The views are mesmerizing. We stayed at Dolphin Cove. Both of the villas have unbeatable views. The beach area is almost all to yourself most of the time and is really a perfect place to hang out, swim in perfect water, enjoy awesome snorkeling, and view the waves crashing into the rocky cliffs. The concierge service is great. Feel free to arrange you own adventures, but they can help as well. I highly recommend several meals with Margarita cooking. You will not regret this. She is awesome. Absolutely ideal setting. Thank you, Las Palmas!

Celebrated my husbands 50th!

Where do I begin The staff are absolutely amazing! From Margarita cooking and being so passionate about what she cooks makes the food more enjoyable. The concierge Luis, Oscar always asking if we need anything. Asking at all times being very attentive . Checking in on us at all times. Arranging our excursions, caking taxis for us, Calling for delivering runs. They went above& beyond. It’s paradise! The view says it all! I couldn’t have picked a better location and the staff to make my husbands 50th Magical. They are so accommodating in every way. Little details that go along way. I will highly recommend Las Palmas to all my friends/family or anybody who is thinking about checking this place out. I highly recommend you do so. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Las Palmas!

Paradise

Every aspect of this property exceeded our expectations. If anything the photos on VRBO underrepresented the scale and beauty of the property. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, the fridge was stocked as requested and supper was on the table. The staff is incredible; 24hr concierge/translators were very helpful, the cleaning staff literally scrubbed the entire place from top to bottom everyday, the pool was cleaned every morning, we accepted the cook service and highly recommend. Tide was our cook and my kids adopted her as their grandmother. Tide cooked hearty authentic Mexican dishes that we enjoyed. Violin beach is worth the effort, it’s located near the villa though there is quite the elevation change that could be difficult for some. We prefered violin beach vs La Entrega as the snorkeling was awesome and there were never more than 6 people. From the pool we saw dolphins, whales, and sting rays. Incredible. One note; We travel with small children, the handrail on the patio surrounding the pool is made out of wooden rails. The handrail is very sturdy but our two year old would have easily passed through the railing where there is a 15’ drop. We were obviously very careful with him and nothing happened but it is worth consideration if you have young children.

You set the tempo: make it as relaxed as you want.

Las Palmas, Huatulco is a haven! If you are looking for comfortable livable surroundings, beautiful views to the ocean, the green comfort of palm trees, the vibrancy of bougainvillea, and a great pool, then stay here. This is a small resort, standing on a headland about 10 minutes from town centre by taxi. It is quiet! It is calm! And all the attractions of Huatulco are still very close. For a beach holiday, I like a place that is well appointed but not fussy. I don't want to worry about a bit of sand or a wet bathing suit. Las Palmas meets that criteria. The casitas are well-designed, and thoughtfully equipped and homey. Good beds! And being on the headland, the breeze at night is wonderful. Staff: very friendly, eager to help and as attentive as you require. And most have been at the resort for a number of years. They know their jobs, and how to take care of their guests to make them feel right at home. That's how I feel at Las Palmas: right at home! Thanks to the owners, and staff for making Las Palmas such a welcoming place.

Wedding in paradise

My wife and I got married on nov 7 at las palmas. We actually rented the entire resort for the week as we had family coming in from all over the country. Words cannot describe how beautiful the views are from the three infinity pools located at each of the three villas. The staff was exceptional in every way. We had the wedding on site and couldn't have been more pleased.

Fabulous way to celebrate a "big" birthday!

I had dreamed about how I wanted to spend my 50th birthday for 5 years and the week we spent at Las Palmas in the Turtle Bay villa made that dream a reality. Everything was exactly how I pictured it, with an open floor plan, stunning views, wonderful service all around (Oscar and Talina along with the rest of the staff-the best)! We had the most amazing food prepared for us each morning and most dinners by Jennifer and Nico, such lovely ladies. There was so much to do, we rented ATVs, went snorkeling (so much to see so close to shore), rented scooters, and then we'd relax in the pool to watch the most incredible sunset we'd ever seen. We got to meet the owners of Las Palmas who made us feel like royalty, such down to earth nice people. I had one of the best massages ever, maybe that is due tot he setting as I was poolside! We travel quite a bit and I have to say that this was one of the best places we have visited. Everything about the resort was fantastic and we cannot wait to come back again and again.

So Special!

Las Palmas is so fabulous we're back again after a stint in Oaxaca City! The feeling of comfortable luxury with Mexican flair and affordability. I felt so special and spoiled for the price! Our casita was a home away from home decorated in fabulously tasteful Mexican decor with windows that slide open at every wall to let the tropical breezes waft through. Very romantic ;) The view is positively stunning. Looking down onto an empty cove that you can walk down to,and a beautiful rocky coastline with no other houses in sight. There are 2 balconies and a rooftop deck that I did sun salutations on every morning. I can't say enough about this place. We had a car, but taxis are plentiful and most hops to any of the sights and bays are 10 bucks or under. Talina and Ceasar and the rest of the staff are just awesome and helped us get settled and on our way to adventuring in Huatulco. This is a GREAT home base. A quiet and beautiful place to come back to at the end of the day. The beaches and accomodations in the bays are unimpressive to say the least. Look no further. You will LOVE this spot. We will be back again. Maybe a yoga retreat next year with all my friends :)

Family vacation in paradise!

My family and I wanted a getaway from the cold midwest winters and chose Las Palmas, in Huatulco after seeing the amazing photos and reviews online. We were blown away when we arrived and were greeted by the helpful staff and fabulous grounds of the resort. We rented the Turtle villa, which was spacious and had more than enough room for everyone. The private pool was gorgeous and the views were simply spectacular! We enjoyed all that the area has to offer. We took a taxi and explored the town of Huatulco, had an adventurous ATV ride, and enjoyed great food and drink at the local bars and restaurants. However, we often found it hard to leave Las Palmas as the private pool and beach were so relaxing! We enjoyed meeting and having a drink with other guests, but loved the privacy that the resort has to offer. Our week in Las Palmas was nothing short of amazing! It was by far the best family vacation we have ever had and are already planning our next winter getaway!

Dolphin Villa at Las Palmas

My family and I stayed at the Villa called Dolphin in Las Palmas. It has four bedrooms so it could fit my entire family. With its own private pool and ocean views this Villa it just unbelievable to say the least. We paid a little extra and had the staff at Las Palmas prepare breakfast for our group each morning and it was worth it. Each morning my family would wake up to coffee, juice, fruit, and a different authentic Mexican main dish every morning. The cooks would always make extra so we had leftovers for lunch too. What a way to start each day. Then it was down to the Las Palmas private beach for snorkeling, swimming or just sun tanning. The Villa at Las Palmas is luxury at its best. I can’t wait to bring my family back to Las Palmas.

Difficult to describe in words!

My family felt incredibly fortunate to have the chance to experience a week long visit at Las Palmas. This resort compound is like no other that we've ever stayed at. The moment we pulled up to the grounds and the gate opened, we were greeted by several staff members with huge smiles. They rushed our luggage into our villa and presented us with moist towels to cool our necks after our lengthy travels. Just pulling up the driveway is a treat as lush vegetation is on all sides with an amazing assortment of beautiful flowers and towering palms. Of the 3 large villas on site you can't go wrong as they are all impressive, but Dolphin Cove where we stayed was certainly a treat. From the foyer (beyond the fountain and the back lit dome ceiling) you can already see the ocean in the distance though one of the main floor's suites. Each suite is quite large with double vanities and large stall showers that look out over the pacific. From the balcony you peer out over the infinity edge pool and into Violin Bay with it's private, sandy beach begging for a visit. The downstairs area or main living is voluminous and opens directly into the outdoors with high ceilings, stucco archways, warm colors and incredible decor. While Huatulco and the surrounding small communities can still seem 3rd world at times, this resort offers the finest of amenities from the options for private chefs, in house massages, concierge services, Wi-Fi, etc. I would highly recommend a trip to Las Palmas for those that crave a luxurious and relaxing experience!
