Amazing holiday

The staff were amazing and the house was incredible. We couldn’t have asked for more. This was the best food we ever had in Mexico and by the end of our stay Delphino and staf felt like friends. Thank you so much for everything. We hope to see you again

Huatulco house in the beach

Only thing is beach water is brown in that specific area because of all of the river water that meets with the ocean there and they are building another house or what looked like a house right next to it and construction was going on during our stay. Otherwise , the house is beautiful.

Beautiful home, great location but needs attention

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and the staff is superb. The house could use new outdoor furniture and definitely a new kitchen, ants made it inside the fridge! Delfino, the chef is absolutely outstanding, honestly he make this work. Property management team is about as bad as they come, no accountability and good luck getting an answer!

Villa Escondida is on of the top properties in our company, we've never had a complain about the property condition because as the villa has on site staff, they take care of the villa daily. About the ants, Huatulco is a tropical place, and even with all the actions of preventing insects in the property and fumigating twice a month, is difficult to keep all of the insect away. And this becomes more difficult if you leave food outside, gets ants, and then put it in the fridge. In the other hand, our staff is always in touch with the guest and they answer as soon as possible. In this case, is confusing for us because our staff never left you without an answer or unattending, it must have been an misunderstanding. Finally we are delighted to hear that Delfino, was a highlight of your stay. This is not a surprise for us because all our guests loves him. We will be sure to pass along your compliments to him. We were very happy to hosted you, and we hope to see you again soon to make sure next time you have an excellent stay!

Reviewer Comments: We have been going to the Villa for the past 8 years...usually in February (for 2 weeks)...but we went in October for my husbands's birthday...we brought along our 3 adult kids and their families! We have been talking about the Villa ever since we starting going and our kids never understood why we kept going back to the same place! Now that they have been there...THEY TOTALLY UNDERSTAND why!!! Delfino, Rosa, Paulina, Sergio and Tonia are the BEST people we have met! They are totally there to please you and make sure your vacation is THE BEST! They are the reason we keep coming back to the Villa. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Escondida is truly one of a kind! Delfino, the private chef on site, is incredible and is definitely the heart of this place. The villa is beautiful and is perfect for a quiet getaway. We also loved that 90% of the Hualtulco area is dedicated to conservation, so it was a perfect place for a retreat. All of the recommendations from the staff were also excellent!

You felt comfortable and yet it was elegant. We are already trying to decide when we can go back. The Chef Delfino was PERFECT. Every meal was unique, yummy and different from the one before. He made us feel comfortable and adjusted our meal times to meet our needs. Treicy and Gabby were both great in responding to any questions or issues we had. Rosa kept our rooms clean and comfortable the entire time. Sergio helped out in anyway he was needed.

He made us feel comfortable and adjusted our meal times to meet our needs. Treicy and Gabby were both great in responding to any questions or issues we had. Rosa kept our rooms clean and comfortable the entire time. Sergio helped out in anyway he was needed.

Hi Rindy!! We hope you are doing great!! Villa Escondida and La Bocana are amazing!! The Villa, as you said, is elegant an comfortable and the in-sight staff will do everything to give you an incredible vacation. Delfino's meals are delicious, Rosa and Sergio keep the Villa sparkling clean, and Gaby and Treicy all the time are in touch with the guest in case something is needed. Our Happy Place!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This latest trip to Huatulco was our 5th time staying at the Villa. I can't say enough wonderful things about the team that takes care of us there! Delfino, Paulina, Rosa are by far THE BEST hosts you could ever imagine. We had the opportunity to meet Sergio and Tonia (new team members). It was nice to get to know them as well. We have referred several of our friends to the Villa and they have THANKED us immensely for letting them know about it. The team certainly is there to make sure you're pampered and taken care of 110%!!! Out of all the vacations we have taken...Huatulco is certainly our most favorite! We cannot wait to return soon and have more fun with everyone! We are so blessed to know each team member and happy to interact with them. The area that the Villa is located in is PERFECT! It is quiet, yet there is enough activity on the beach going on that is fun to watch. The addition of the Mezcal bar below the Villa is a definite PLUS! Jorge (the "Artender") and Sara are absolutely wonderful people! Happy to call them friends. Until next time Huatulco...we are counting down the days to return to Our Happy Place!!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner every day were so delicious and fresh. Everyone was so friendly.I Could not recommend this Villa more highly.
