Review for stay from 16 June 2026 to 25 June 2026

This was my second stay at Villa Cocona, and I came back because I wanted to share this place with more people close to me. It has such a warm, relaxed and special atmosphere — perfect for time with family, friends or as a couple. I looked at many other villas in Corfu before booking again, but I honestly couldn’t find a better one. Everything feels high-quality, comfortable and very well thought out. And the sunset is incredible — the sun goes down directly in front of you. Truly a special place, and one I can highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible property and location high up with stunning views. The design and finish are truly outstanding with an extremely modern, high quality kitchen area. The large pool area is fabulous to relax all day and offers a beautiful view of the sunset. The owners are so helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with, cannot wait to go back, the whole family had a wonderful time.

We stayed at the property for six nights in Aug 2026. We were visiting from the US. Family of four with two boys -early 20's. The property is amazing. To start it was exceptionally clean. Everything was spotless. The design of the house is open with lots of windows that allows for a lot of light & an ability to enjoy the amazing views. The house sits on the top of a hill. The driveway appears steep but it is well designed and easy to navigate. When you get to the top & see the views it literally takes your breath away. The infinitypool sits on the edge of the property and allows you to enjoy a relaxing swim at any time of the day. We love to cook and we cooked on three of the six evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance and utensil you need to prepare any type of meal. The outside grill was a HUGE PLUS. In our mind the location was perfect. You are five minutes from 3 to 4 food markets to pick up groceries. You are very close to two towns Acharavi and Kassiopi both are extremely easy drives and they have great restaurants, bars and shops to walk around and enjoy. Our personal favorites in Achavi were Pump House (Great Local Establishment) and Odysseus Restaurant. Outside of Kassiopi we loved Imerolia Taverna. Great local fish. Lastly the SERVICE was A. Joanna and Spiros were AMAZING! If we need something they were there for us. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can tell they really love what they do and love the property.

Review for stay from 16 May 2025 to 26 May 2025

We stayed at the fabulous Villa Cocona in May '25 and were fortunate to be the very first guests at the villa. Due to its elevated location, surrounded by an olive grove, the views from the villa over the Ionian Sea and Albanian mountains were absolutely breathtaking. The accommodation is luxurious, spacious and well-thought-through and there are plenty of nice tavernas and bars in the nearby Acharavi and Kassiopi. Our host Joanna was very friendly, she greeted us on arrival and was always available for advice throughout our stay, and ensured that the pool was cleaned almost daily. Watching the sun set just in front of the villa every evening added to the magical experience of our stay at Villa Cocona. Many thanks to Joanna and Spiros!

Review for stay from 11 July 2025 to 18 July 2025

We spent a week at Villa Cocona and it was, without exaggeration, an absolutely exclusive experience. The villa is brand new, thoughtfully designed in a clean, minimalist style with high-end materials and a spacious private pool. Everything is not only beautiful — it’s functional and meticulously considered down to the smallest detail. You can feel the quality in every corner. The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute drive to what we found to be the most stunning beach on the island. The view of the sunset each evening? Simply breathtaking. A heartfelt thank-you to the owners for their warm, respectful, and attentive hospitality — it truly made us feel at home. An additional highlight: there’s an option to book private chefs. We chose Virginia, and she exceeded all expectations — 100 out of 10. Incredible attention to detail, top-tier ingredients, and a genuinely kind presence in the house. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here — don’t hesitate. This place is a hidden gem, and it’s more than worth it.

Review for stay from 26 April 2026 to 03 May 2026

What an absolute treat it was! My family spent a week at Villa Cocona and we were very glad we've chosen for this villa. The house is spacious, light, calming and had plenty of space both inside and outside the house. From the moment you step in you get the feeling you're in a luxurious place that is well maintained and thought through in all the details. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are very nice and all doors and windows have insect screens. However it was April/May we could still enjoy the infinity pool (not heated). The terrace is big, you have places with shadow and sun. And a lot of privacy since there are no joining gardens: you are surrounded by olive trees. The furniture with a lounge set, daybeds and BBQ is exactly what you want. We found the location on the island perfect for taking trips around the upper half of Corfu. There are plenty of beaches on a few minutes distance by car, both big and small, with pebbles or sand. The views are absolutely stunning, from the pool you can see the sunset. From the bedrooms on the front side you have a 180-degrees panoramic view on the sea, the lagoon and Albania. The only downside of having such a view is that the villa is on top of a hill. Which means that the path leading from the main road to the house is a steep serpentine road. In the beginning it may feel tricky but you get used to it. Then last but not least the way the place was managed and kept clean: simply perfect! The owner was very friendly, welcoming and available at all times. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the water of the pool. They made our stay a real holiday as we didn't have to do anything ourselves. We already told the owner we're thinking of going back in a few years.

Review for stay from 19 June 2025 to 23 June 2025
