My husband and I have stayed in several VRBOs through the years. This condo was by far the cleanest we have stayed in. It was very organized and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay through the week. When we return to Pensacola, we want to stay in this condo again. The beds were very comfortable, and the complex was very quiet. We loved staying here. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place.

we generally get direct gulf view, but last minute booking we booked this condo. the view was great, this picture does not due it justice. Loved the condo, decorated cute, very clean and loved the layout. Plenty of room.

Regency Towers

The condo was extremely clean and larger than shown in the pictures. We were very impressed with the grounds and access to the beach. We will be booking another vacation to stay here in the future.

We loved the condo! It was a short walk to the beach and with it being two smaller towers it wasn’t a hassle to go back and forth to the room. We will be going back!

It’s a spacious condo an easy walk to the beach. The management company was responsive to the couple of challenges we needed addressed. We would stay there again.

Perfect place for small family

My family loved that this property had a king bed in one room and two queen beds in another bedroom. Each adult was able to have their own bed. ❤️ The furniture was in like new condition and very comfortable. The beach access was amazing. ❤️ We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect For My Teens and Me

This condo was exactly as described. Very clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was lovely. We had one small issue with the TV not turning on and someone came and took care of it within the hour. I loved the communication through texting. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect destination

All my love to the house owner who has decorated the house with a turtle theme we all love it Overall it was a great experience.only 2 hiccups 1.Master bedroom cooling is not proper so if you feel hot like me better opt for other room 2.if you are a big man (6 ft) like me bathrooms will be smaller for you Rest it was a good stay

Overall great stay!

Resort was quiet and in a good location. Overall pretty clean, except the floors in some areas. Recommend checking appliances every so often. TV was broken, coffee pot cracked (but still worked fine) and dryer didn’t dry very well. However, we contacted the office about the TV and they brought another one within a couple of hours! The bed was comfortable! We would stay here again.

Half of Spring Break

Overall nice condo. We’ve stayed at this Complex several other times and are always pleased. Everything nice as pictured and clean. A few minors updates would be nice including master shower and stove ; both worked fine but could be in better shape. We would stay here again. Plenty of seating in living area a plus and nice view from balcony. ( we did not have any communication with property manager which I see as a plus but it made me rate this )

Condo was nice. Beds were good, had a nice view, plenty of pots, pans etc. fyi: take your spices because there are zero in the condo. Kitchen appliances need updating especially the microwave ( rusting on the inside). Bathrooms are very small. Overall we had a great time.

Wonderful Location but Not Clean

It was dirty and tired. Multiple knives had food on them, dining room light fixture was filthy, patio door needed to be kept open to see the beautiful view but there was no screen. Bathroom floor had hair and dirt on it. Owners asked if we wanted patio door open, to turn off ac, which we did, as temps were comfortable. Wanted to sleep with windows open, but none would open.Wonderful location but needs some serious attention for all the fees tacked on. I will be back to Pensacola Beach but not here.

Great location; Floor plan of condo weird

The Regency is a great location on the beach. It's not in the middle of all the other condos, making traffic on the road and at the beach quieter. The key pad worked great! No issues while we were there. The only negative (I missed it in the description of unit), what is supposed to be the master bedroom (larger room, remote location, bathroom connected in room with jacuzzi tub and larger countertops) has two queen beds so can't be used as the master. The room that has the king size bed is right next to the kitchen and DOES NOT have a bathroom connected to room. The bathroom for that bedroom is in the hallway and is also the community bathroom. The countertops are so small, you can't leave any of your supplies (makeup, toothbrush, shower supplies) on counter. Of course we made do, was just an inconvenience. My fault for missing that in the description.

Beach Trip with my girls!!

When we arrived we had been on the road for 11+ hours!! We were hot, tired, hungry, and ready to just get in our room. I have to say we were all pleasantly surprised how beautiful and clean our room was!! We instantly felt all that stress of travel melt away when we entered the condo!! It had everything thing we needed (except a pizza cutter ,lol) The beds were so comfortable. Every room was decorated beautifully!! We met the sweetest neighbor, which made us feel so welcomed!! I also loved the ease of being on the beach front! I especially loved feeling safe at this location! Safety is the top priority for me in a vacation location followed by cleanliness!! Our Condo checked those boxes!! The front lobby of the condo was maintained by one gentleman, and it was always clean and smelled great!! I complimented him every chance I could because I saw all the foot traffic that the lobby had on a daily basis!! The pool was never over crowded and wonderfully maintained as well!! The beach was never overcrowded either!! We were there during a full moon, along with a lunar eclipse. The best time to be on the beach is during a full moon!! Also short drive and we were at the restaurants and shopping places. I would definitely book this condo again!!

Pandemic vacation

The condo was very nice. Plenty of room for me, my two adult children, and my sister. The beach was easy to access. We used Lazy Days beach service and Wesley was awesome. Would definitely stay at Regency Towers again.
