Discover your own little slice of heaven in the heart of Turin! Welcome to this modern apartment/loft located in the city center, perfect for a relaxing getaway or an urban adventure. With its own entrance, this ground floor space welcomes you with a bright and airy living area, characterized by a very high ceiling that gives a sense of space and freedom.

The modern and fully equipped kitchen is a dream for every cooking enthusiast, equipped with all the comforts necessary to prepare delicious meals. Whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee or try your hand at a gourmet dinner, you will find everything you need here. The ground floor bathroom is elegant and functional, complete with a shower cubicle for a moment of relaxation after a day spent exploring the wonders of Turin.

Upstairs, we find two independent and well-separated bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, ideal for ensuring privacy and comfort. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with sink and toilet, offering an additional level of convenience. Two large windows illuminate the rooms, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

To complete the apartment, in the basement there is a large private space: a well-ventilated tavern with centralized air circulation. In this space there is an additional double bed (with the possibility of transforming it into two single beds), perfect for hosting friends or family. In addition, you will find a room used as a small gym, equipped with a flat bench and various weights, to keep you fit even on vacation. The bathroom in the basement is fully equipped, adding further convenience to your stay. And to make your free time even more fun, there is a beautiful billiard room, ideal for evenings of leisure and relaxation.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and also has a private covered parking in the building, for your convenience. Appartamento in posizione centrale, permette l'accesso a piedi ai principali punti di interesse della città ed è molto ben posizionato rispetto a bar e ristoranti. L'appartamento ha ottimi spazi ed è molto confortevole, anche se manca l'aria condizionata. Necessità di un po' di manutenzione (soprattutto il piano interrato) e merita un po' più di cura da parte degli ospiti. Non ho potuto usufruire del parcheggio per un problema tecnico, ma in zona ci sono ottime soluzioni. Host sempre disponibile e gentile nel fornire informazioni e supporto. Nel complesso giudizio positivo.
