Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the smell of cleanliness greeted us at the door. It was in perfect condition and even had some tunes playing on the tv. We had a great stay, unfortunately our time was cut short due to the hurricane. This is our 6th year in a row to stay at Coral Reef for fall break. We will be back next year.

Wonderful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fantastic landing spot for us. The location is as good as it gets and it was important to us (with kids) to have an easy walk to the beach. The grounds were kept extremely clean and nothing felt crowded. Our room specifically felt lacking in how it was stocked. There was no dish or hand soap in the kitchen, no seasonings or oils, not even salt or pepper, Tupperware or cups to take outside. We felt there could have been more provided for a rental with a kitchen.

Great location, clean condo, not a great amount of kitchen items for eating in but there are so many great restaurants you can't eat in too often!

Honestly?

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coral Reed is the best. Great spot and staff. It is nice that they make sure you have a beach spot. My two biggest "issues" are purely personal. Ground floor is the only way to go for the price and then the price. Only two "issues". If you want chilled out beach vacation the answer is yes.

Shower leaks

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shower leaks and is effecting the flooring in the bathroom. I think it may be coming from the actual fixture behind the wall because the tile is coming off the wall now and looks like moisture has gotten behind it.

Perfect location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It had the perfect location forwhat we were looking for our vacation. Our only huge downfall was it said it slept six but the pullout couch was the most awful thing ever. We end up having to go buy an air mattress. I would not recommend this place for four adults and two kids counting that pull out mattress at somewhere to sleep.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our short weekend trip. We arrived early knowing the condo probably would not be ready but just to enjoy the beach longer; however we were pleasantly surprised to find we could check in early. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space for my family to stay peacefully. The king bed frame could be upgraded and the mattresses could as well. Our overall experience was great; would definitely recommend to friends.

Great Location, Least Favorite Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been to Destin five times, and the only complex we have stayed at is Coral Reef. The main reasons why we keep coming back to Coral Reef are because we want the beach to be our backyard, and the number of units is small, so everyone has a great spot on the beach. There are two units we really enjoyed staying in, but they were booked, so we decided to try number 13. Decor was very cute. Cleanliness of unit needs improvement- floor was dirty, we couldn't locate a vacuum or dust pan, and there was hair on an end table, on a toilet, and in the shower. The shower was terrible- water wouldn't drain properly, so water would collect in the bottom of the tub as you were taking a shower. The tub needs a complete remodel, as there were buldging tiles around the faucet. We will stay at Coral Reef again, but we'll stick with the units we know are taken care of by the owners.

The summer getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a great experience at the Coral Reef. We were able to check in early to accommodate our early arrival. To our surprise, the unit did not have a garbage disposal which made cooking a little difficult.
