Første gang i et lejeprogram i over et årti - er dette hus i perfekt stand. Anden række hus, men med en tom masse på tværs af gaden dette hus har fuld havudsigt. Privat gangbro til stranden - og denne del af stranden er mellem to offentlige tilgange og så er mindre overfyldt og mere privat. To stuer med storskærms-tv og dvd-afspillere. Stereoanlæg. Brændeovne. Fire soveværelser, tre badeværelser plus udendørs bruser. Køkkenet har stort køleskab / fryser, ovn, gaskomfur, mikroovn / konvektionsovn og opvaskemaskine. Fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i bryggers. To afskærmede porches - et med gyngestole med udsigt over havet, og den anden med et udendørs spiseplads. Hængekøje på verandaen. Ping pong bord under huset. BBQ grill. Ramp giver handicap adgang til første sal. Plads til op til seks biler under huset - du bliver ikke våd, når det regner! Underhus-låseligt lager til golfklubber mv.

The two screened porches were lovely. The upstairs bunk room was so roomy and nice for a big group. The bedrooms were comfortable. I enjoyed our stay!

Happy in SoCo

This is one of the best properties we have ever rented. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, lots of space for everyone The weather wasn’t great but the property sure was!

HOME WAS GREAT IN GREAT SPOT

ONLY THING I CAN SAY BAD IS MATTRESSES WHERE VERY ROCK HARD AND NO TV IN MATSER BEDROOM I HAVE TO HAVE TV TO GO TO SLEEP WITH EVERYTHING ELSE WAS SO GREAT

Thank you so much for your review. Unfortunately beds in vacation rentals can sometimes have the Goldilocks syndrome. Some people like hard beds and some people like soft bed so we apologize if you do not like the bed. The owner also does not have a TV in the master because that is their personal preference. In the future you can always ask for a noise machine and we would be more than happy to bring a noise machine over to plug-in in the bedroom to maybe help you sleep better. Some owners have their personal pets in their homes but do not allow guests to bring their own pets - the one of many perks of owning a beach house. Great appliances, beds were comfy, HUGE living space upstairs and loads of screened in porch area. The view is fantastic and the private walk to the beach was a big plus. Our area of the beach was not crowded at all. We would love to come visit this property again! (We also really like renting with this rental agency - they are super courteous and helpful.
