This property was everything we were looking for. The views, the walkability, the accommodations were all amazing. The host was very easy to reach about our needs for early check in and late check out. We will be back!

Great apartment with a fabulous outdoor space with a view of the acropolis. Air conditioning was great! The apartment had everything we needed. It was a great overnight stay and well located just steps away from restaurants.

Property was really nice. Very clean, really close by to shops, bars and little places to eat. Lidl only 8min walk but even closer is a small supermarket. Accom itself very nice, very quiet and would absolutely stay here again if I return to Athens!

Honestly one of the most beautiful, cleanest places I have ever stayed in… with such a fantastic host. Great communication & every little detail thought of in the apartment. Fab location & everything you could want & need within a 10 minute walk.

**Exceptional** I’ve been trying to come up with a review to encourage you to book this place, just bookmark it if available. Cleaner than a new hotel, crisp new bedding, plenty of space for our family with three kids. The place was renovated with care and attention to detail, it reminds me that people still care. The host was great and I hope that it is just as nice when we return to Athens next time. Exceeded expectations, thanks for having us!

Great apartment with a great view! Stayed here during a work trip to attend a conference and brought along my husband and 6 year old son. The setup worked great with a kid and the apartment itself was quite lovely inside. We appreciated having a kitchen so we could fix our own coffee/tea and breakfast and have a large living area to relax in. Minor cons that did not detract from our stay significantly (but might be helpful for others to know):It’s not in a charming, historical location (also a pro since it’s quiet, close to a neighborhood grocery store and restaurants, and not overrun with tourists)The mattresses are FIRM. Like bruise my hip firm. I own the most firm mattress one can purchase in the US because I hate a soft bed and I regularly backpack with a minimal sleeping pad, so I thought I knew firm. I did not. However, despite having a sore spot on my hip, I slept AMAZINGLY. We had to get used to an array of new household logistics we’re not accustomed to dealing with: manually turning on and off the water heater and mini-splits, etc. not a problem, but something new to learn. BUT I want to emphasize that we loved staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay here and would choose this apartment again in a heartbeat. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Acropolis. Waking up and ending each day with that view was truly special and made our time in Athens unforgettable.The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay and felt more like a home than a rental. The space was thoughtfully furnished, welcoming, and made it easy to relax after long days of exploring the city. Honestly, if I could live here, I would!The only minor drawbacks were that the shower was a bit difficult to use without getting water on the bathroom floor, and we weren’t able to determine whether there was a dryer available. Neither issue significantly impacted our stay, but they are worth mentioning for future guests.Overall, this was an exceptional place to stay. Between the incredible Acropolis view, the cleanliness, the amenities, and the cozy atmosphere, it exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Exceptional host! The location is very convenient and close proximity to grocery store is an added bonus. Elena was so reaponsive and took extra time to make sure all.of our questions and needs were attended to. She even went out of her way to leave us a birthday greeting and snacks..a nice touch. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to go Athens!

I stayed in this apartment for three weeks and it could not have been better. There are small amenities that are not listed in the description which were a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect for grabbing a taxi or walking to many of the main attractions. The space would be perfect for a small family or a couple who is working on vacation. The apartment is modern and the pictures are not as nice as what you will see when you arrive. The view of the Parthenon is spectacular.

This was one of my most favorite stays every. It's in a residential neighborhood where Athens life really happens, not a tourist area. It's very walkable, there are grocery stores, resaurants, coffee shops, parks and bake shops on nearly every block or corner.The condo is beautiful. Watching sunsets over the acropolis is amazing. The balony, bedrooms and living spaces are very large.Tons of storage to keep luggage out of the way adds extra calm.Elina, our host is very very acomodating, friendly, and great to talk to.

A Stylish, Relaxed Stay with Acropolis Views

We stayed here for one night and had a really lovely experience. The flat is freshly renovated, beautifully designed, with eclectic touches throughout — from the carefully chosen ceramics to the great selection of coffee table books. The space feels thoughtfully put together, very welcoming, and spotlessly clean.The highlight for us was the spacious terrace, which offers a great view of the Acropolis — perfect for enjoying a chilled glass of wine in the evening. It’s a great spot to relax and take in the urban Athenian atmosphere.The hosts were fantastic — super friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. The location in Pagrati is also a big plus. It’s ideal if you want to be close to the center without being right in the middle of all the hustle and tourist crowds. The neighborhood feels lively and local, with a relaxed vibe and great cafes, restaurants, and little shops all around. We felt safe and at ease walking around, even at night.Would warmly recommend :)

This has been our finest VRBO rental experience ever. Our host could not have been more accommodating. The penthouse did indeed have an Acropolis view, as well as a pleasant, safe neighborhood in which to experience Athens. Bakery, groceries, coffee shops all within a couple blocks.The apartment was wonderfully stocked with practical items: laundry supplies, drying rack, tea, coffee, spices, cold water in the fridge, and even a basket of munchies as a welcome on our arrival. The penthouse was beautifully appointed with artistic furniture, room design, and ambiance.The veranda was heaven! Such a view, cooling awnings, greenery, we could have lived out there. The building was very secure, with multiple layers of security. Our host provided us with a 17-page user manual, sent 3 days prior to our arrival. It was thorough! And very, very helpful. Special note: Our host was very flexible with our arrangements, allowing for an early check-in, as well as allowing us to stay an additional day when our departure flight was suddenly cancelled. Her fees were very reasonable for all our special needs.Please believe me when I say our host’s personality and her beautiful accommodations made this a must-have rental!

Stayed w/ husband and 13 and 10 yr old daughters. One of the cleanest properties I've seen. We enjoyed the view so much. Furniture is stylish and nice and we had plenty of space for a family of 4. The beds are firm; kids loved their twin bed room. Very cold A/Cs. The outside patio is even a nicer space than the photos show. A long row of really nice plants on the porch offer a privacy plus look great. We walked to National Gardens and Plaka easily. Great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Laundry was convenient and even had detergent. Snacks and coffee (nespresso machine) in kitchen were nice and unexpected touch. Easy uber to Stavros Niarchos Cultural Center (one of favorite places we visited). Easy uber from airport - uber cost was about 50, well worth it for 4 of us. I accidentally booked a day short and thankfully no one was checking in after me - host was so understanding and sent link to pay additional night. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

A wonderful apartment with a lovely view of the Acropolis in a very convenient part of town. It is beautifully appointed and maintained and the amenities incl washing machine and in room air conditioners are in good working condition. The building has two elevators and is very easy for Freenow or uber pickup. Communication with Elina was friendly and flawless, and she gave us great recommendations of things to do and nearby restaurants. A perfect stay, definitely recommend!

Grand appartement élégant et calme avec une vue splendide sur l'Acropole. Une très grande terrasse accueille chacun de nos repas. Quant au logement, il est très propre et surtout incroyablement équipé, rien ne manque ! À deux pas, on trouve la boulangerie, le primeur et le supermarché. Grâce à Uber, peu onéreux et très présent, on regagne rapidement le centre-ville. Pour nous faciliter l'installation, la propriétaire, très réceptive, nous a adressé de nombreuses indications. Cet appartement a participé à la réussite de notre séjour dans cette belle ville chargée d'histoire qu'est Athènes. Merci Elina.
