OM PROMINENCE PÅ 30A - VANDRUND, FLORIDA
Fremtrædende på 30A er bestemt at tiltrække familier, der ønsker at opleve området med let adgang til nye og lange 30A-hjemsøgninger langs de smukke hvide strande i Panhandle. Fremtrædende egenskaber har utrolige faciliteter, åbne grønne områder og nem adgang til over 17 miles af cykelstier. Gæsterne vil nyde nem adgang til et smukt centrum, pooler i resortstil, fitnesscenter og privat sporvognservice til strandene i 30A.

Perfect Stay!!

We enjoyed our long weekend at Santa Rosa Beach. The golf cart added extra fun and made getting around so easy. Prominence on 30A is perfect. It is very clean and well stocked with all of the items that we needed.

Last summer get away

Last summer getaway with the family before school started back! Property was as stated online exactly. Very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed/wanted. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Location is AMAZING

Close to everything. Well appointed. Close to pool. Bike/Walk where you want. Easy drive to other towns. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. We would happily come back to this unit!!!

Nice townhome in a nice community. Bikes and beach toys provided were a nice surprise. The listing mentioned a gas powered golf cart but it was electric, not a big deal.

Beautiful condo!

My daughter and I spent some much needed time away at this gorgeous condo. It's exactly how it looks in the photos online but even better in person. It's a great location, the neighborhood is adorable and the pool area is fantastic. Would've loved to have had x2 bikes (only had one) but it was nice having the golf cart to drive around on. Beach access was somewhat difficult - no parking, having to carry coolers far, etc...) but the condo had such a luxurious feel to it we didn't mind too much. We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

We will stay here again! We love the proximity to the Hub which has a variety of restaurant options!

We can’t really give a review as to how easy it is to get to the beach. We had family staying in Inlet beach, and we drove to their house to go to the beach with them each day. We loved this neighborhood, and the house is close to the Hub. I felt very safe at the Hub as there is plenty of outdoor seating in order to enjoy the different restaurant offerings. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The only negative was there was no shade or Umbrellas at the pool. Maybe you can bring your own, but we didn’t ask. We just went to the beach every day. All in all, a great time!

Fun Florida Vacation

We loved our rental experience at Prominence. The decor was lovely, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and the location was perfect. The golf cart and extra beach chairs were a nice bonus! Just a couple of issues: we used our personal streaming service because the Direct TV package at the rental did not even have basic ESPN, but even that was tricky because the WIFI was unreliable. Also, the washing machine got off-balance easily (even with small loads) and was very noisy. Overall, though, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Rayburn Stay

Overall we enjoyed the property and location. Due to covid we tried to avoid the crowds so having our own condo was really nice. We didn’t use the pool much bc there were quite a few people there but it looked nice. The check in process was easy and the panhandle vacation employees were very nice. We had an issue with the wifi but they sent someone to help us fix it right away so that it was fixed. Great stay!

Great rental in great location

We loved this property! It was centrally located, beautifully decorated and in pristine condition. We enjoyed using the golf cart, bikes (2) and beach chairs (2). The pool area is large and very family friendly. The businesses at the Hub across the street were great. We enjoyed going over to listen to the live music several nights. Beach access is difficult from this location. The closest access we found was about a mile down the road in a state park with limited parking and a small entry charge. Our only real complaint was with the property management company, Panhandle Destinations. Booking this unit was very easy but all communication after that point was very difficult. They advertise 24 hour availability but calls often go to voicemail and they didn’t return calls. Emails and chat options didn’t receive better or faster responses. They did not share important information about pandemic restrictions on pool usage or how to obtain the golf cart key. We didn’t receive ANY information about check-in until less than two hours prior to check-in (in spite of multiple calls). We received an email when we made the reservation that said we would receive instructions a week in advance. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. It’s awesome. However we would not rent through Panhandle Destinations again.

Lovely Family Friendly Beach Retreat

Our family of 4 stayed in the 34C Pine Lands Loop unit. We had ample space and were very comfortable. We were impressed by many things such as the location, cleanliness, family focused atmosphere. The unit itself was beautiful, like a home away from home. I love the detail and design of our unit it was lovely. The pool is huge. The Hub across the way was awesome with shops and various restaurant/food options. Bring your yoga mat because they offer yoga in the mornings at the hub. I wish I could have done that. We did rent bikes for a couple day from the Hub. We loved that part so much. It’s less than a mile to the beach/park entrance. My only suggestion is that the exercise room is WAY too small and has only 4 pieces of equipment. Please consider expanding this. I went daily and early but I saw many people come in and walk out because the options are so limited. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to others and hope to return again soon.

Great Vacation

Condo was very nice, clean, and spacious. Loved having washer and dryer. Great pool area. 4 stars because called maintenance about microwave that did not work and nothing accomplished. WiFi did not work with information given with check in instructions. Totally different acces and password, but a nice gentleman helped us figure that out. Also called maintenance regarding AC, left message and nobody responded. This particular location not even close to a beach, so if you want that part of 30-A close, rethink.They have a shuttle that runs 9-4, only once an hour. Too inconvenient. We drove to Grayton Beach state park area, and that was wonderful! The Hub across the road was a fun place, but bring lots of cash!! Overall nice clean rental with everything you need.

Great Condo and Property

Beautiful condo! It had everything we needed. Very clean. Property is not on the beach but if you are looking for a beach would highly recommend driving to Inlet beach which is not far and just renting an umbrella and chairs from Dillon's Beach Service. Convenient location across from hub. It's just a short drive from Seaside and Rosemary. Perfect. Thank you!
