Denne anden sal 1 soveværelse 1 1/2-badeværelse ejerlejlighed, er placeret på Gulf side af vores ejendom. På grund af sin centrale beliggenhed på vores ejendom er det en kort gåtur til vores hvide sandstrand, tennisbaner, pool og kulbriller. Det er også en meget kort spadseretur til Bay Side del af vores ejendom, som har en fisker mole, boblebad og en anden pool. For at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code, sover vores etværelsesenheder højst fire personer. Det komfortabelt indrettede soveværelse er indrettet med to queen size senge med en 29 "fladskærms-tv. Badeværelset som en praktisk badekar / bruser kombination. I stuen er der en DVR og et 46 "fladskærms-tv. Det rummelige køkken er fuldt udstyret med alle de ting, du har brug for til madlavning - gryder / pander, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister, Keurig kaffemaskine og kaffemaskine. Lejligheden er helt flisebelagt hele vejen igennem. Der er også en komfortabelt indrettet udendørs gårdhave, som screenes ind, så du kan nyde vores varme tropiske briser med dine venner og familie.

Nice and clean condo. Close walk on paved path to the beach and one of the pools on the property. Loved the free chair service and availability to rent an umbrella.

This until was ideal for me and two children. It’s a close walk to the pool and close walk to the beach!

Beautiful

Comfy clean and well suited for our needs! Me and a girlfriend. Lived the ease of access to the beach and the option for chairs and umbrellas. There were chairs in the unit. Key pad entry was great so we didn’t need to worry about keys out cards when going down to the beach! the otherside for the Bay had a beautiful hot un and pool and outstanding views. Want to book again already! Whole trip was seamless!

Good value

The location is excellent and the front office staff wonderful. I did find blood on a light switch in the bathroom, but otherwise it was clean.

Paradise at Palm Bay

We LOVED our time in Siesta Key/staying at the Palm Bay Club. This place is so smart to have a gulf side and a bay side. The view from the bay side pool is stunning and so relaxing! But we spend most of our time at the massive beach! Best beach ever! You might want to get a golf cart or car if you're hauling a lot of stuff to and from the beach. Especially if your unit is on the bay side. This one is on the gulf side though but still a lengthy walk! Our only complaint was the beds and pillows. Not comfy at all! The towels are kinda like sand paper too but we didn't mind that as much. Overall highly recommend Palm Bay Club! Wish we could've stayed longer!

Beautiful beach getaway

The property is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. And its super safe feeling and has amazing beach access as well as a beautiful pool on the bay!

Perfect little stay

Condo had everything we needed to stay w 2 teen boys for a few days before we moved into our week rental. Boys stayed busy with pickleball and beach. Grounds were very clean and well kept

The Palm Bay Club had everything we needed! Great pool. Nice fitness room. Great pickleball courts. Nice bay and Gulf areas. Awesome beach with chairs. The unit was adequate. A little tired. Could use updating.

Everyone working there was super friendly and professional. My only request is to ban playing music on the beach and at pools. It’s so frustrating to sit there and want to hear the waves and birds etc and instead have to listen to someone’s thumping music.

Wonderful Vacation Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is tastefully appointed. The kitchen is well stocked, except for non-serrated knives. The mattress is new but quite hard. A pillowtop mattress cover would help along with deep pocket fitted sheets. The screen door needs cleaning and fixing. The location is wonderful - close to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts, not far from the beach, parking and laundry. Security is awesome as is the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and Palm Bay Club!

Fantastic!

Everything on the property and in the condo was just as I expected. I read the vrbo listing several times and read several reviews so I knew exactly what to expect. The condo was clean. The entire property was clean. We stayed in unit #127. The closeness to the ocean was great. We were close to the main pool/gym/tennis courts. The 2nd pool with hot tub was only a short distance. The laundry card machine was easy to use. The trash chute is right next to the condo door, but we weren't bothered by it. The only thing I can say negative about the whole property was the condo screen door slams shut after getting caught on the rug. It didn't bother us at all, but I'm not sure how the neighbors felt as we were coming and going a lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Stay

The Palm Bay Club is a very nice, quiet, and well maintained condo resort, and it is only a few minutes walk to their beach access on a private road. The condo was immaculate and very bright. The screened patio did not offer much of a view, but we were spared of flying insects. The AC worked amazing. There were some very hot days on our stay and it kept up like a champ. The sand is exactly as others have described, it never gets hot, and is easy to walk and play in. The water was very clear with the exception of some seaweed that stayed near the shoreline following a heavy rain. There are even beach chairs and loungers available that their staff will bring out to you. They are first-come first-serve, but we were always able to get some regardless of when we went out. Siesta Key Village and Crescent Beach both offer many local shops and restaurants to sample, and all of them are easily accessible with the SCAT trolley service (free to ride but it’s nice to tip). You can also rent bikes from several local shops to get around the key at very reasonable prices. The key is not commercialized at all which is a nice change of pace from where we typically stay. The only issue we experienced was we briefly got stuck in the elevator, but it resolved itself, and we notified maintenance of the issue, so I am sure it was addressed. We will definitely return. Thanks for everything!
