Denne anden sal 2 soveværelser 2 badeværelser ejerlejlighed er beliggende på bugten side af vores ejendom. På grund af sin centrale beliggenhed er det en kort gåtur til vores hvide sandstrand, tennisbanerne, poolen og kulgrillene. Denne lejlighed har alt hvad du har brug for for at nyde din Siesta Key-ferie. For at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code sover vores to soveværelsesenheder højst seks personer. Det store soveværelse har to størrelse dronningssenge med et 37 "fladskærms-tv, og gæst soveværelset har en king size seng med et 40" fladskærms-tv med HD-tv-service. Det smukke master-badeværelse har en walk-in-bruser, og gæstebadeværelset har en kombination af bruser / badekar. Stuen er udstyret med et stort 55 "fladskærms-tv med FIOS HD TV-service til din nydelse. Det rummelige køkken er fuldt udstyret med alle de ting, du har brug for til madlavning - gryder / pander, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister, en kaffemaskine og en Keurig kaffemaskine. Lejligheden er helt flisebelagt overalt. Terrassen er indbygget i stuen for at få mere plads og har skydevinduer, der giver dig og din familie mulighed for at nyde vores smukke tropiske briser.

No beach view, but great stay. Easy walk to private beach, free hop on hop off pick up right outside gate. Great room, felt very comfortable. Would 100% stay again.

There was no view of the beach but that was OK. It was clean. Worked great for us. Locations was great, close to the beach. Lovely property with pretty palm trees. Unit could use some updating but had plenty of room for 4 people.

A Wonderful Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Was well-supplied with all we needed to make it a wonderful time. Loved the location, and, of course, the beach is beautiful!

Amazing for families with a goal to relax

My kids are young (1 month & 16 months), it was nice to be so close to pool, beach and come and go as often as we wanted but be able to come inside when it got hot.

We hadn’t ever stayed at Palm Bay-gulf side but had stayed one time on the bay side. As we have gotten older, 4 of us wanted our own rooms and we found 2 condos close together in this complex.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was great for what we needed, which was basically a place to sleep that was close to the beach. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised, but the middle units in these buildings are a bit dark, only having the windows on either end (one over the sink and the sliders at the other end of the living area). This particular unit has an enclosed balcony, which means there is no outside area to speak of. In our case, we were at the beach or with family lots of the time and just needed a spot to land each evening so it worked out fine.

Perfect property in the middle of the Island. You can walk to the private beach & into town.Transportation is free on the Island all you have to do is leave a tip. You tell them where you want to go & without hesitation they drive you to your destination. You can’t bet that! Will definitely be back! Enjoy your stay!!

A lot of unnecessary walking to the beach due to all the parking spots in front. The doors were extremely hard to open and lock. Could have used more kitchen stuff - there wasn't one potholder in the unit. Also wished the pool was in the front on the beach. Other than that it was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. Fantastic beach access. Kitchen fully stocked with all necessary items for cooking and serving. Steak BBQ on the beach was great. Free ride service on the island was perfect for getting around. Just a few complaints: the water pressure in the master bedroom shower was very poor, the drapes in all rooms were a bit dusty, the screen door at front entrance was rather banged up. Other than those minor items, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

another palm bay club stay

This unit was adequate however not as well maintained as past units (water damage in kitchen cabinets). The front bedroom was also loud late in the evening due to a large group of high school students on spring break. Overall we will return to Palm Bay Club as we love it, just not this unit.
