Large condo with best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a beach rental. Plenty of room for bigger family and was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. Great location close to beach and boardwalk. Enjoyed so many restaurants in walking distance. The only drawback was the wonky wifi- would freeze or lose connection at times despite following troubleshooting suggestions.

Love the location. Convenient to the beach, several restaurants and a small grocery. All a very short walk away. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped and large. The living room and dining area were also large. Overall it was a roomy, comfortable condo. The balcony offered a view of the ocean, which was nice. Our daughter loved the information booklet provided by the host. The condo was clean and well maintained. Parking under cover in the build was a real plus. The only problem we encountered was a malfunctioning elevator, which needs to be addressed by the building management. All in all we would come back. We had a great Ocean City vacation.

Thank you for mentioning how clean and well‑maintained the condo felt, and we’re happy the booklet was a hit. We appreciate your patience with the elevator issue and will pass it along. We’d love to host you again.

Perfect location and great condo. Was perfect for 6 adults as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Love that you can see the beach from the balcony. Communication with host was super quick. Only recommendation would be black out curtains for the rooms as it’s very bright at night with all the outside lights.

June Family Vacay

The condo was very clean and it has all the amenities possible for a carefree vacation. The bed and towel linen delivery service was appreciated. The sheet sets for the 2 queen beds were wrong (size: Full), but the owner quickly addressed the mix-up and the correct size sheets were delivered within a few hours. Great location! We would stay here again!

Amazing beach condo

This is one of the best condos we have stayed in OCMD. So spacious, clean and in a great location. The only drawback was no access to stairs from outside so we always had to take elevator up, but were able to take stair down. Access to stairs from bottom level to avoid elevator would be a great addition.

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 5 on a golfing/beach trip. The condo was clean and very well appointed and stocked with necessities. The location was only a block and a half from the beach and centrally located for our trips to various golf courses. Should we return to the area we would definitely stay there again.

The property is a good layout for families or for sharing. Each room is spacious and very comfortable for a large group. Great furnishing on the balcony for sitting or eating outside. Was stocked with all of the necessity cleaning and laundry products. The property appears to be newer than many it’s adjacent to and also appears to have higher floor to floor heights so it stands out on its block as nicer than the others. This rental, like many, uses a laundry service so there was only one set per person. For a week stay, I would have wished for another set per person or at least one or two extra sets for the groups. In the rental instructions, everything in the kitchen needs to be put away before you leave. Keep that in mind for checking out by 10am. Depending on when you eat breakfast, the dishwasher may not be done before you leave. So plan accordingly as you cannot leave dishes in the dishwasher even if clean. I wish checkout was at 11am since it does take time to return the property back in the condition required in the lease rules and also pack everything up to go. Management company was very responsive. It’s a very convenient location. Beach access is great and feels very private because there is not public parking on the street. It’s a quiet location but also in close walking distance to different places and good options to eat as well as a family owned market. For families, in walking distance to all of the Jolly Roger offerings at the 30th St location.
