Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Nayia and Konsta were so helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. We highly recommend this property!

What made this stay even more enjoyable was the exceptional guest-services by Nayia and Dani, then property managers. Really top-notch: friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. We highly recommend this Villa.

Santorini

We had an amazing stay at this property, and the management was amazing. Always helpful and knowledgeable. Gorgeous views of the island from the backyard with pool and hot tub. We could not have asked for more!

Great Experience

Naya and Dani were great! So helpful before our stay and during our stay. The Villa was very nice, cleaned everyday and given fresh towels. Location was perfect, could walk to Oia, beautiful sunsets and so close to walking path to Fira. Would highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay on Santorini

First of all, the property is beautifully located next to the cliff path into Oia, close enough for a nice walk into the village, far enough away to be quite separate from the commotion and noise of shopping and dining. And the villa itself is lovely, beaultifully appointed and very comfortable. Dani and Nayia in the office went above and beyond to see that our stay was as easy and lovely as could be. This was our first visit, but not out last!

Best concierge ever and perfect peaceful but accessible location

Dani and Nya make the stay That may sound like I’m down playing the great place, but their kindness, knowledge, thouroughness, and attention to the small things was above and beyond a four seasons and more personal. This VRBO is on the edge of Oia, but nice and quiet at the edge. It is also right on the 3 hour beautiful walking path to Oia and Fira We had a 50th birthday and they helped us arrange catering to our unit There was maid service and a wonderful breakfast every morning. We were totally happy with our stay in every way, but most of all for Dani and Nya!

Incredible and quiet place with amazing views and private pool/hot tub

The villa is even better than the photos. It is built with all of the charm of a traditional cave house with all of the modern amenities. The private pool and hot tub are fantastic. What a way to cap off a great day in Santorini with a soak in the hot tub overlooking Oia. The sunset views are as amazing as advertised and you have your own protected, quiet, personal view without fighting the crowds in Oia itself. And the hiking trail that runs along the caldera is adjacent to the property to allow for easy access without seeing the hikers. This place has all of the perks of staying in Oia but without the headaches. The outdoor sitting area was a relaxing place to enjoy the breakfast. Last but certainly not least, the property managers Nayia and Dani are absolutely amazing. They were communicative, responsive, and supremely helpful before arrival and during the stay. We have stayed in many rentals and these two are absolutely the best we’ve ever dealt with and made the whole process so easy. They arranged some great excursions for us and had great restaurant and activity recommendations. They help make this a really special place to stay - so book it now - you won’t be sorry!

Beautiful location, service, view and overall property

We stayed for 4 days. It’s a 15 minute (downhill) walk to Oia. We loved being a little separate from the hustle and bustle of the town. And the views were spectacular. None of the rooms are terribly spacious, but perfect fine for our family of 5 and the Patio / Pool area is exquisite. Finally, the service we received and the planning help was unmatched in my experience. I hope we will be back!

The Views Are Phenomenal

Every single thing about this property is as explained and described! If you’re looking for a quiet way to enjoy an excellent attached home with its own private pool and a cool little walk into main Oia town this is the one! There is a great restaurant very close and only a 10 minute walk to the grocery.

This is a super special place!

The location is a 10 minute walk to the center of Oia. It is quiet, clean and not crowded! We were first met by the check in ladies, Maria and Panayiota, that brought us to our villa and spent a long time with us familiarizing us with the villa, the area and showing us options for things to do and places to eat. This kind of service, we have never recieved before! It set the tone for our vacation there! Listen to their recommendations, they know what they are talking about! The villa has 3 bedrooms and a loft. The rooms are good sized and have adjoining bathrooms. The kitchen is small but user friendly. I cooked breakfasts there with ease. They had a microwave, fridge, sink and a 2 burner stove. They provided some breakfast items to start us out which was so nice! The pool was great. There are walking paths behind the villa to get to other special places. My boys and my husband used those paths daily! Beautiful views are seen from those paths. This place (and the people) were one of the best highlights of our European vacation! We were sad to leave our new friends there at 270 Oia View! We will be back!
