The summer kitchen comes equipped with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve everything from a special dinner to tropical blended drinks to sip on the lanai at sunset.

The cozy master bedroom, decorated with all the colors of the tropics, features a television and wooden bedroom set. The window overlooks the lush tropical gardens, so you’ll fall asleep each night to fragrant, hibiscus-scented breezes.

We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect, so the unit comes with heating and air conditioning, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer.

Marco Island is home to one of the world’s finest beaches and you’re only a short walk away. So you pack up the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that come with the property, and walk across the street to the public beach access point, in minutes, you’re strolling the warm sands of the Paradise Coast.

When travel sites talk about an endless array of watersports, they aren’t exaggerating. You can try parasailing. Stand-up paddle boarding. Skim boarding. Snorkeling. Kayaking. Jet skiing. Oh, and let’s not forget eating. You’ll find waterfront restaurants up and down the beach. There’s everything from gourmet to places with a laidback beach vibe and no shirts no problem.

If eating makes you feel like shopping, or you saw someone wearing a bathing suit you just had to have, then head back to the condo and make the short walk to Marco Island’s premier shopping destination, Marco Walk Plaza.
