Denne enhed er for nylig blevet opdateret og inkluderer faciliteter såsom: opdateret køkken med rustfrit stål apparater, moderne indretning og gulve, en rummelig Lanai. Master Suite har en komfortabel queensize-madras med topmadrasser samt et walk-in-closet og eget badeværelse. Gæst / andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge og et andet badeværelse lige uden for døren. Great family beach getaway

Owners are great, very accommodating and strive to ensure you have a great vacation experience. The condo is modernized, aesthetically pleasing and well equipped. In our opinion, it is one of the best locations within the Seaview condo complex. Within Marco island it is easy walking distance to the South Beach without paying the high prices of beach front properties. We would stay here again.

Great location, superb communication and wonderful amenities.

Great location to access the beach. Plenty of beach supplies. Great equipment and cooking utensils. Comfortable furniture and beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and having a pool for the kids was a perfect touch. All of this and didn't have to mention how awesome Marco Island is. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Girls Trip Condo!

We had a fantastic stay!. It was clean and had EVERYTHING we needed. The location could not have been better. 5 minutes and we were at the beach. I’d highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay again when we return to Marco! Date of arrival - June 21, 2024

Just what we needed!

We enjoyed this condo. Easy access to the pool and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. This was perfect for us and, the cost was very reasonable.

Great layout. The unit is on the end by the parking lot which made it very nice since our son has walking difficulties. It was my husband and I and our son and his wife. Short walk to the beach. The pool area was very nice. The food grilling area was accessible and kept clean. The screened in porch made it nice to sit there for breakfast and also relaxing in the evenings. Plenty of linens and things for the beach, such as towels, chairs, umbrella and a wagon to tote items to the beach. Highly recommended this unit. Felt at home. Blue folder in unit needs updated.

Quiet calm area, walking distance to the beach

Me and my husband stayed for 1 week in November. We felt very welcome on arrival, both for what Janine wrote in the folder and for the cleaning company that had left a written message for us which was appreciated. The condo is very nice and clean, very large and spacious, feels luxurious because it's just the two of us. The kitchen had everything you need for doing your own cooking. And of course, how close it is to the beach, it's only a few minutes’ walk away. We spent the mornings on the beach and the afternoons in the pool area and on the screened-in balcony. Janine is a perfect host; she answers any question you might have. We would love to stay at this place again next time we visit Marco.

Best location

We love South Marco and this location was absolutely perfect for us. The accommodations were great. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of living space for 4 adults. Janine was prompt and helpful when we had questions and we will absolutely stay at this condo again!

Perfect for Us

My sister and I spent a week on Marco Island at this perfect location. It was such a short walk to the beach and so easy to walk over in a few minutes to watch the sunset. This was a quiet, corner unit close to parking lot and the pool. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Plenty of room, nicely furnished, and nice patio area with ceiling fan for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner outside. Plenty of items available to take to the beach, too, with chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags, etc. No need to pack or bring any of these items. We would love to stay again sometime!

Beautiful condo

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay that’s steps from the pool and beach…this is it! This condo has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, toys, and even a wagon to transport everything to the South beach access, which is right across the street. I love that we could go to and from the beach all day long and not have to pay $8 for beach parking. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is super convenient. All you really have to do is bring your clothes, toiletries, groceries, toilet paper and you’re all set! Janine was wonderful to work with from booking to check out.

We love Marco Island

This property has the best location for beach access and is also right in front of the pool. The condo is very quiet, the apartment has everything you need for your stay. I was able to cook and do laundry just like I do at home. The lanai is awesome too. Great amount of towels, as well as beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. make sure to check with the owner at least a week before your check in to get the info for the lock box, so you don't have to wait and can go right in the property once you arrive. We will be coming back. We love Marco Island!
