Enheden er omkring 400 meter fra Coco Beach. En af de bedste steder i cocoområdet. Enheden er veludstyret med nyt sengetøj, håndklæder, sengetøj, tallerkener og alle køkkenmaskiner.

It is always great to arrive to a premises you have visited several times and know there will be no surprises.Bonnie, the superintendent, dropped over to make sure everything was in order. The hosts are always ready to respond to any queries one may have.

Great condo in a great quiet location. Loved the outdoor space, offering lots of shade and comfortable furniture for relaxing. The bbq was a definite bonus. We tend to cook in often. Short walk to the beach. 20 minute walk to core of Coco. Suited us perfectly. Property manager couldn’t be more helpful… thanks Bonnie

Have previously stayed at these premises and was very happy with the facilities and especially the layout of the condo. The patio area is great. Enjoyed a leisurely coffee(Costa Rican of course) every morning before preparing breakfast. For anyone who wishes to skip meals, we found a number of cafes and restaurants less than a ten minute walk. Want to explore, just need to contact the superintendent and she will look after your tours. Also a booklet outlining activities etc on the coffee table.BTW. We are returning again next February.

Fantastic condo

Love staying at this condo. Close to beach( 1km) , close to stores and restaurants. Main floor gives you a lovely back patio to sit and relax out of the sun when you need that break. Pool out front for that refreshing dip. Everything you need is there. And a quick call to their property manager if you need anything else, but you probably won’t Thanks again Nikki & Quinn

Relaxing Stay

Everything is walking distance (within about a 2 km radius). The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook all your own meals. The back patio is definitely a plus: I had my morning coffee while bird watching, and on several days there were howler monkeys. The front patio is covered, so you can sit outside and enjoy the thunderstorms while staying (mostly) dry. And after running errands/sightseeing in the morning, a dip in the pool was an excellent way to cool off before an afternoon siesta.

Perfect little spot

Wonderful unit in a private area at the back of Las Palmas. Bottom level makes it feel even bigger with both a front and rear patio to relax on. Short walk to beach, town and all amenities you need. Nice pool to hang out at during the day. Will be keeping this on the to return to list.

Escape to Coco

This property was ideal for us as we are very much into nature (birdwatching, amphibian & reptiles, etc.) It was immediately adjacent to a reserve which we enjoyed each morning with coffee. The neighbours were very friendly and helpful. We have been to Coco twice before and this was equal to or better than the others, we would enjoy a return visit.

Pleasing

The 4 of us, adults, really enjoyed our time at Coco. The condo lived up to our expectations, once we found it. Had a little problem with the directions but all worked out well in the end. Spent a good amount of time in the pool. Great variety of people there, all very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the area with its variety of beaches and of course the weather was basically around the 30 degree mark which we totally enjoyed. Would go there again tomorrow if the plane costs allowed it.

Everything was as anticipated and Ronald, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful!

We 4 rented the property for 3 weeks. There was ample space for two couples and just 10 minute walk to Coco Beach and the strip of shopping and great food. Highly recommend!

Marine Sunset is a beautiful property. Nice clean, large unit with an excellent pool. The grounds are well manicured and the people are fantastic. Highly recommended!

I had a older friend, that has been all over the world and decided Playa Del Coco is where he wanted to buy a condo, so he invited me come down with him. This was almost 20 years ago, I was 24 yrs old, and I fell in love with Costa Rica. Before the trip was over I had purchased a condo with absolutely no intentions of doing so before the trip but there was something about this place. The people, the way of life, the work can wait, family and friend are more important, the you don't have to have money to be happy, I understood "Pura Vita". Unfortunately I went home, reality set in and I rented the condo for about 10 years before being able to return with my wife, Nicki, and daughter, Maddie. A year after that trip we were looking to go on another trip and I asked Maddie where she wanted to go for vacation, Disney Word or Costa Rica, she chose to go back to Costa Rica and we have returned almost every year since. After almost 20 years of hard work and dedication the dream of spending more time in Costa Rica is coming true!!!!!!!! I hope you can come enjoy this wonderful place like my family and I have been fortunate enough to do over the last 8 years.

Several of the properties located in Las Palmas have no privacy, people can look in the windows of the condo, see the pool from the street, and their are different units on all 4 sides. We are in the back of Las Palmas elevated from the road so you can't see the pool or open space without walking up the entrance with open space out our back door and behind the units seeing monkeys and other animals is a common occurrence.
