The 85-square-meter apartment features two bedrooms, a spacious and bright bathroom, a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two small balconies. Guests have access to two private parking spaces located directly below the apartment. The apartment is ideally located for exploring Lake Como and its main attractions. Both Como and Lecco are about a 20-minute drive away, while the train station—a 3-minute walk from the apartment—offers convenient access to Milan. There are also nearby bus stops connecting to the area’s main towns. Located in the heart of the city, the apartment is just a short walk from all essential amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, shops, and a hospital, allowing you to enjoy your stay in total comfort without necessarily having to use a car.
