The Villa is located in the exclusive area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. It is a 10-minute stroll to the old town, or a 15-minute walk to the new town.

The old town offers great shopping and a range of excellent bars and restaurants along with a beautiful harbour, scenic views and the famous Playa Chica beach. The new town has a choice of expansive sandy beaches, offering all the aquatic fun you could want. There is something for everyone within walking distance of Villa Cartaphilus!

This Villa is situated next door to Casa Cristal, Casa El Paraiso and Casa El Cielo.

On your arrival at Villa Cartaphilus you will find a spacious double car port surrounded by lava stone walls and exotic cacti. A walkway, with lush tropical plants, leads from the car porch to the front door and continues around the rest of the villa. Now step inside ….. you will face a stunning wall of glass windows, with triple sliding doors giving you an uninterrupted view of the luxurious pool and patio area.

You are now standing in an airy and spacious living space, with high ceilings, split-level dining and a comfortable lounge area. For your added comfort the lounge area is equipped with stylish sofas and armchairs, a modern entertainment system including a 52-inch-high definition TV screen with multiple channels, including English, Irish and Netflix. There is full access to WiFi through the Villa.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed for your stay, including a fridge freezer and full fridge.

The property boasts stunning gardens surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and high walls, ensuring your privacy. There is an inviting, spacious private pool and patio area, where you can relax in the sunshine on the sun loungers and beach towels provided, and a pool table brings an added touch to the entertainment possibilities!

The beautiful, spacious, salt water pool will keep you cool during the day, and can be illuminated at night to add to the atmosphere of the stunning terrace. You can enter the pool via the Roman steps. This Villa is ideal for little ones, as it has a secured smaller pool off the main pool with a depth of 0.35 meters.

If cooking is your pleasure, there is a state of the art, built-in charcoal barbecue. There is a full range of garden furniture including two dining tables. Dining al-fresco is a must!

Villa Cartaphilus has six bedrooms and sleeps up to 12 people.The villa consists of two master bedrooms with ensuite, two triple bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

A Modern security alarm system, including three safes, is fully fitted to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.
