Villaen har opnået TripAdvisors "2017-2018 CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE".

Villaen ligger i et roligt beboelsesområde kaldet Bella Vista med fantastisk udsigt over Los Ajaches naturmonument og i baggrunden kan du se strandene i Papagayo. Det er kun 15 minutters gang fra den smukke beskyttede sandstrand, Playa Flamingo.

Villaen består af 6 dobbeltværelser og 4 badeværelser fordelt på to etager:
I stueetagen er der et behageligt opholdsområde med tv (med IPTV tv-udsendelsessystem (tilbyder kanaler som Sky Sport 1, 2, 3 og 4, BT Sport 1 og 2, ITV 1, 2, 3 og 4, BBC 1, 2, 3 og 4 blandt andre) og DVD.
Der er en spiseplads med aircondition og et fuldt udstyret køkken med alle de nødvendige apparater, herunder ovn / komfur, køleskab / fryser, mikroovn, brødrister, elkedel, kaffemaskine og andre.
Hvad angår komforten til at sove, består der 2 suiter udstyret med aircondition, et med klædeskab, 2 soveværelser med to senge og et badeværelse, badeværelserne med badekar / bruser, bidet og hårtørrer. Villaen har WIFI.

På nederste etage består:

Rummelig stue med 4800 BTU aircondition, tv og XBOX ONE konsol, med to kontroller. Legeplads med poolbord og airhockey. Et soveværelse med dobbeltseng og en anden med to enkeltsenge. Badeværelse med bruser

Udenfor er der en meget privat udendørs spiseplads med en canarisk stil grill, der fører til en smuk opvarmet pool og en stor jacuzzi.

Fantastic villa, ideal for families, everything you could want for a great holiday, pool and games room was fantastic, hot tub was amazing too. Host Daniel was great, even let us put our suitcases on departure in his office all day, even took them down for us, overall great communication with property owner and manager, we would definitely book again, thankyou.

We had an amazing time, very relaxing. The villa was very comfortable the hot tub amazing and the pool was enjoyed by all of us. Daniel was very good when we had a problem with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms, it was dealt with very promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend this Villa.

We had a great stay at the Villa, it's well equipped and comfortable. Pool is fantastic and there is a lot of space outside. We used the BBQ a bunch and the outside dinning table got a lot of use. The games room downstairs is a great addition, although it did have a bit of a smell. The place was clean enough, could have done with a deep clean under some of the beds. A couple smaller things that would have improved out stay are having a lid for the bin in the kitchen, and being supplied with some more toiletries like toilet paper. Overall though we had a great stay and Daniel was very attentive and a great host.

Lovely villa, within walking distance of a few places to eat. Pool and hot tub were great. Games room was good but a little smelly and I wouldn’t have wanted to be sleeping down there. Some new pillows are needed. The walk up the volcano behind the villa was lovely with panoramic views.

Fantastic villa

The Villa was perfect. Games room downstairs was just great for our age range The villa was clean and the pool was perfect. A little way out of the centre but taxis easily at hand for 5 euros. A lovely stay and would recommend .

Amazing Villa

Spent 8 fantastic nights in this beautiful villa the owner Sonia was so helpful right from when we first made contact. Villa is stunning in a quiet location with fantastic games room downstairs for the kids very clean throughout. Everything you’d ever need for a wonderful holiday. Would recommend car hire. Definitely stay here again.

Great Villa, well equipped, very clean, games room, hot tub and pool are great additions. We had a couple of issues nothing major ( light bulb and power tripped) Which were sorted out very quickly. Only downstairs was no bars etc in walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carmen. As a group of 6 adults and 4 children the Villa provided us with all we needed. The pool and outside area is very well positioned with plenty of seating and sunbeds, the games room was a real bonus. The layout of the Villa is perfect for multiple families. It is very well equipped and usable.The communication from the start of our booking to the end was faultless, Sonia and Daniel were of great help and support to our group on our first visit to Lanzarote.We had such a great time that we have booked again for next year.Thank you for the memories Villa Carmen.

Excellent

Villa Carmen is situated in a quiet area with stunning views. Small supermarket 5 mins walk away. 35 mins walk into the main part of Playa Blanca. We made full use of the pool and hot tub and the games room was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Playa Blanca Family Stay

Overall it was a most enjoyable stay. The villa was spacious, well appointed with attractive interior decor. It was very suitable for families of different ages having the swimming pool and the games room. Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the downstairs bathroom which came and went during the week and did affect the couple sleeping downstairs.

A lovely well needed break in the sunshine. Central to drive to either to the Rubicon Marina or Playa Blanca Town. The villa was spacious comfortable and in a secluded area. Perfect facilities and great to choose either the pool or the hot tub. The games room was fab as well.We loved it there and hope to return. Gerry was very friendly and really knowledgeable, about the island and made sure we knew how to work everything in the villa.It was great to be able to use the washing machine as well meaning i just had to unpack when we got home.

Family holiday

Yearly family holiday with my kids and grandkids Location was further out any expected Villa was nice lots of room to play Pool was good. Air conditioning not great Bedding very old only one sheet and one duvet cover with duvet in closet Outside could be cleaner Air conditioning not

Recommend

The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed for a special family birthday and ages ranged from 23-70, we all had a ball. The only thing I would say is that taxis weren’t always readily available so if anyone in the party has mobility issues, I’d recommend a car. There is ample parking available. Communication with the villa owner and property manager was quick and easy throughout.
