Hi Nancy, I am glad you enjoyed our view. We have one of the best locations in NCV in my opinion. I am surprised and sorry that you found the bed uncomfortable. I actually have guests ask me where I bought it since they love it so much. I am glad to hear that it wouldn’t deter you from staying again though. Thanks MaryAnn- so glad you enjoyed your stay. I am not sure what was going on with the tv in the bedroom as I reached out to the next guest after I saw this review and she was using the tv. I hope you stay with us again.

I am so glad that you enjoyed your stay. Although not often needed, I know that a/c would be great to have during those rare heat waves SoCal can experience. Sadly the complex was not designed to have a/c so it is not something we can add nor can anyone else in the complex. Luckily as you mentioned our proximity to the ocean helps and most evenings cool off quickly. I encourage guests who are surprised by our lack of a/c to be sure to include that in their search criteria as an amenity so that accommodations such as ours on the beach won’t be listed.

Hi Walter, I was surprised by your review as you did not communicate with me at all during your stay. As I explained to you before your arrival, we have two small repairs that required special order parts- one of which (the bathroom light) we discovered the day of your arrival. We did our very best to replace it but multiple sources said that it was not available. It is one of three bathroom lights, but we do strive to keep everything in the best condition we can. The bedroom closet doors are also on special order as they are mirrored and I have asked all guests to keep the old ones open. I am sorry that these mirror issues kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We enjoy sharing our place with guests and strive to give them the best experience we can. As such I always give guests a heads up as to what they can expect so there are no surprises. As for the door, we just replaced the lock this year so I will have that looked at. I encourage you in the future to reach out to your hosts during your stays so they have the opportunity to address concerns or update you. Alexandria

Hi Kendra! So glad you enjoyed your stay. We also love our view and think we have one of the best ones in the towers of NCV. I appreciate the feedback regarding finding the Patrol Office for check in. The HOA just invested in a new sign to help direct guests, but I appreciate suggestions that can make my instructions more straightforward. I will also see if I can make it more clear in my listing that the laundry amenities are a paid feature in the complex rather than something in our unit. Thank you! Alexandria
