Smukke condominium i stueetagen i en lille bygning. Det har en stor strand foran gårdhave, som du kan gå ned omkring fire trin og du vil være på den klit allerede. Gå til højre gennem en smedejernsport, og du vil være ved pool / jacuzzi-området. overflod

Lejligheden er meget rummelig, omkring 1500 kvadratmeter inde. Denne enhed har to separate suiter på hver ende, hver med sin private bad, og en gæst / børnene soveværelse i midten, med den tredje bad, der åbner til stuen.

Det har lyse og beroligende indretning, med et spejl væg på den ene side afspejler strand udsigt. Køkken er god størrelse, har alle de apparater, du ville forvente i ethvert hjem. Condo blev omhyggeligt ombygget inden maj 2018 med alle nye rustfri apparater og stablet vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Det har skinnende hvide køkkenskabe med granit bordplade. Paradise on the beach!

This place is a gem. My friends and I stayed for 6 nights in this amazing house on the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. We had our own private access to the beach, which is unheard of. We had a couple minor issues and the owner addressed them immediately. We so enjoyed sitting out on the patio every morning watching the sunrise over the gulf. Highly recommend this beautiful home. We are already planning our next trip in 2026.

Weekend with the family.

The property was excellent, just as shown in the pictures. The location and the easy access to both beach and the pool make this property worth every penny. I had a great time with my wife and 1 year old child. Excellent communication with the host although we didn't have much to talk about since everything was handle before our arrival. I'll come back any time.

Great, but need new beds

The location was great and being first floor worked well. It was myself and all my children and new grandson. The condo could be better stocked cooking utensils that were useful, the whip did nothing trying to make pancakes. The furniture is outdated and you sink, but we did not spend much time there. The beds were all saggy. On the second day I put my back out simply from the bed and I’m very fit. We all struggled with them, even my 10 year old twins. Small investment will make a huge difference for our return. Christine was easy to reach when we had lock issue. Low overall due to the beds.

Family Vacation

Great location. niice hot tub and pool area. very clean. Manager was great. nice quiet condo for all ages. would stay there again

We Love This Place :)

The property was spacious and provided all the kitchen things you would have at home. It directly faced the gulf and the beach, and the pool was so close. It was wonderful drinking coffee on the patio watching the sun rise. The grounds personnel were friendly and professional and the pool area was one of the cleanest I've seen. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beach Getaway

This was our first trip to South Padre Island. We will definitely be back. This place is clean, roomy, and convenient to both the beach and local eateries.

Great location

Property was close to beach. Roomy! The dishes in cabinets had to be washed before use. All the beds were either hard or too bouncy. New beds would be a great investment! Also having a broom in unit would be nice to be able to sweep sand up.

Can’t beat the beach access!

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping, and the beach access was literally right out our back door. Excellent value and would recommend for families who want to spend as much time as possible at the beach.

The View!

As a family of six, we had a great time with lots of space to spread out and relax. The view from the porch was morning ritual with coffee. Despite the rain, the deeply recessed porch offered shade and cover to enjoy during the downpour. We had a small opening within the sand dunes to watch the teens at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with the right items for us to cook full meals. Would book again!

Unbeatable location

Very nice and spacious condo. Perfect for our family. The main thing we loved was that it’s located right on the beach, ground floor. You literally walk out the back door and a private beach access is there. The pool is also right next door so I could even see the kids swimming through the window. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location

The location is everything - ground floor, walk through dunes to beach. Pools, hot tub right there. When returning from beach, we just dumped our gear on porch, before entering house. So easy.

CONVENIENT, CONVENIENT, CONVENIENT!

This property was located steps away from the beach as well as the swimming pool. There was plenty of seating to enjoy the breeze on the back patio facing the beach. Parking was also just steps away from the front door.

Perfect setting and location!

The condo was the perfect setting for our three-generational family vacation. It was much larger than we thought it would be based on the photos. We enjoyed the close access to the beach, the swimming pools, grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Condo on the Beach ❤️

Beautiful accommodations in the perfect location. It was so easy to access the beach and we had a great view of the waves from the condo/patio. We will definitely book again. A special thanks to our gracious host, Christene Gan.

The Perfect Getaway

We just got home from a wonderful weekend at this property. My family includes 3 generations, ages 1 and 3 up to 65. It's a beautifully decorated condo with plenty of room. But the best thing about this place was the convenience. We were looking for a place that would have easy access to the parking lot and the beach. To say that this unit met both criteria is an understatement. Recommendation for vacationers staying here: Christine (owner) provides the number for beach chair/umbrella rentals. It's well worth the money! Next time we stay at SPI, we hope to stay here again.

On the beach, literally!

We had a wonderful, stress-free, relaxing time here. Enjoy the sunrise(if it wasn't raining in the distance, or enjky the pool(s), either way, we had a much needed vacation.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great and it's an easy walk out to the beach. My 84 year old grandmother was even able to get out there and enjoy the beach. The condo was clean, spacious and met all of our needs. It was also well appointed. Christine was wonderful to work with. We will be back!

Back yard beach

Perfect location. Walk out your back door to the beach. Having a back door key was very helpful as well. The property is nicer than the pictures (pictures should be updated). Beach was way more crowded than usual but this beach is still less crowded than most condos. Will definitely be back!
