We rent this unit every gulf shores vacay we take. It is perfect for a small family or group. The location on the beach is amazing also.

Everything was great during our stay. The property location is the main reason we choose here each time. The only issues we had were the fan in the master bedroom was very loud and needs some attention and the tub would not drain when you were taking a shower. All minor issues that I’m sure can be fixed by the property manager. It would be nice if the outdoor chairs on the patio were more comfortable. All in all, we would stay here again. The price was great and the location can’t be beat!

After almost 2 hours of trying to find the place to pick up the keys and the rental I gave up and ended up getting a hotel room.

We’re sorry this guest ultimately chose not to stay. For context for future guests, she did successfully locate our office, pick up her arrival packet and keys, and drive to Harbor House. While sitting in the Harbor House parking lot, she contacted our after-hours emergency line for help locating unit B4. Our team explained which building the unit was in and that the designated parking space is clearly marked “B4.” When she still had difficulty locating it, we offered to send a team member to the property to personally escort her to the unit, which she declined. We truly made every effort available to help her get settled and are sorry she chose not to allow us to assist further.

Great location

Right on the beach, with a convenient grocery store across the street. We loved our stay here at Gulf Shores and plan to go back.

Condo was clean and in order. I've stayed at this property a few times and this was the cleanest it's been. We couldn't get the lock on the patio door to work, but it's on the 2nd floor so we didn't worry about it too much. We had an awesome stay and would defiantly stay here again. You can't beat the view and how close it is to the beach!1

Great location ON the beach; 2 stoplights away from Hwy 59

Loved being right on the beach. Great location; 2 stop lights down the road from Hwy 59. The room was just what we needed. Loved having a W/D and balcony big enough to walk around.

Best Seafood Ever!!

Property was super clean! The stairs were great exercise but easy!! The beach and white sands was AMAZING! We had a large family in 3 condos and there was something for everyone to do daily! Cooking out was fun too! Weather was fantastic!! Come here… you’ll love it!!

Overall, happy with the location, the property and price. Beautiful balcony views and beaches were not crowded in this area which was really great! Bedrooms lights are only bedside lamps, no overhead lights. Door lock instructions were a little unclear, simplified explanation is to leave the bottom lock button on the inside of the condo depressed, not turn/pull the lock button out. Just a note for anyone with small children, elderly or with physical limitations, access to the unit is with several flights of stairs. Also, the boardwalk has steep stairs at the final entrance/exit to the beach and the handrail does not extend all the way for the last several steps. We piled sand on one side to help with stepping up/down on the final step. If you have a beach wagon or rolling cooler, it will take some physical strength to get it up or down the final step. Having to retrieve for check in/return upon check out manual keys and parking pass at a different location vs a coded door lock was somewhat inconvenient. Directions to location can be confusing. When you turn off the highway by the Urgent Care, take a right on the next driveway immediately past the Ugent Care entrance and follow it around until you see the tan brick building. Keep driving past the building until you circle around to the front. Hopefully these helpful insights will make your stay easier!

Harbor House is a low-rise, walk-up complex without an elevator, so we agree that guests with mobility concerns should keep the stairs in mind when booking. We also appreciate the notes regarding the beach access and will pass those along to the condominium association, as the boardwalk and common areas are maintained by the complex. For future guests, detailed directions to our office for key and parking-pass pickup, along with property directions and arrival instructions, are provided before check-in. Our team is also just a phone call away if anyone needs help along the way. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are happy to hear that overall you had a great stay!

Excellent location. Great for small family.

Location is unbeatable, as good as it gets. Property could use a really nice deep clean when the peak season is over, but understandable considering we went over the 4th of July Holiday. Also, the bedframe in the spare bedroom needs to be replaced ASAP. Overall, great value for the price and would definitely do it again if opportunity presents itself.

Nice place

We had a nice stay in Harbor House B4. I wish we didn’t have to go to a different location to get a key to access the condo though. It would be nice if a lockbox was used or a coded door lock. That’s what our friends had in their condos at Harbor House. It would have made the checkin and checkout process more convenient. Overall a good stay. Thank you.

B4 condo

We loved the location and balcony. We liked having a parking spot under where we were staying but everyone walks thru to get to the pool and beach. Our car was scratched from people walking thru with chairs, cooler and umbrellas. Also on the day we left it stormed and the 2nd bedroom had a large leak from the ceiling onto the bed.

Great Location

The bad - Property overall is a little dated. Looks like the exterior could use some updating. Not as clean as we would have liked. Parking was convenient under the unit, as others have stated the downside to this is people are walking by your car to get to the beach access. The good - Location is wonderful, you’re literally steps from the beach. Unit has just about everything inside you would need for your stay. We would stay here again, the value is tough to beat.

Really nice place!

2 of the 3 of us that rented this condo were very ill with flu. The management was kind enough to let us occupy early. Very appreciated! One night in the very comfortable beds, and they were almost good as new. The view is remarkable. The bathroom was very nice, it looked brand new, and new floors in the condo. A nice comfortable sofa, a table outside on the deck with 4 chairs for al fresco dining. Plenty of cooking utensils, plates, flatware and drinkware. We enjoyed our stay at Harbor House B4 very much!

Beautiful Views

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and it didn't disappoint. Condo was perfect location with excellent views of the water and dolphins playing. Being just steps away from the beach and pool was amazing. I don't have many negatives but I would have preferred keyless entry keeping up with keys isn't ideal. Also the WiFi wasn't very good was hit and miss. The lighting on the stairs is very poor and I missed a step in the dark and fell. Overall I recommend staying there. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

I’m not one to bash but think these thinks need to be said. First off the floors had sand all over them when we arrived. There were socks laying on the back of the chair that DID NOT belongs to us, but we’re there when we got there. And there was also a bag of dirty towels on the end table in the living room upon our arrival. The location was great! We had access to everything g we needed and more. Oh, and the thing in the dryer that catches the lent was also messed up and it took forever for our clothes to dry!

Alabama Vacation 2022

We had a blast! Although for some reason the water at the beach wasn’t at all what we expected. We came from Texas for our first vacation and we have a 10, 9, and 5 year old who all loved it! The rental property was good. Loved the view from balcony! We loved it and will have to come another time when the water gets clear.
