Ferie i dette unikke 3 etagers rækkehus beliggende på Little Sabine Bay, få skridt fra Den Mexicanske Golf.

1. niveau er et kausal solrum og spiseplads. 2. sal har en dejlig stue og spisestue, køkken køkken med granit tællere, et stort familieværelse (sovesofa) og balkon med fantastisk panoramaudsigt over Little Sabine Bay. Soveværelserne på 3. sal indeholder en privat master suite med lille balkon med udsigt over bugten, dronning seng og badeværelse med bruseniche. Den 2. og 3. soveværelser har to enkeltsenge, udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf og deler et badeværelse / karbad. Ny vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Enheden er 2.000 Sq. Ft. og sover 8 komfortabelt. Trinnene er handicap tilgængelige med Bruno elevatorer. Overdækket parkering til 2 biler, dock og båd lift / slip til rådighed.

Our Favorite Place yet!

My girlfriends and I do a girls trip every year and this was definitely one of our favorite places! Will definitely be back! The location was perfect!

Great location

We had a much needed rest after a tough year. Jackie’s place was well furnished and way too much room for the 4 of us😂 I loved the space actually! With 2 teenagers, you enjoy your own space. We will be back! If allowed of course. Thanks Jackie!!!!

Perfect Spot

Treehouse is wonderful! Right on Sabine Bay, and right across from the Gulf of Mexico, it is an ideal place. Clean as a whistle, with all essentials to make your stay pleasant. After my first stay, I immediately booked again!

Another Great Visit!

We came back again for the second year in a row and it didn’t disappoint! Such a great condo in the perfect spot. Just far enough away so it’s not too busy but close enough to downtown Pensacola Beach that we could walk! The condo was clean and updated. The back pier was the boys favorite place, just like last year lol. Thank you again for a great place to lay our head while we were visiting!

Perfect for family

We enjoyed being on the bay and the fact that we could park our boat there. We had other family staying nearby that enjoyed the green area to play in and the dining areas to be able to eat dinner as a family. The manager was very helpful when we spoke with her about questions.

Peaceful location

Nice condo with easy access to ocean. Nice quiet location. Condo has been updated and is cute. My only complaints are that the master bedroom bed was too firm for my taste. Also I had planned on using the coffee maker but when I got it out of the cabinet, the basket had an old moldy filter in it and the basket was covered in mold. I scrubbed it and ran it through the dishwasher and it was fine, but wished I had known that so I could have had my coffee as planned the first morning without all that extra work. Also the fridge had a little bit of smell to it ( kinda fishy). Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely go back.

Perfect location. We docked our boat right outside the back door. The condo is the perfect size for a family that likes to spread out. Lots of room for everyone. Thank you Jackie!

Wonderful and relaxing

This property is clean, modern, well equipped, and located across the street from a beautiful beach. Jackie was a wonderful host and we will return on our next trip to Pensacola Beach.

2020 Vacation

This was our 2nd time staying in the house and when we go back we will see if it is available again. We love the area and it is easy beach access and the beach is not over crowded and pretty right there. The house has everything you need and it is easy to get to places from the location. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect place to rent if you own a boat!

The place was very clean. New furniture. Perfect location. Most importantly for me, nice boat slip with water, power and cleaning table. We'll be back!

Such a Great Trip!

This was our third trip to Pensacola Beach and one of the best! The townhouse was very clean and just as described in the listing. The location was perfect with a private pier for fishing, beach directly across the street and all the dining and shops about a mile away. Thank again for such a great trip!

Wonderful location and home!

We had a great time at the beach and the location was just perfect. If you want the sandy beach experience, the walking path is directly across the street. If you want the dock experience, you need only walk out back. The home was perfect to relax in and cook when winding down. Hope to stay again!

Perry House

Great Home. Great Location. Great accommodations. Beautiful view from the back deck and steps away from white sand and crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This property is also convenient to all the shops and dining on Pensacola Beach. Our family highly recommends the Perry House for anyone’s next beach vacation.

Great stay! Fun time had by out whole family!

Loved this home away from home! This is a cute little property just across the road from a boardwalk that leads right to the beach. The home had all of the amenities needed for our stay and the owner was super great at replying to any questions that we had. We are a family of 5 having 3 daughters and two of our daughters brought friends with them and the home worked out perfect. I would recommend this home to anyone! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great property. Has access to both Little Sabine Pass and a public walkway to the Gulf.

Loved the place! Had our elderly parents with us and the chair lift was handy. Very quiet and peaceful place. We were able to relax and enjoy the Pensacola Beach life!

We absolutely loved our stay at Perry’s Beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Perry’s Beach on Little Sabine. We were able to dock our boat right outside on a lit dock , in clear view from our bedroom window. The location was perfect , with beach access directly across the street and a trolley stop only yards away from the entrance. We had great communication with Ms Jackie and we felt at home the entire time. We look forward to staying again!
