Ocean Front hjem i prestigefyldte Sandpiper Village. Dette enkelt niveau 3 soveværelser 3 bad hjem er blevet omhyggeligt vedligeholdt. Stort åbent opholdsstue med pejs og stor spisebar. Det store køkken med masser af tæller og skabsplads har haft en nylig opgradering med alle nye rustfrit stål apparater. Adgang til stranden kunne ikke være nemmere, da det lige er lige bag bagdækket af hjemmet med et dejligt spor lige ud på sandet.

As you can this house is just a short stroll through the dunes to the beach which is wide and stretches as far as the eye can see. One of the features of the house we really appreciated is that each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and had lots of counter space for communal cooking. We would definitely rent it again.

Always a Great Vacation at GG's Place

The house is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Being right on the beach is also perfect for our little fur babies who love going out and running everyday. Would highly recommend.

Reserving is easy and checking in flawless. Secondly, they have so many wonderful homes to choose from but GGs is our favorite. The owners always make sure the appliances and furnishings are clean and up to date. Beach access is so easy and convenient. Beds are super comfortable. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Also this home is so welcoming to those with dogs. Can’t wait to return next summer!!!

This our second stay at this address and we love it! The three bedrooms and bathrooms are great for three couples. The kitchen, dining and living areas all have great views along with a nice deck and yard for our dogs. The home is well equipped for cooking in which is what we like, or a 15 minute drive to Newport to eat out. Highly recommend this property.

Trip to the coast

The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to bring our dog and she loved looking out the windows. It was great to walk off the back porch and down a very short path and be on the beach. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great Beach House

Second time I’ve stayed at this lovely beach house. I really like the fact that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The house is very roomy and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Beach Front/Ocean View

Amazing views of the ocean from multiple vantage points. Yard leading to the beach is perfect for a dog. The house is quite comfortable. We will be staying again.

Great Storm Watching Spot!!

Overall great spot for a family vacation. Amazing storms for the week we stayed and we had a front row seat for the show. Comfortable beds and supplies in the kitchen to make anything happen. Plenty of room for everyone! Some problems with door latches and lighting brought down the rating.

family week at GG's Place

We certainly hope to make this an annual event.GG's Place is spacious, well appointed with practicaliy anything a person might need, and very clean. The proximity to the beach was perfect for an active 7 year old. We love the pluses in the garage/game room. The "international ping pong compition" was the perferct way to spend a stormy afternoon.The only problems we encountered where some broken slates on two of the deck chairs. A single burner on the stove top did not function, a problem we encountered last year, so maybe it was a user failure? The whales spotted from the dining room table were an outstanding bonus!

Lovely!

Very clean. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the comfy chairs on the deck - with a great view. Perfect place for dogs and beach combers. We really appreciated the warm water hose to wash off dogs and people feet. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Getaway

It was all I was hoping for. The location and views are amazing with direct access to the beach which is perfect for early morning walks. So peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect re-set I needed. The home was spacious and well stocked with all the essentials including kite's and activities for the kids.

The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a hall closet that had just about any countertop appliances you could want including a blender and a slow cooker.This house has 3 nice bedrooms with a bathroom for each one and you don't find this very often.I would highly recommend this house.
