Welcome to our beautiful palapa-style Mexican luxury villa. Enjoy relaxing at the infinity-style pool with views of the Pacific Ocean and the famous Arch. Schools of whales and dolphins frequently swim by to greet you, there is a private beach within walking distance with incredible snorkeling views, and an array of posh and hip hotels just steps away. The views here will take your breath away and the comfortable and welcoming style of the home will make you never want to leave.

The front door will lead you into the main living room area where the palapa-style ceiling, marble flooring, wide-open floor plan and infinity doors leading to the breathtaking infinity pool area will make you ooh and aah. The home actually has 3 levels, but the main floor and 80% of the house are on the entry-level/ top floor. You will only need to walk down the stairs if you wish to utilize the fifth bedroom.

In the living room, there is an inviting couch that can seat up to 4 people, a loveseat that can seat up to 2 people a 1-person comfy chair, and a La-Z-Boy recliner. The dining room seats 8 people comfortably, there are 2 bar stools in the bar area, and 3 bar stools in the kitchen bar area. This house is excellent for entertaining your friends and family! There is a second more intimate living room area where you can enjoy movies, Netflix, and more on the Smart 42" TV. One couch can comfortably seat 3, the second couch can seat 2, and there is a 1-person chair. The kitchen area has a large island with all the essentials with plenty of pots and pans, there are cupboards, cabinets, and drawers stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, and all the kitchen essentials you should need.

The master bedroom is located to the left of the home past the second living room. Once you walk in you will be greeted with scenic views of the Pacific Ocean, the famous Arch, and beautiful white Grecian-style rooftops. There is a private balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch schools of dolphins and cruise ships cruise by. The king-size bed looks out at the beautiful scenery with two extra-large infinity doorways. Attached is a large walk-in closet connected to the bathroom with dual sinks, a jet-spa bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Enjoy the breathtaking views while soaking in the bathtub after a long day of snorkeling and enjoying the beach.

The second bedroom located next to the master bedroom comes equipped with a king-size bed, a large dresser, a scenic view, and a balcony leading out to the infinity pool and jacuzzi. A doorway leads to an attached private bathroom and closet area. There is plenty of drawer and closet storage. There is a walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead where you can enjoy scenic views of the Arch.

The third bedroom is located on the right side of the home past the bar and the bamboo hallway and has a king-size bed with a private entryway to the backyard infinity pool area. There is a private bathroom attached with a large walk-in closet, vanity sink area, and a glass door leading to the luxurious shower and attached jet-spa bathtub. Enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean while enjoying a hot bath.

The fourth bedroom is located next to the third bedroom and has a set of two full-size beds with a private entryway to the backyard. There is a doorway to an attached bathroom that includes a walk-in closet and an attached shower and bathtub combination.

The stairs that lead down to the fifth bedroom are located by the second living room. Walk down the stairs to find the second level where the fifth bedroom is situated. In this bedroom are two twin-size beds as well as an attached bathroom with a shower. If you walk down the next flight of stairs you will find yourself at the bottom level of the home.

There are extra sets of linens in all the closets for beds.

Please note that there is a fee for heating the pool , bringing extra guests, and bringing a pet. The pool heat charge is $100 per day, an extra guest is $100 per person per night, and the pet fee is $100 per animal for the entire stay.
Guest access
You will be able to enjoy the entire home during your stay. The backyard has an infinity pool, jacuzzi and outdoor seating that is available as well.
Other things to note
Keep in mind that there are a few nearby trendy hotels that can get noisy at night with weddings and events. 20 minutes down the road is the Marina that is lined with bars, clubs, and restaurants that can be noisy as the noise can echo off the ocean. You will hear occasional cruise ship noise too.

The home is located in Mexico which means that you may not be aware of or accustomed to some of the differences in Mexico versus other countries. One thing to note is that toilet paper, or any solid object, absolutely cannot be flushed down any toilet in the home or throughout most of Mexico.

Mexico is considered a 3rd world country by some sources and you should be mindful of the legal system and your rights. Always exercise caution as a foreigner.
