White Sands Cottage # 501 administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Observationsdækket på taget har en enestående udsigt i alle retninger samt et godt sted for solsøgende blandt dig at fange nogle stråler. Our 8 day stay was just what the doctor ordered. House was comfortable, well equipped kitchen generally (needs some skillets replaced), very easy access to beach, good location for dining options. Primary bedroom was very comfortable. Garage doors do not work and openers have been rusted for some time, but wasn’t a game changer for us. Sunset views were amazing.

Fourth of July holiday experience

We chose this location so we could enjoy the beach while having convenient access to fishing and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and helpful and responded quickly to our questions and requests. The house itself was a great set up for our family. I had thought the downstairs bed would be bigger but it is pretty small so we put our son there. The king bed upstairs is really comfortable. There are many views making the firework experience a 10/10. From the master bed you can see the historic white cross and you can even see the ocean when washing dishes. Everything seemed well thought out. If you have a dog, the dog beach is one mile away. Perfect distance!! To improve the stay we could have used a better vacuum and a mop. The floors are hard to clean and we have a large family. It wasn’t really that clean when we arrived so having these on hand would have helped a lot.

It works for us, as we come to Pensacola Beach every 3rd week of June for a family reunion of 4 families all staying at the White Sands Townhouses. Best part is the closeness to the beach without the crowds of a high-rise condo. Our stay would have been perfect except for the 4 days of no TV service due to missing satellite dish and sketchy internet buffering off and on. It was spotlessly clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Outdoor propane grill a definite plus! The house is very comfortable for families and has nice views of both the gulf and beautiful sunsets on the bay.

Beautiful Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a relaxing and peaceful stay here. I have a bad back and have trouble with staying in hotels, etc because of the beds. But the bed in the master was very comfy. The rooms were decorated nicely, had everything we needed (towels, linens, small supply of soap, shampoo/cond, etc). Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses. Most powerful microwave on the planet (nearly had a hot dog explode after 40 sec's). The house was very clean, except for the main floor shower door needs to be cleaned & the floors need to be mopped (they were swept, just left our feet really dirty after walking around with socks or barefoot). The gas grill ran out of propane after cooking one meal so we couldn't use it anymore. Directv was out. Mgmt offered to have them come out and fix it, but I didn't want to deal with that on my vacation, so we just streamed Netflix, which was fine. Mgmt company was very helpful with any issues & answered promptly. Parked my crossover vehicle in the garage, but it was a tight fit. Everyone else parked on the side of the house. Had bikes and a few chairs for use in the garage. Overall, a beautiful house, felt safe and comfortable, perfect location. Easy access to the beautiful beach. We plan on booking here again on our next trip to Pensacola.

Bright, Fresh, and Airy

Only the second trip to Pensacola Beach, this house was well-equipped, clean, bright and fresh. Easy access to all porches and much-appreciated kitchen equipment-stainless steel pots and cast iron pan. Problems with internet connection and wi-fi, but we should have contacted the management company. Beach chairs and toys are in the garage, along with one usable bike ... we rented bikes beforehand from The Fun Store. Enjoyed this end of the island for easy running and biking on paths, as well as easier access to the bay, the parks, and Fort Pickens ... quieter and nicer. No real yard or easy area for the dog, but made do. Grocery shopping off the island is a necessity. Used Publix and Walmart Market on Gulfbreeze. Prefer direct beach access/view, but the house otherwise was perfect.

The house is well equipped and comfortable. You can’t beat the views of both the gulf and the sound. My only complaint is that the realty company that leases this property has increased the cost for one week in June over $500 each of the past years. This is excessive.

Perfect Getaway Home!

Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs! There were only the two of us and our boxer - so we only used the upstairs master bedroom and bath! It was nice to be able to take the dog downstairs to the small fenced area for morning "duties" without leaving the property! Dog beach is about a mile away and a great place to take the pooch for some water and sand time - be sure to take your own water as there is NO fresh water available! Icing on the cake....the Blues flyover on Sunday from the upper deck was outstanding. We also enjoyed the fireworks from the Boardwalk from the upper deck! ONE suggestion....trim palm trees out front as they are scraping on the front bedroom windows and side of the house and would probably be very annoying for those trying to sleep in there!

Great beach access, amazing view from the decks, 1 mile walk to the shops and restaurants and even closer to Peg Leg's. The house was fine but a bit dated. The interior was in better shape than the exterior. Most of the outdoor lights were burnt out, garage door openers don't work, gate is rusted and a lot of exterior touchup is needed (rusting garage doors, rusted gates, etc). Non of this prevented us from having a good time but for the price, I was expecting better conditions of the property.We did have one issue that I raised with the property management and they addressed it immediately. Very responsive and very easy to work with.

Great house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! We appreciated being able to bring our dog and the dog beach is only a mile away. This house has a hose set up outside so you can wash off your beach toys and shoes before coming inside. This is probably the cleanest house that we have ever rented. We enjoyed eating outside on the porch and we saw the Blue Angels fly by on their return to Pensacola on Sunday. The ease of getting to the beach on the boardwalk is unmatched! Highly recommend this property!

We loved the wrap around decks, especially the widows walk for sunsets and sunrise yoga. We also enjoyed being able to bring along our little bulldog. All appliances were working and the entire house was very clean. The only suggestion is to upgrade the Wi-Fi as connections were unreliable at best. WE WILL BE BACK!
