Dette opdaterede sommerhus ligger lige overfor gaden fra Santa Rosa Sound og en kort gåtur fra den hvide sandstrand og har meget at byde på.

208 Panferio Drive administreres professionelt af Paradise Beach Homes.

Den kæledyrsvenlige hytte har en indhegnet gård, stor udendørs / dækplads og gourmet køkken. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize seng, mens master badet har en dampbad og klo fod badekar. Opholdsstuen har et åben beam loft, stort fladskærms-tv og masser af vinduer til godt naturligt lys. Køkkenet har granit bordplader, en Viking gaskomfur og god arbejdsplads. Soveværelse nummer 2 har en queensize seng og soveværelse nummer 3 har to tvillinger. Disse soveværelser deler et hallbad med opholdsstue.

Der er en overdækket terrasse ud af køkkenet med ekstra plads til udendørs spisning. De forreste og bageste dæk er perfekte til morgenkaffe eller eftermiddagscocktails.

Great escape close to all the action.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

The accommodations were great and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our pets . We were visiting family in the area and although the weather was cool (March) we could still enjoy the scenery, the full moon and the sunsets!

We loved the up to date kitchen and appliances and we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The weather was a little chilly but we enjoyed were able to enjoy the beach and family time playing games. We really enjoyed the local restaurants, a couple of our favorites were Red Fish Blue Fish and Shaggys. Paradise Beach Homes staff was very pleasant and had great suggestions and ideas for making the most of our trip. They went above and beyond with the nice goody bag. Thank you for making our weekend getaway even more special.
