Resumé
Hjemmet er et traditionelt Santa Fe stil hjem med fantastisk udsigt, tre smukke boligarealer. Derudover har vi en smuk gårdhave perfekt til morgenkaffe, der ser solopgangen, og en gårdhave perfekt til at se solnedgangen.

Kokopelli House blev senest ejes af en Emmy prisvindende sangskriver. Det sidder på 2. 3 hektar med udsigt over byen Santa Fe. Vi er en kilometer fra den berygtede Santa Fe-pladsen. Det er et 5 soveværelse, 4. 5 badeværelser hjem, med tre store boligarealer. Det nyrenoverede spillelokale indeholder en 15 fods projektion TV, der er fantastisk til at se sportsfilm og specielle arrangementer. Vi har et poolbord, 12 'shuffleboard bord, samt et digitalt barnflygel og to meget fine akustiske guitarer og cajon til perkussion

Kokopelli har en forbedret stereoanlæg i stuen, alexas i køkkenet og den formelle stue. Det har helt ny central varme / aircondition hele vejen igennem. Der er tre udendørs siddepladser, et stort køkken og masser af plads til en familie eller gruppe.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and two small kiddos. Plenty of room to spread out and the game room was a big hit. Easy access to town/ plaza and the ski area. Would definitely rent again. We especially enjoyed the sunset views and then the twinkling lights of Santa Fe from the main living area. The fire pits were wonderful gathering areas, also! Our hosts were easy to communicate with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home. Location, Lot. Views. Game room. Magical place that helped us to make memories with family. Special thanks for accommodating our checkout times to the hotels following the stay as most of the family departed but we (and a cousin) stayed in Santa Fe for another week.

Can’t say enough great things about the hosts and their house. Excellent communication from booking to check in with several restaurant and things to do recommendations. The spacious layout and great entertaining areas were perfect for our group. And Iast but not least the views from the sitting rooms and patios are second to none. Lots of great memories made around the fire pit on the back patio.

The house is spectacular! Several outdoor seating areas that feature amazing views and sunsets! The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Bedrooms and baths were clean and had needed towels and accessories. Kitchen was wonderful! Nicely stocked with anything needed for cooking and baking and great appliances. The location was great- easy to get around, close to town and lots of things we wanted to do. The owners were very responsive and offered lots of ideas for things to do, places to eat etc. Highly recommend this house!!

We stayed in home for a family gathering - 7 women and it far exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely stunning with beautiful southwestern art, exquisite views of Santa Fe and surrounding mountains, and multiple large gathering spaces. The game room and outdoor patios afforded time to play and relax. The hosts were amazingly responsive and accommodating. If we are lucky enough to stay here again we will make it our go-to VRBO in Santa Fe!

A music student reunion spanning 35 years

This spacious home was an excellent location to the Opera and Downtown area. The outdoor area with fire pit and seating was the perfect space for relaxation. Chef Kirstin Griffin provided an outstanding 5 course dinner in the home. The owners were quick to answer questions both before and during our stay. David, the manager, was also very helpful with a Wifi issue.This five bedroom home with a piano was the ideal place for our special memorable experience.

The house is as depicted, the view is fabulous lots of fun games to play and spaces indoors and out to “hang”, the hosts are wonderful - wish we had taken pictures of having left it spotless the cleaning staff said otherwise - But alas the host was gracious and believed us - hence the 5 star host rating

An Amazing Home

This property was fantastic in every way. The home was exactly as described, stocked well for a large group and lots of information provided to make sure our stay was great and we were able to comfortably enjoy the home. There were spaces for our group to find a place to relax alone. The location was very close to downtown but also close to the major roads to explore Taos and Los Alamos. Could not have been any better. We will definitely pass it on to friends.

Would highly recommend this property

I will begin by saying after this trip with our friends, my wife and I are considering a trip for our family to Santa Fe and if Kokopelli is available, we will book it for our trip. We had some issues due to very unusual weather for Santa Fe (1.43 inches of rain in a 24 hour period of heavy rains and thunderstorms when May normally gets less than 1" of rain the entire month) but the owners and their property manager stepped up and took care of things in a timely manner and even offered alternate properties if the power did not come back on. However, the house was great for our group, so we were willing to wait out the power outage. There are multiple large living areas so plenty of space, large enough dining areas for our group both inside and outside, and the game room is outstanding, particularly with the approx 18' wide screen. Big Jim's Deck was perfect for our group of 9 to gather by the gas fire pit for morning coffee and chatting. The location is great for getting to the Plaza area downtown, to hiking trailheads on Bishop Lodge Road and the Dale Ball Sierra del Norte Trailhead on Artist/Hyde Park Road. Getting to US 84 North for trips to Taos and Bandelier/Los Alamos was also very easy. We used one of the available guitars in the house to do a sing along by the fire the night when the power was out, adding to the charm of Kokopelli and good memories of the trip.

Amazing views and great gathering places

We recently spent 5 days with a group of 4 couples in this fantastic property. The views are unparalleled and home is fantastic. There are 4 great indoor gathering places and 3 outdoor areas. There is a fun gameroom with a movie theater size screen that we could watch the nba playoffs and movies. Each bedroom was comfortable and well sized and there are 4 full baths to complement the bedroom count and even a half bath. The kitchen is fantastic and spacious with enough room for us to cook together. We had a terrific time - Thank you!!!

Incredible property for relaxing stay

Wonderful - pictures don’t do it justice! A kitchen that had everything you needed (even had all drawers and shelves labeled!), beautiful main living room with incredible picture window overlooking gorgeous mountain vista, and a huge game room with huge “theater style” big screen TV, plus game table, pool/ping pong table. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very comfortable (2 en suite and 2 easy to share full bathrooms, and one 1/2 bath). Great leather sofas and chairs in all the living spaces, with cozy throw blankets on every furniture piece. The hosts, Camilla and Jim, were very responsive to any communications we sent. Just a wonderful place I’d definitely visit again!

Fantastic property great for multi generational families and a large group.

We were very pleased with the condition and amenities at this property. It was exactly as described, plus plus. We enjoyed our five day stay. It was very private very quiet. We did make one phone call to the local property manager for a quick question and he was immediately available. The property was beautifully maintained and decorated for Christmas, which was more than we expected. We have very high praise for every aspect of this beautiful property

Perfect for Christmas!

Our group of nine had a wonderful stay over the 2024 Christmas holiday! The house was beautiful and more than accommodated our family. The teens were thrilled with the game room and the adults were happy too since everyone was entertained! We would happily stay here again. Also, the hosts decorated for Christmas and it was lovely.

Fabulous stay in Santa Fe

One of our grown sons works in hospitality in Santa Fe and couldn’t get home for Thanksgiving, so we all flew out to Santa Fe so we could be together. The house was spectacular. It was so well appointed and had everything we could have possibly needed or wanted. The icing on the cake was the terrific game room with the large projection tv and comfy couches where we were all able to hang out, watch the football games and enjoy each others company. I can’t recommend this property and the management highly enough!

Fantastic home

This place more than surpassed our greatest expectations. We are nine girlfriends from high school celebrating more than 50 years of friendship. This place was a magical place to do just that. The location was phenomenal, but more than that the house had a very warm and special feeling. Lots of places to hang out and just enjoy the beautiful views. The sunsets were amazing. The hosts were always available as needed. Kitchen was well stocked and it was very organized and clean. It was such a lovely place to just be together.

Santa Fe Girls Trip

The house was fabulous. Especially enjoyed the game room and outdoor living room. Everything was comfortable and clean. We thought we would be able to walk to town as it's only about a mile away but the street was like a highway and we didnt feel safe to walk along so we Ubered everywhere.We had a minor issue and both the property manager and owner showed up at the house within 10 minutes to resolve.

Camelia and I bought Kokopelli Santa Fe in 2017. We are from the Dallas Ft. Worth area. I'm in the technology business and Cam works in the dental field. We both wanted a vacation home we could enjoy away from all the normal pressures of life. Kokopelli is an amazing place to do just that. We've spent a lot of time building the game room with wonderful amenities, new HVAC was installed in 2018. The master bathroom and master bedroom are brand new.

This property was previously owned by an Emmy Award winning musician that spent his time here in Santa Fe while he wrote and composed. The property sits above Santa Fe and has amazing views from all sides. Kokopelli Santa Fe is conveniently located to everything. We've invested in the home to create a comfortable and beautiful place to visit.
