Bliss Awaits! Beachfront Bliss Tower II floor 10 at Edgewater Beach Resort PCB

Welcome to bliss at the beach! This spacious deluxe two bed/bath is newly remodeled and is located in Tower 2 on the 10th floor where you'll enjoy a floor to ceiling, sweeping view of white sand and emerald water. Even better: step right out onto the private, covered balcony and take a seat to enjoy stunning sunsets.

Beachfront Bliss PCB offers plenty of living space with comfortable seating, a dining area that seats 6 and a stylish bar with 4 barstools. A 52" smart TV with Direct TV streaming service keeps you entertained. The full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, and a coffee bar with full pot or individual Keurig coffee makers. We also provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like tp, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features two beds (queen + full), smart TV, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

A sleeper sofa plus a cozy bunk nook with twin over full beds rounds out our maximum occupancy of 10 people.

Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer, high speed fiber Wi-Fi, and beach chairs/toys are available for guest use.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and one parking pass.

Very fast and smooth communication with the host. Check-in and Check-out instructions were very organized and easy to follow! The condo is clean and you can’t beat the location and view of the beach!

A gorgeous view and beautiful, clean, and comfortable accommodations! Bathrooms and showers were very nice and clean, large shower space in both!The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed- we cooked most all of our meals for 7.The bedrooms and bedding were very nice and comfortable! TVs and WiFi all worked great. My two youngest kids loved the bunk nook. The living room and balcony were comfortable and nice too. The view is exceptional!We used the beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided and they were great to have! There is also a cooler.Everything is decorated nice and is very lovely, seems everything in the room is brand new.The heated pool outside this tower is great, especially this time of year and the hot tub was nice too. Nice view from the upper deck of the pool area. Lagoon pool,nearby,was too cold but I’m sure is great to use as it gets hotter out. There is also a splash pad.We enjoyed taking the pedestrian bridge for a short walk to the back part of the resort to play pickleball and use the fitness center.There is currently only 1 elevator working, but we didn’t have much of a wait any time we used it. The other elevator is supposed to be running soon.The whole resort felt safe and nice.The sand and beach were awesome and easy to access right from the property. Not much shells on beach here. We went to St Andrew’s Park and also Shell Island to get our fill of shelling. :) The condo owner was great, easy and fast to communicate with!

Bayne and Betsy Parker live on a beautiful lake in North Carolina, surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains. Even though their 2 children are grown and gone, they love to gather the family at the beach and enjoy sun and sand time at Beachfront Bliss! Recently retired, the Parkers also love boating, traveling, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family.

It is a full-service resort with wonderful amenities including tennis, pickleball, a workout facility, and a golf course on the premises. The location is outstanding for the surrounding area, walkable to many restaurants and bars. The condo is right on the beach, and the view is breathtaking.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool, hot tub, and sundeck directly in front of Tower 2 (the only things separating you from the beach and the water) or step a few paces to the right and dip into the beachfront lagoon pool that is 11,500 square feet and surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are plenty of pool loungers for relaxing by the pool or you can rent a set of VIP Lounge Chairs/Umbrella or a poolside Cabana with luxury amenities. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on the villa side along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge.

Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right at our property.
