Lucas, thank you for providing feedback on your recent stay at Lakeside Estate. We understand your frustration, coming from the valley to escape the heat only to find the pool and hot tub unavailable. Unfortunately, this was unexpected work that we were not notified of in advance. We do our best in the creation of each listing to represent the properties we manage as accurately as possible, as it is never our intent to mislead our guests. We're sorry that the partial reimbursement did not fully address the inconveniences you experienced. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will work to ensure such issues are communicated more effectively in the future. We hope we can host you better in the future for a weekend getaway.
