A great place to stay on St. John

The view is so beautiful and the location was perfect. It's spacious, the beds are so comfortable and the three decks are really nice. We also enjoyed the easy walk into town. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for walking to town and onsite parking was easy. The communication was excellent and it looked just like the pictures. All of the recommendations from the host were appreciated. We would definitely stay again.

The space is stunning!

Amazing views, walk to town, perfect parking, glorious pool, laundry a major plus. Interior is spotless, well stocked, cozy while being spacious.

7 days at lavender hill pent house.

We truly enjoyed our 7 day stay. The property is within walking distance to the restaurants & shopping in Cruz Bay. The view from the balcony was fabulous. We would definitely stay there again. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

St John at Christmas

We absolutely loved this place. They thought of everything including flash light for walking the beach at night to beach chairs and cooler for all the wonderful beaching we did. I would definitely recommend the pent house at Lavender Hill.

Jarred was super easy to work with. The property has the best view of Cruz bay and just a short walk to town for shopping and restaurants. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful Views and Perfect Location

Feels secluded and quiet, yet is a short walk to most any restaurant, shop or attraction Cruz Bay has to offer. Plenty of parking onsite, a real bonus to be that close to “downtown” Cruz Bay. Having access to the concierge service (Keri) was a huge bonus for pre-trip planning and questions during our stay. Well stocked kitchen a pleasant surprise.Would not hesitate to book this property again.

Spring Break Getaway 2023

Bayview at Lavender House is an exceptional property - beautiful inside, well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the property management including helping me navigate to the property and walking me through all the particulars. Perfect location to walk to town and so, so convenient to have access to parking! Would love to stay at this property again!

Jared and Keri and team always amazing to work with. The property is well appointed, great location and responses so quick for any questions. Despite being there during the repeated island power outages our villas had wonderful generators so we never missed a beat!

Amazing

Where do I begin? This entire trip was one of our best thanks to this amazing property and the very helpful guidance from Keri and her staff. I would highly recommend this property. It has everything you need to be comfortable and within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shops. We rented a car (highly recommended) and discovered new beaches and hiking trails every day. So much beauty on this island that we need to go back to see more. We also enjoyed the pool after spending long days on the beach. Everything about this property and island are perfect!

Excellent Property Close to Town

Our adult children stayed in this condo with their girlfriends. My husband and I stayed in a close-by property. We all agreed that this property was better for the value and the views were better. We've been to St John 7 times now and we're surprised we never picked up on this little gem before. The host communication was exceptional. We appreciated most the very last minute accommodation. I imagine you'll have repeat renters now. 2 of those adult children are now engaged. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Just as pictured

This was our first time in St John. The property worked well for myself, husband and two kids 5 and 7. There was plenty of room for the four of us. The villa had everything in the kitchen you would need and it was clean and comfortable. We had a VERY rainy week and there was a leak in the roof and some of the windows. I told Jared and he said he would let the HOA know. For most this won't be a problem because we had crazy weather. For our return visit to St John we would stay in Coral Bay. Cruz bay just wasn't our vibe. There is no parking at all (not needed with the location of the villa, it's a close walk to town...just make sure you are able to do hills), but it's not a very pedestrian friendly town. There's no shoulders for walking and very few sidewalks. With younger kids it wasn't ideal...but that's not fault of the Villa. If we wanted to stay in Cruz Bay again I would consider staying here for a second visit.

Thanks for the great review, We are glad you enjoyed it. Again, so sorry about the leak and the rain. Because we are in a condo building, we don't repair our own roof, but the HOA has already sent the roofer up there to make repairs. Just to be clear regarding the parking, there IS ABSOLUTELY parking on site, what the guest is saying here is that she was unable to park downtown if she wanted to (but there are tons of paid parking lots if one wanted to pay) but in her case it was close enough to walk from the condo. Guests should know that they are guaranteed parking on the property. in 25 years of living on island, I have yet to been unable to find a parking spot when willing to pay to park.

Love this Condo

Had an amazing stay at the Lavender Hill Penthouse. Location is great. Walked into town daily for dinner which was a huge plus. The view that you see in pictures is absolutely true. Even on the last day it was just as peaceful as the first. The condo was very private and clean. Plenty of towels and access to washer and dryer was a huge plus. Having beach chairs and cooler was really nice. A few minor things like windows not working properly were overlooked because I saw what these people have been thought. This storm was a huge deal. We have no idea in the states because the coverage was minimal or maybe I just missed it. They are recovering but the island has a long way to go. It never effected our trip but it's obvious looking around that the destruction was great. The beaches were perfect(minus the missing palm trees) and the roads are fine. I have to say I considered staying in Coral Bay and was so relieved I didn't. Coral Bay seemed to be far behind Cruz Bay in its recovery. I think you will be really happy if you choose to stay in Lavender Hill. Jared was there waiting for us when we got off ferry and even waited for us at rental car company before escorting us to the condo. Really nice place and hope to return one day soon.

We absolutely loved the unit and it was so convenient to town, shopping and eaterys. In addition to the beautiful pool, the view of the Bay was spectacular... especially at sunset. Would definitely stay there again! Jared and his staff were especially helpful as this was our first visit to the island.
