Vores suite tilbyder omkring 1.000 sf for en eller to personer, to par eller en familie med børn 13 år eller ældre. Hele lejligheden blev nyopført i 2017. Det er funktionelt, hyggeligt og adskillige trin over et hotelværelse, condo eller rækkehus. Denne ejendom ligger ved afslutningen af en rolig blind vej med udsigt over landsbyen Oak Creek i et smukt, afsondret kvarter, og ligger ved National Forest Service og en frodig, grøn fairway i Sedona Golf Resort. Et baggrund i skovtjenesten og golfbanen skaber et 365 graders panorama over de røde klipper - inklusive Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte og Cathedral Rock.

Ejendommen har adgang til baghaven til vandreture, mountainbiking og vandreture på golfbanen. Kel Fox Trail er en moderat 2. 5 mile sti i gåafstand fra boligen. Udlejning af mountainbike er tilgængeligt i nærheden. Golfbanen er tilgængelig til morgenture eller solnedgangsture.

What a beautiful, well stocked apartment. Nancy and her husband made our stay very comfortable. There were fresh flowers and chocolate . The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable.The view is absolutely amazing! We had a coyote run right by our door and saw javalinas in the area.The apartment is a great place to stay while you explore Sedona and surrounding areas.We will return!

Peaceful stay in Sedona

We were looking for a quiet getaway in Sedona for a couple of hikes and rest/relaxation. This location delivered! The area was very quiet and we found perfect hikes for us nearby at Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. We took advantage of the golf course for an evening walk and enjoyed seeing 7-8 deer. We oped to make good use of a nearby grocery store (Clark's Market) and cooked most meals in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we used the TV to watch a couple of movies. Our only meal "out" was Pisa Lisa, which had great pizza. Overall, this stay was everything we were looking for in a getaway.

One with nature

The home was beautiful comfortable, peaceful and well stocked with everything one would need. The surrounding area was full of wildlife which we enjoyed seeing. We especially enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee each morning. We hope to stsyvagain sometime!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

The apartment is central to several trail heads, shopping, and restaurants. The views are beautiful, the property is in a quiet neighborhood with a side yard that provides seating to enjoy a meal or to just sit and enjoy the views and the peacefulness. The apartment is very cozy, clean and well equipped. Nancy and Doug are very communicative, responsive and warm hosts. We were greeted upon arrival by the smiling hosts, awaiting us inside were fresh roses, sparkling juice and chocolates. Publications provided gave us ideas for trails not as well known and we were able to avoid the large crowds hiking during spring break. Nancy and Doug also provided weekend inserts from the newspaper that helped us find entertainment to enjoy while there. We saw a play in Flagstaff, a concert is Cottonwood and heard a comedian in Sedona - all thanks to their thoughtfulness. We have stayed in numerous vacation rental properties but the Fitz Ritz and its hosts are our favorites. We will be back!

The absolute best

My husband and I have stayed at Nancy & Doug’s property twice now. There is absolutely nothing bad to say. Nancy always reaches out to be sure everything is acceptable. We love the location. In a nice quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Great restaurants, close to great hikes, and a short drive to Sedona jokes as well.

Absolutely perfect!

Nancy was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and included special touches like a bouquet of roses and sparking juice (I don’t drink alcohol) to welcome us. We chose Nancy and Doug’s for the spectacular views and were not disappointed. The view of the red rocks including Bell Rock was phenomenal as were the stars, which is one of the reasons we booked. The location allowed us to take the back way when needed and avoid heavy Sedona traffic. We really appreciated having the side yard to ourselves — to watch the birds in the mornings and evenings. From the ample lawn furniture to all of the details inside like the fully stocked kitchen we felt well cared for. I also appreciated all of the extra blankets, heaters, etc. since I tend to be cold. For the first time at a short term rental, I can honestly say that everything was perfect! We would definitely return.

Love the Fitz Ritz

This place was amazing! Nancy thought of every detail! From a very sweet welcome of fresh flowers and chocolate to the comprehensive list of restaurants and information to make our stay most enjoyable. The views of Bell Rock, the quiet location and the abundance of wild life, all make this an ideal spot for vacation and enjoying the beauty and tranquility of Sedona.

Great Sedona views

We had an amazing stay at Nancy’s place. It is conveniently located near Bell Rock in a quiet neighborhood with serene views. The house has almost everything we could need and Nancy was quick to respond to any request.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful property on the edge of the desert- bobcats, coyote, bunnies, quail, we got to see them all! Space is comfy and well stocked, hosts are gracious. We're looking forward to returning!

Perfect home base with spectacular views

We had the most wondeful stay at the Fitz Ritz, starting with a warm welcome from Nancy, who gave us lots of helpful tips about hiking in the area. The place was cozy and comfy with lots of special touches, including a beautiful bouquet of yellow daisies, a chilled bottle of sparkling juice and a bowl of chocolate treats. It was well equipped with everything we needed, including hiking books, hiking poles and even ice packs for our lunches. And what a great way to start and end our day, sitting out in the rock garden, in comfy lounge chairs, enjoying the spectacular views. We highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you Nancy and Doug for hosting us.

Amazing view and Neighborhood

Our stay at the Fitz Ritz was AMAZING! It was in an amazing neighborhood with a breath taking view. Nancy and Doug were great hosts who have thought through every detail, making our stay feel much like home. I would absolutely stay there again.

Spring break Sedona hiking

We had an amazing stay in Oak Creek. The location was excellent with a beautiful view of the red rocks. Our hosts were extremely considerate and offered every imaginable amenity. Our goal of this trip was hiking, with early mornings out and early crashing in the evening. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry were all well outfitted for our low key stay. Barb had a trunk of blankets and we were able to sit out and take in the gorgeous views. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Home away from home!

Could not be more pleased with this place! Nancy is the ultimate host and has truly thought of everything for your needs during your stay at her little bungalow! Most well appointed VRBO, I’ve ever stayed at. The apartment is located in a very quiet beautiful subdivision, surrounded by a golf course. The views are truly incredible. Whether you’re sitting in the front room or you’re outside in the rock garden. Just absolutely stunning! Just a short drive to the red rocks of Sedona and lots of places to eat all around the area. Nancy also has lots of information about Sedona in the apartment so it’s like having a little travel tourist center at your fingertips. Really looking forward to coming back and staying here again! Thanks so much Nancy and Doug for making me feel at home while away from home!

Great Place to Stay

This was our 41st wedding anniversary and this was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. The location was in a very quiet and peaceful setting. The views were also amazing. The home has everything you need to make you feel like you’re at home. Nancy our host met us when we arrived and helped to recommend what activities to consider, where to hike and where to eat. We just thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back.

Private Paradise

The property is beautiful. Private courtyard to R&R overlooking the mountains and backs up to a quiet golf course. Birds, bunnies and some coyote howls at night (yard is fenced in) makes you feel immersed in nature even though you are near all Sedona has to offer. The vrbo was equipped with anything you could possibly need and the hosts were always available if need be. They are excellent hosts. Five stars for sure!

Lovely home away from home

Nancy met us in person when we got there and she was so nice and helpful about everything from food to activities and hiking. She did everything she could to make our stay incredible and was super responsive when I had questions. The apartment was super clean and the beds were soooooo comfortable. She had so many nice touches in the apartment and everything you could ever need. It was just like being at home except on vacation! So grateful for Nancy and Doug was having us!

Great Location with Amazing Views

Nancy and Doug were wonderful hosts. The apartment was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The location was perfect right on the golf course, close to great hikes, and priceless views. Outdoor space to relax was an added bonus. The property exceeded expectations.

Beautiful and Tranquil, the Perfect Base Camp!

The stay could not have been better. The hosts were communicative, responsive, and warm. I had several questions before arrival that were addressed quickly. We arrived later than planned, and it was easy to find the home based on the directions from the host. We quickly settled in and found anything we could want available, including sparkling cider, bottled water, and small treats. The rooms were spacious and welcoming, with comfortable beds and linens, throw blankets, and extra toiletries in case any were forgotten. Our host even gave us a head's up about traffic so we knew to get out for sightseeing before the roads were too busy. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, which was a lot. We were so close to the major hiking trails and even got a hint about some less-known trails we could take without the crowds. We had no trouble getting to Sedona for our early morning spa treatments, our Pink Jeep tour, our sunrise hot air balloon ride (Red Rock Balloons), and our early morning glassblowing experience. Yes, we fully booked every day with activities, and this made the perfect base camp for everything. I cannot praise this stay highly enough. I would not hesitate to go back.

Great Location

What a great location near restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and Sedona. Sadly during our visit it rained most of the time, but we had a very nice time. The place is in an area with little traffic for easy to do walks in the neighborhood. The hosts compiled a comprehensive book for visitors with recommendations for whatever you're in the area to do. The WiFi and TV worked just fine and my only issue was I'm a light sleeper and slept in the back bedroom and the heater was a bit noisy when it come on.

Wonderful place and hosts!

Nancy was extremely helpful with information and options for activities in the area. Our arrival was easy and directions explicit. We were greeted with fresh roses and chocolates and all sorts of special touches! The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we could’ve needed. It was very convenient to the village of oak creek with the lots of places to eat and shop. I would highly recommend this for your trip to anywhere in the Sedona region.

Great stay!!

Our stay at the "Fitz Ritz" was great! On arrival, there were fresh flowers, a bottle of sparkling cider and chocolates! There was a ton of information about the area from restaurants to hiking guides. Also a Red Rock park pass to use! The view from the house was beautiful- take a walk on the golf course for great views of the various rocks! The kitchen was fully stocked, not a thing that we didn't have. Nancy and Doug were gracious hosts. If we are ever back on the area, we'll be sure to see if this is available.

I love Sedona and look forward to sharing our beautiful little slice of Sedona with you. I moved here as a new bride 40 years ago after a stay in Sedona with friends. We raised and home schooled our 2 beautiful daughters and cheered them on in soccer, softball, swim team, basketball and volleyball here, built a commercial building, The Fitzpatrick Building located in Bell Rock Plaza where my husband has his law practice. I worked as a radio broadcaster but mostly worked as a Dental Hygienist with one year working in beautiful Bern, Switzerland! For 7 years I worked as a Realtor but now work as a Legal Assistant and I am available to assist you in answering any questions you may have to make visiting Sedona your best trip ever.

For the elevation, views, stars and clear skies, privacy and desirable neighborhood. It is very peaceful with no traffic noise, lots of birds and wildlife including deer, elk, cattle, coyotes even an occasional bobcat, mountain lion or snake! Our acre borders the forest service so there is often natural animal kingdom entertainment.

The residence abuts forest service for hiking and a golf course for walking. It is a short drive from Red Rock Crossing for access to Oak Creek and numerous established hiking and mountain bike riding trails. It is a mile from several fabulous restaurants, two spas, a grocery store and two golf courses!
