Summer Salt 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always our week was almost perfect. Some of us were negatively affected by the Red Tide. There was a lot of coughing and dead fish on the beach. The stinky fish did not carry upstairs but the coughing and watery eyes for those of us impacted did. This was our first encounter with Red Tide that any of us can remember in our 30 year rental history. The only other issue wr had was the guy showing up to mow at a time dfferent from every one else in our area...day and time of day. I recognize it may have been different company, but he was the only one in our entire area. The house itself was it's usual level of good maintenance and cleanliness. We pick this house for the elevator, the view, and the quietness

Cozy Coastal Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home. The views were fantastic, and the proximity to the beach was awesome. The main area of the home was perfect for being together since the kitchen, dining, and living were all in one open area. Our senior dogs really benefitted from the elevator, and we loved the shaded downstairs area with swing and chairs for the warm afternoon sun. Would 100% stay here again, and look forward to a return visit. The Cobb team was also very responsive and it was cool to get a welcome gift from them - unexpected sweet surprise. Thanks for hosting us, we loved our stay!

Best Beach House Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would love to say something negative about this house but it would be a lie. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks and this is probably the nicest house we have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot. Love the downstairs area, loved loved loved the elevator. Having a gas stovetop was the best. The kitchen was the first house we have ever stayed in that had decent pots, pans and utensils. This will be the house we will choose every time we come back to Bolivar. Thank you owner for knowing how to present a rental house and thank you for making it available.

A Home To Remember!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this home before. We chose it because of the perfect location, beach view, fenced yard, beauty of the home, and elevator. The kitchen is well stocked! We cooked! Had everything we needed. The negatives of this stay are the oven was pulled away from the wall when we arrived. Being gas, we were nervous our entire stay. Cobb sent someone over as soon as we called, but all involved acted like they didn’t know why it was pulled out. The sink downstairs was filthy. Never cleaned. And there seemed to be pooled water/oil close to the elevator entrance. That area never dried. Also, the Master could use a new mattress!Having said that, we will rent again. The home is so nice. The beach view is amazing, the location is a very short walk to the beach. You won’t be disappointed!

Thank you Cobb for making yet another Bolivar vacation be 5 star! I highly recommend this home. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay on Bolivar at least once a year and have rented many different houses. This is the best one we have ever stayed in because it has everything we need. It is almost beachfront with an access road; has a good fence; a lift to help get food and luggage upstairs; and is supplied with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, appliances, and comfortable beds! This was our second stay here and we will try to get this same house again next time we can. Cobb Real Estate is always easy to work with and helpful.

I don't use the dishes and cookware in the houses we rent normally, but I did at Summer Salt and they had EVERYTHING I could possibly need plus. The view was great. The outside furniture is set up so that everyone gets an excellent view and everyone can talk. I can't say enough. Cheyenne nailed it as always. She's the best.
