Ocean front end villa med ekstra vinduer og privatliv

Forhøjet første sal villa har en stor terrasse med spisestue til 6. Gå ned ad et par skridt til græsplænen og videre til havet på den private gangbro. At være en ende villa giver dig mange flere vinduer og privatliv. Den store stue og spiseplads har begge en mur af vinduer.
Det store værelse og spiseplads åbner ud mod terrassen og har udsigt over havet. Køkkenet er åbent til spisepladsen og er fuldt udstyret. Det har en morgenmadsbjælke og granit bordplader. Vaskerummet er slukket i køkkenet med en fuld størrelse vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng og havudsigt. Alle tre soveværelser har en fuld størrelse badeværelse. Alle møbler er nye, og så er madrasserne og tv'et. Der er et tv i hvert værelse. 2. soveværelse har en ny dronning størrelse seng og 3. soveværelse har en køjeseng med en fuld størrelse madras i bunden og en tvilling på toppen i tillæg til en separat twin seng. Alle madrasser er nye! Soveværelser har nyt tæppe og villa er lige blevet malet, ingen popcorn på lofterne! og alle nye møbler.
Shorewood er et lukket samfund og er inden for gåafstand og cykelafstand af alle butikker og restauranter på Coligny Plaza. Fælles poolen opvarmes fra 1. marts til 30. april og 1. oktober til 30. november, og spaet opvarmes året rundt.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. Short walk to the beach, pool, and Coligny Plaza, where there are lots of shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, and coffee shops.

Family Vacation

The Villa was well equipped with everything we needed. The Villa is beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room. We love the location of Shorewood Villas, it’s within walking or bike riding to great restaurants.

Fabulous Hilton Head Getaway

Stayed at this lovely property recently which was absolutely perfect for our family. From the convenient proximity to the heart of Hilton Head, beach, and complex pool to the fabulous view from the back patio of the condo, the long weekend there flew by way too fast! Patty was very helpful in helping us organize the booking and extremely responsive - we will be back!

Great location

Corner unit that feels private, yet a close walk to the pool and ocean. Property manager checked in on us after arrival and responded promptly when I had a question. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and sun shade. No need to lug all that with you. We had a great time!

Nice location

Rental is very conveniently located and is close to shopping and restaurants. Beach is very close, just a short walk from the complex down the private walkway. Elderly grandparents felt comfortable going out for a stroll, having coffee and going to the beach. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Rental was bigger than pictures show with plenty of space for everyone. We all loved watching bunnies and deer eating right outside the balcony. Thank you!

Great Place to stay

Love Shorewood. Only issue is you dont allow but 2 parking passes. I have two children comming from two different cities. Makes it difficult finding parking for third car. Probably wont stay here next year because of this

Nice, but should be cleaner

We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms and also the bedrooms. There was hair and dust in many of the dresser drawers. The bathrooms needed better cleaning before we could use them. Also, I called the host the day after we checked in to let them know the tv in the living room did not work. It wasn’t until the middle of the week that I received a call back, and nothing was done to correct the issue. The pool and the rest of the property was very nice.

Fun with family.

Location was perfect. Pool and beach was excellent no steps to lug beach beach wagon up and down, sand washing station was great as well. Parked our vehicles and biked most places. Pool was warm without over heated, refreshing. Best beach for ridding bikes on. We saw many star fish, dolphins. Our condo had a few small fixes but nothing that would stop us from renting again. Ground level porch was a game changer for locking our specialized bikes too. It was also great having a bathroom for each family. Kitchen came with crock pot, blender for smoothies and iron and a blow dryer too. Kitchen was well stocked with pans bowls etc. Deb was sweet to call mid week to see if we needed anything:) highly recommended these villas if you have young children or grandchildren.

Good location, not clean

The place is somewhat renovated, but is not in new condition. It was pretty dirty. For example, there was a large amount of dirt and bugs on the window sills when we raised the blinds. The crock pot was covered in dust. I felt like I had to wash all dishes before using them. The kitchen was missing things like a pot holder, towels, and a pizza cutter. The listing says there is a grill, but there isn’t one and it’s against the condo rules to grill. The location was great. It’s right by the beach and pool, so that was awesome. Short walk to coligny. I liked being on the first floor and the little grassy area outside the place was fun for games. I don’t think I’d stay here again, though.

Great Location

Close to restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. The pool was very nice. We will be back!

Great condo!

We loved staying at Shorewood- the oceanfront condo is perfect for sitting out on to enjoy the ocean view and breeze. The pool and ocean are very close and convenient. Overall enjoyed staying at this particular condo- two small negatives would be the bathroom fixtures could use updating, along with the couch- it is very low to the ground and worn down. Although those things did not overshadow our stay at all- since we mainly come for the pool and BEACH! We love how close we are to coligny when we stay here and Deb was very attentive, even calling to check in mid-week which was unexpected and appreciated. We will most likely stay here again and recommended to family/friends. Shorewood is a gem in HHI!

Three couples celebrating their 50th anniversary

Great Condo!!

We loved the condo and location. Checkin was a breeze. The unit was super clean with new comfortable furniture. It was was very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here in the future and highly recommend it for couples or families wanting a great oceanfront condo.

Girls Trip

The property was very nice. Larger than expected. It was very well equipped except for extra kitchen trash bags. Plenty of laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, no trash bags.

Average Condo for price in a really nice location.

Nice place and location. Condo is dated and quality of apartment fixtures, furniture, etc. are just average. The condo is very livable for a week, but could use some updating. Check in and check out went smooth,. Check in and check out times are enforced. Apartment had almost everything we needed and a nice layout for family rental. Had a small problem with a tub faucet that wouldn’t stop running. Reported it and it was not fixed during our stay. If we needed something, not sure we would have been accommodated given the owners brief and strict responses. Thankfully, we didn’t need anything important and our stay was nice.

Superb Location and Beach Access

This property is in a great location! Pool area and access to the beach are great, well maintained, and a highlight of the property. Our unit was as described with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the walk out main floor deck a plus. Newer sectional sofa in main living area while appealing is not very comfortable, too deep and low for getting up and down or sitting for lengthy periods.

Little Corner of Paradise

Shorewood is the best and this unit is our favorite. We love the first floor corner unit facing the beach as it is away from all the crowd but easily accessible as you come and go. The abundance of windows and morning sunlight is wonderful and the unit has everything you might need. Comfy beds, new furniture, beach chairs and amenities and much more. Deb was a pleasure working with as well.

Shorewood has a wonderful Forest Beach location and is located on the ocean. The pool at Shorewood is one of the best on the island. There is a gated walkway to the beach, just for Shorewood visitors. The building is kept up very well. Wonderful for children!

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The location is the best for staying at the beach. Coligny is within walking distance and the area has so much to offer for shopping, dining and entertainment. The villa is light and bright, being on the end gives many extra windows and so much privacy. The first floor still gives you the ocean view, and has no stairs. The bathrooms have all been remodeled. The villa is newly furnished with all new bedding .
