Denne tredje sal 2 soveværelser 2 badeværelser ejerlejlighed er beliggende på bugten side af vores ejendom. Der er en rummelig elevator, der fører dig til 3. sal. På grund af dens centrale beliggenhed er det en kort gåtur til vores hvide sandstrand, tennisbanerne, poolen og kulgrillene. For at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code sover vores to soveværelsesenheder højst seks personer. Det store soveværelse er indrettet med to queensize-senge med et 32 "fladskærms-tv, og gæst soveværelset har en king size seng med også et 32" fladskærms-tv. Det store badeværelse har en bruseniche, og gæstebadeværelset har et badekar. Stuen er udstyret med et 42 "fladskærms-tv med FIOS HD TV-service til din nydelse. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med alle de ting, du har brug for til madlavning - gryder / pander, tallerkener, redskaber, brødrister og en 12 kop kaffemaskine. Der er smuk flise i hele enheden. Den komfortabelt møblerede afskærmede gårdhave giver dig og din familie mulighed for at nyde vores varme tropiske briser.

The place was perfect, close to,the beach, pool, pickleball courts nd office. It was clean and completely met our expectations. Th Breeze shuttle was a wonderful surprise as it went into Sarasota and you could transfer to other busses that took you to other places

Nice vacation property

The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything we expected in a rental. The beautiful beach was a short walk away; the pool was super. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay!Unfortunately, a lightning strike the day before we arrived knocked out the elevator and it took until the third day of our stay for FPL to get it fixed. My wife and I are in our late 70’s and walking up and down to the third floor was exhausting. We did not let that affect the rating for the property.

Great location

Location was incredible- beaches and pools were incredible- there was not a good View from the patio, and there was construction happening that was loud next door. This place was not as clean and nice as other places we have stayed in palm bay club. The floors is in one of the rooms smelled so bad- like it was bad mop water or something- and we couldn’t use that bedroom for a night until the office was open the next day to clean them. The area rug in the living room was filthy dirty- it was gross - the pillows were so uncomfortable and cheap in all of the beds -and there was a huge cockroach in the kitchen we had to kill when we got there- only one working washer and dryer in our building was difficult to navigate as well. Not sure it was worth the price we paid

Fun time!

This place was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The check in process was easy and the lady at the front desk was very helpful with giving information on things to do and places to eat. Property was very clean and the pools were lots of fun! Definitely made our first trip to SK the best!

Disappointed

Condo space much smaller than pictures make it appear, balcony view surrounded by nothing but construction site and construction workers would whistle and holler at us walking past them to the pool, we were told very minimal information at check in and when we would go in the office during our stay to ask a question they usually didn't know the answer. Love the proximity to the beach and the pool area themselves were very nice. Overall would not stay at this specific condo again but loved Siesta Key.

Nice family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The interior was nice and updated. The convenience to the beach and pool was great. There was ongoing construction at the adjacent property so that is now the view from the balcony. That was my only surprise upon arriving.

The cushion din't stay and fall apart. Also I'm recommended the change of the curtain,very thin fabric, not a blackout curtain and all the light in the hallway and in the balcony was filter in the bedrooms and was very hard to fall sleep.

Great location!

Location to the beach was so nice. The condo was great size for the 3 of us and spacious enough for more people. Check in was easy. Would definitely rent here again.

The property overall is well taken care of. Would love to see a pool built closer to beach because the ambiance of the pool in parking lot by office is lacking. Would also love to see a pool bar/restaurant or food trucks on property during day for lunch etc.
