Dette er en 2 soveværelser / 2 badeværelser Condo aircondition med fuldt udstyret luksuriøst køkken, spisestue / stue, balkon. For nylig renoveret køkken og nye møbler. Du kan nyde at spise i en af de ni eksklusive restauranter, spille golf eller spille i Rio Mar Resort, som også er tilgængelig via hovedindgangen i en 3 minutters biltur. Slap af med udsigt over El Yunque tropisk regnskov fra din egen balkon, eller gå bare en kort afstand til stranden eller til lejligheden pool. Condo leveres med strandlegetøj, stole, kølere og endda børne-cykler. Det ligger i stueplan med en smuk græsplæne til at sidde og slappe af. Ingen trapper til at trække din bagage!
Vores hjem blev ikke påvirket af orkanen Maria (undtagen balkonmarkiser, der allerede er bestilt til installation). Regelmæssig strøm og vand service er tilbage betjener ejendommen.

We loved staying at this VRBO. Christian did an excellent job communicating with us. The beach is steps away. The two bedroom apartment has everything you need. Lifejackets, surfboards, and fully stocked kitchen.

My wife and I brought our 3 teenage daughters to PR for a week over Christmas. My girls absolutely loved this place. The beach is fantastic and literally steps from the condo. We absolutely loved this location. We could not have asked for a better home base for all of our activities. The beach toys and chairs got lots of use from us. So much fun. Owner was great to work with as well. Only giving 5 stars because the app won’t let me give 6.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and it was hard to say goodbye! Everything about this place was spectacular and we will be returning next year. Cristian was easy to reach and always helpful. We highly recommend this place!

A quiet oasis

The property was exactly as described. Very clean; quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and the quick walk to the beach or the pool. Communication with the owner was extremely efficient. It was only about a 40 minute drive from the airport. And just a quick drive to the rain forest. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and loved it! It is decorated beautifully, has great outdoor space to relax or let kids play, is a minute walk to a private beach.....what more could you ask for?!

Perfect Beach Property!

We absolutely loved our stay at this newly renovated property! They had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. The beach in front of this property was amazing and we enjoyed it daily! The property has a washer and dryer which is so helpful when you are at the beach everyday. The kitchen is fully stocked and the whole place is modern! The only thing that could use replacement is the mattresses, especially in the bedroom with the buck beds...they are very hard. Everything else about the place is just right including ample seating on the outdoor patio!

Clean & Comfortable

We had an amazing week at Cristian's condo! Everything was just as described. The location was perfect with two young kids, with just a quick walk to the beautiful beach or the pool and a short drive to El Yunque and local restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. 24/7 security was a bonus. We loved it so much that we hope to be back someday!

Peaceful retreat!

It was perfect for us. Very comfortable, clean, updated and fully stocked with everything you needed. Close to El Yunque, Carabali Adventure Park Luquillo Beach and Fajardo. About 30 minutes to airport and about 40 min to Old San Juan. Felt like we had place to ourselves - it's a very quiet area. Beach and pool just steps away. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Everything about this property was amazing. The location in Rio Grande was close to many activities and amenities, and the condo itself was quiet and peaceful. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, beach supplies were plentiful, the beach was private and gorgeous. Even with the windows closed we could hear the waves and frogs calling at night. As mentioned by other reviewers,you need to be careful of the riptides. Fortunately we had a few days of milder surf and the kids were able to go out on the body boards.Christian was accessible when we had questions. The only downside was having to leave. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Sublime location and comfortable stay

This condo is perfectly situated and accessible to many beaches, OSJ, and El Yunque. The ability to use beach gear, like a wagon, chairs, and towels was much appreciated. Check in was smooth (though I would change the instructions you receive because they say there will be a key handoff, though you use a lockbox) and host was very responsive. We lost power a couple of times while there, though brief. The only feedback I have is to fix the back slider, which is finicky to use.

HATED Leaving

I can't say enough about what an excellent host Christian was. He put up with not enough communication from me before our stay to maybe too much once we arrived! He responded to every question and request, exceeding my expectations each time. He also gave us great recommendations! The property was beautiful, the beach stunning, and the neighborhood quiet. I would return tomorrow if I could! 10 out of 10!

Don't hesitate to book!

My family and I stayed at Christian's property from July 8th through the 15th. This is the perfect location for exploring Puerto Rico's northeast attractions. The condo is in a secure gated community with 24 hour security that periodically patrols the property. The pictures are an accurate portrayal of the condo, grounds and location. The beach is clean and wasn't crowded during our stay. The condo is stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and coolers. We had a slight issue with the sliding glass doors being difficult to lock, as most are, but everything else was perfect. Christian responds very fast to emails and texts. We won't hesitate to book this property on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Everything was wonderful!

We can’t say enough about this property! We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended! The condo was recently renovated and they did a great job. Very clean. Modern look. Well appointed kitchen. Beach supplies were provided (chairs, cooler, boards). Beautiful setting a few steps from the beach with a view from the patio of the palm trees across the lawn. Patio has table, chairs, and recliners. The on site pool is very nice too. Perfect location on the island. Close enough drive to San Juan but also close to snorkeling, beaches, El Yunque, restaurants and more. Convenience store that has everything and a bakery are a few minutes drive away. The host was great! He responded quickly to all of our many questions and was very flexible with us when we needed to stay a couple extra days. We would stay again!

Wonderful condo/fantastic location!

The condo is exactly as it looks on the listing. Everything about it was lovely and just a few short steps away from the ocean. We ate out most meals so we didn’t take advantage of the amenities in the kitchen (or the grill) but it looked very well stocked; including a nice blender for those pina coladas ;) I asked Cristian more questions than he probably wanted to answer but he was very kind in answering them all :) The location is perfect! We flew into San Juan and rented a car. Spent the days exploring the island and then came back to swim in the ocean. The complex has a pool but we only used it once for a very short time. He also has all the beach accessories you need which was awesome. We took advantage of the boogie and surfboards. Plus beach towels and chairs. So many great restaurants within 15 minutes and places to get your morning coffee fix…or smoothies. We are definitely going to be back next year! Plus, the beach is so quiet and peaceful and you can hear the waves crashing at night which we all loved!

Perfect place to relax and a great location for home base to explore PR!

The pictures are very accurate, but also do not do this place justice. It was the perfect place for our family (2 adults and a 5, 4, and 2 year old). Christian left us a pack n' play and a high chair booster for our 2 year old. The time we spent out on the patio was just wonderful. We loved the view of the beach/ocean from there and the constant comfortable breeze. The hammock was great for napping and we ate most meals outside on the patio table. They provided beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler bag, all of the essentials for the kitchen. Christian was a very responsive host and got back to us very quickly when we had a question. The pool was great for our kids (3-5' deep, but also has a kid pool attached). The water was too rough for swimming from the beach property, but we were able to enjoy wading, walking on the beach and playing in the sand. This place is only 10-15 min from El Yunque, Luquillo beach, restaurants, kiosks, grocery stores. The property was so quiet and we felt like we were the only ones there for 7 of the 8 nights. The only night it really came a little alive was on a Saturday night, which was really fun. Some of the patios had people playing ping pong, live music, small gatherings, but mostly older people and no loud parties. We loved our time in PR and would love to visit again!

Paradise!

Cristian's property in Puerto Rico was fabulous. It's located in a condo complex steps to the beach and steps to a pool. The beach was surprisingly quiet, with very low and gentle waves (though that can change) and warm water. The pool was perfect for my kids (goes from 2ft to 5ft) and we were the only family in there each day we visited. We loved running from the beach to the pool and back again. The photos of Cristian's place don't really do it justice - it's clean, quiet and well-maintained. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. The mini split ACs were great for the bedrooms. It wasn't that hot so we didn't cool the main area, but one could certainly do that. There was ample dishware and cookware for us to eat some meals in. The laundry was in the kitchen, which was perfect for my family. The surrounding area on the property was well maintained by landscaping crews. The property is located very close to the entrance of El Yunque, a short drive to the yummy food kiosks of Luquillo Beach and a 45 minute drive to San Juan. Grocery stores were nearby and it was easy to leave the property and return without needing assistance from the security guard. My elementary school-aged kids loved the giant lawn to play on (the grass was surprisingly soft), the location of the beach and pool, and the availability of some sand toys and boogie boards provided by Cristian. Cristian was easy to communicate with. His instructions for getting access to and leaving the property were clear and easy to understand. If we had had a problem, I'm sure he would have been responsive and fixed it in short order. We definitely plan on returning!

Wonderful beachfront property

We stayed in this property over Christmas 2009. The location is ~45 minute drive from San Juan airport, away from Old city but very close to El Yunque and Luquillo (with beach and kiosks), also not far from Farjardo where one of the biobays and ferry service to Vieques Islands are. The owner Cristian waited for our arrival at the property and showed us around the rooms and various controls (for AC, TV, retractable awning, etc.). The unit is clean and tastefully decorated, with more linens than we could ever use during the entire stay, and the kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. There are many nice touches, including detailed guidelines written by Cristian (containing local grocery, pharmacy, restaurant information and emergency phone number and hospital), many useful booklets about local attractions, toys for young children, fresh flowers, and a huge tropical fruit basket. The unit opens to a large grass section which extends to the beach. The beach is nice and has very few people (no lifeguard) and one could walk to the beach of adjacent Westin Rio Mar resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. While we booked for 6 days, our stay took another unexpected twist after 4 days, when a water main pipe outside the building ruptured, which led to a decreased water pressure in the unit. Since it was over the holiday period, repair actions were slow. The owner closely monitored the situation and called the condo association and local water company while we were out visiting places. Seeing the issue would take a while to resolve, Cristian graciously offered to place us in the nearby Westin resort and reimbursed the cost including parking and taxes. So we spent the last two days at the resort, which has nice amenities such as pools and restaurants. In short, we felt we had the best of two different types of vacation lodgings, though I do prefer the home feeling of Cristian's condo and the ability to cook a home meal and wash dirty laundry. Overall, we can't say enough good things about this property and more importantly the owner. I'd lvoe to recommend this place to anyone. Two side notes, the AC is a bit loud so one would rather sleep with the ceiling fan on. And the second bedroom is quite a bit smaller than the main one, which would make sharing by two families tricky.

Honest review: The great, the good, and the OK

We got back from our stay last week. I traveled with my husband, 6-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter. Cristian was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was unable to meet us (be aware that half the security guards speak no English) but left a warm and detailed note, along with fruit and bottled waters. There's no one “playground” but play areas. Right by our building was a climbing structure and an airplane-shaped climber/seesaw. The swings near the pool were nice but seesaws there were VERY dangerous/high for kids under 10. Pool itself was great—kid area is completely shaded, and water there is 2 feet deep… plenty for my preschoolers to actually swim through. Then there is a built-in bench along the main pool, plus a fountain they can play around. The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved the kioscos in Luquillo and had most meals there—check TripAdvisor for the top-rated restaurants in Luquillo and you’ll know which kiosks to hit! Also try the bakery/breakfast place behind the big Wyndham sign, as another review recommended. It’s not fancy, but the food is amazing—they make toast from homemade bread, mmmm. Also, there’s digital cable in the den (we left it on Disney Jr or Nick Jr for the kids the whole time; both in English). Bonus: digital cable in the master bedroom! Kids room had two scooters (bikes mentioned in other reviews, but I never found them), a skateboard, and lots of balls, bats, etc. Here are the not-so-good parts that surprised me: -The beach has more trash on it than I had expected and LOTS of dried seaweed on the sand. - TWO neighboring condos were being renovated. My kids' naps were difficult (bless their noisy A/C!) and ours impossible! Nights were quiet though. - Ants in the kitchen and baths; we lost a lot of (sealed!) food to them. Cristian was apologetic and offered to send an exterminator. - There was some deferred maintenance on the condo: • Bathrooms dated and worn out, with broken light bulbs • Storm door that adjoins front door falls apart at the slightest touch, and the handle is dangling and held barely in place by tape • Back sliding door has no handle and you have to open and close it with a screw that sticks out about an inch, where the handle should be. • Dishwasher door is missing a spring, so when you open it, it slams to the floor heavily and the drawers nearly fall out. • No working broom to sweep all the sand that gets on the floors. Still good overall—I'd stay there again.

Thanks for your review on my property. Your feedback is always positive for us to improve the quality of service and comfort to our guests. First of all, in five years of renting my property this is the first time we have ever received a review of less than 5 stars. All of our previous guest have had only great things to say about our place and we even have a steady group of repeat guest that have stayed with us on four or five different occasions . That being said, we have taken note of all minor aspects of this review that need improvement and taken care of those within our control. The door on the dishwasher has already been repaired (it broke just a few days prior to this guest's arrival and there was no time to have it fixed between rentals); the ants have been taken care of by our exterminator who visits the property regularly; bulbs were replaced on the bathrooms (there were spare ones on the property and the guest was notified of their availability and location); bathrooms are operable, clean and well kept; and there have always been brooms and mops available to clean up (even a battery operated broom is provided and available all times). However there are other aspects of this review that we have no control over. First the remodeling of nearby units is being done according to condo rules, during business hours Monday to Friday and should be finished within this month; the debris and seaweed on the beach was caused by torrential rains that happened just a few days prior to this guests arrival that caused major runoff from a nearby river. However as you can see form the pictures, the beach is regularly clean. Even during the summer months all condos nearby including ours try to keep the beach as clean as nature would allow. Remember that our property is within a residential beach complex and not a full scale and service resort hotel. Notwithstanding your comments, we are glad you had a great time and we can have you back in the future at our place. Cristian

Beautiful property

We absolutely loved this property. It had everything you need for a beach vacation and the location was perfect. I’d 100% stay here again. My only complaint and is that I wish the condo had better pillows and bed toppers. It’s a personal choice, that I totally get it. Since that’s what were used to it was a tad difficult to fall asleep. 100% recommend!!

On weekends its a little hectic due too all aparmemts are full during the week you have beach to yourself only bad thing store not close to condo but over all great stay only bad thing the gate remote does not work have to wait for guard to open gate

Yunque Mar Resort

The beach is beautiful, water warm, and I loved the view from the patio to the ocean/palms with a short walk to beach. We would stay here again! Central to many activities in the northeast of Puerto Rico!

Second stay at this lovely property

This was a great vacation ! It was our second stay here and we went over Christmas. The property is nicely kept, kitchen has all appliances you need. Washer and dryer was great to have. We enjoyed having the Christmas wreath on the door ! A few small issues popped up and cristian the owner was very easy to contact and very nice and attentive. He Quickly resolved the issue. The home is lovely and taken care of. We love being so close to the beach; it’s like a private beach. Everything was wonderful again and we would love to return.
