We appreciate your note about the hot water—after your stay, we performed maintenance on the water heater to help improve performance, especially during times of higher usage like with a larger group. Also, we wanted to let you know that we've now replaced the pedestrian gate card, which unfortunately wasn't available during your stay. This should make it much easier for guests to walk in and out of the community going forward. Many of our past guests have really enjoyed taking leisurely sunset walks and getting some exercise around the lush grounds of the nearby golf club, and we hope future guests can now enjoy that more easily too. We're committed to promptly addressing any issues or questions guests have, and we are surprised to learn you had questions as we reached out to you multiple times to offer assistance. During your visit, Puerto Rico had severe weather, causing rare water pressure loss in the entire town. Our area experienced minimal impact, with low pressure for a few hours. Nonetheless, we understand this can be frustrating, and we're installing an emergency water cistern to prevent this in the future. Regarding the ant situation, it's common on tropical islands, but we're equipped to handle it when authorized to enter the rental during a guest's stay. It's worth noting that our place is regularly treated with professional-grade extermination products to ensure a pest-free environment. Our rental is in a prime location, close to the beach with a rich history, but some nearby privately owned properties are in a state of transition of ownership and renovation. We provide beer, water, and coffee pods as a courtesy to our guests. We will consider expanding offerings. Your feedback is crucial for ongoing improvements to enhance future guests' experiences.
