We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and well stocked. Both bedrooms and the living room each had an a/c unit which helped keep us comfortable. The washer and dryer came in handy. The beach was private and clean, and our 3 year old had a lot of fun in the playground area. We loved the proximity to El Yunque and it was close enough to San Juan for us to drive there each day for everything we wanted to do. Hector was great at communicating. We would definitely stay here again!

This beach condo was absolutely perfect, clean, beautifully decorated, and just steps away from the beach with stunning views. This place had everything you needed. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book here again the next time we’re in the area! The host was a great communicator so that was also a plus.

We had a wonderful short visit staying at this apartment prior to taking a cruise out of San Juan. The beach right at the apartment complex is beautiful and my son loved playing basketball on the complex court. Would love to return for a longer stay and see more of the island

We had a great stay at Hector’s condo. The condo was very clean and tidy, and well-situated close to El Yunque, and excellent beaches and food. Hector was super responsive to any questions and instructions for the condo were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend! We would absolutely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach and the pool was a short walk away. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The apartment was clean has anything and everything you need Hector was always available whenever we had any questions or concerns very helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to stay not only for the cleanliness of the apartment before the location I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Wonderful! This property was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and everything worked properly. Everything we needed was available from the strainer for pasta, the oven for roasted chicken to the beach towels. The property grounds were quiet. The pool and beach were very nice and the location was convenient and easy to find. Less than a 20 minute drive to Luquillo Beach and kiosks and the El Yunque rainforest. I would absolutely stay at Hector's place again. He was a great host!

Great location

Close to beautiful beach. Gated property. All amenities provided (beach towels, toys, chairs, laundry, etc). Would recommend and hope to stay again!

This is an Awesome Property! We have returned to this area of Puerto Rico many times and Hector did not disappoint. He was very responsive to our questions or concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking item we could want. Beach chairs, extra towels, coolers you name it. The pool is great, and the beach is fantastic! A true piece of heaven for us northerners - we shall return!

The stay with Hector was amazing! The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything you needed, the beach chairs and boogie board were awesome and the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The views were outstanding a rainforest on one side and ocean on the other! Will definitely return in the future!

This condo is pretty much as described. It is in a quiet area, but restaurants and other activities are nearby. The beach in front of the development is quiet and lovely - and if you want an active beach with people watching, Luquillo beach is close by. The condo is not large, but it was comfortable for 4 adults, although the balcony only has seating for two and is a bit tight for four. Overall a great value though. Short walk to a lovely private beach and even shorter to the pool. Hector was always very quick to respond. Would definitely go back.

Communication from booking to checkout with Hector was thoroughly impressive. Upon arriving the Condo looked exactly as pictured and was extremely clean!!!!! We were very satisfied with our stay and would happily book with Hector again!

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of five with three young kids. We booked our stay at the last minute, and Hector was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made check-in simple and stress-free. The best part was being able to walk right out to the beach, it made everything so easy with little ones. The beach was quiet during the weekdays and still not crowded on the weekend, which we really appreciated. Our kids had an amazing time finding sand dollars, and the ocean was calm enough for them to enjoy playing in the water. The property also provided beach chairs, coolers, snorkel goggles and a boogie board, which was a great bonus. Inside, the condo was very clean, beautifully finished, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with more than we expected, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the condo cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation in Puerto Rico and would happily stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can’t say enough great things about this property! A huge thank you to our host Hector — he was fantastic and made the whole experience seamless.The location is unbeatable. We were just minutes from beautiful beaches, great local restaurants, and the breathtaking El Yunque Rainforest, making it easy to pack in so much without ever feeling rushed.The unit itself was spotless and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked — perfect for a family who likes to mix in home-cooked meals between adventures. Everything we needed was right there.This place is ideal for a family of four. Our kids had the time of their lives between the beach and the pool, and the boogie boarding was an absolute highlight of the trip — they didn’t want to leave!We would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to any family looking for the perfect getaway. Thanks again, Hector!

Great property and host!

Place was exactly as described. Host was responsive to inquiries. Place has everything you need to enjoy your stay on the beach, down to beach chairs, snorkling gear, sports balls, and ice chest! Although we didnt take advantage of these, it was wonderful that the host thought enough to provide them! Would definately recommend this place, and would stay here again if visiting the area in the future.
