Hi Ingen I am sorry you didn't enjoy this wonderful place. The temperature is definitely cooler high up in the mountains which is one of the reasons the house is so popular, as it is 5 degrees cooler for sleeping but high enough up to get lots of sunshine during the day. We are sorry also that the internet was not working. We understand that there was a problem which you reported to the owner and that is was a broken modem which was then resolved by an engineer shortly into your holiday. We have asked subsequent guests to check the internet and they advise it is now fine. Best wishes Lorraine from tuscan-retreats

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the mountain views, quiet setting, and an easy, relaxing stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon. Best regards, The Tuscan Retreats Team

Thank you for your review and we are glad to hear you had a lovely time and appreciated the location of this place and the stunning views. We haven't described this property as fenced but I will speak with the owner and suggest he fences in the part you suggest. Best wishes, Lorraine at tuscan-retreats NB for future guests - there is another property with a pool 'next door' but there are 60M between the 2 pools and there is also shrubbery etc. All has been designed for privacy but if someone were specifically trying to look at the other garden it would be possible to see parts of it. The eating and relaxing areas have also been set at opposite sides of the houses for privacy. The land is also terraced.

Thank you for your 5 star review. We hope to hear from you another time. Best wishes from the team at tuscan-retreats
