Great Location!

Not only is this house in a great location, which is like a block from the beach, it's so clean and nicely decorated. There is so much to do around the area that is in walking distance (shopping, restaurants, gas, groceries, etc.)

Great Beach Location

We loved this beautiful house in a cute quaint beach neighborhood. The garage had plenty of beach supplies for us and we enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. Coffee on the front porch, dinners by the grill and evening drinks by the fire.

Great beach house

Such a cute beach house! Very spacious for our family of 7. The beach is really not a 5 min walk away, a 5 min drive is more like it, but not a hassle. The pool is less than 5 min walk and very easy to access. Would definitely stay here again!

We'll be back...

Nothing but good things to say about this property. It was very clean upon arrival. Check in process was flawless. Mgmt team was responsive to communications. Wonderful location. 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The house came with a large beach wagon which we used everyday, beach chairs, toys, umbrella and more. As my wife said, this is now her favorite part of Florida. Thank you!

Almost place. Close to everything. Clean, updated, and spacious. On the first night the living room tv fell off the wall. Thought we’d be without the tv all week. Called the property management and a new tv was mounted on the wall the next day before we got back from the beach. Great place.

Great location and property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit in October 2021 at this property. Overall the location and the layout of the property were great for our family. The only minor hiccup was that the pictures represented that there were beach toys/chairs in the garage and upon arrival there were basically none. The property management co wasn't much help with a solution. If we had known in advance we would have brought our own. We didn't let that minor issue detract us from having a great time and everything else about the property was exactly what we were looking for.

Nice property - horrible property management company

The house was nice and comfortable. Do not rent a house if Destin Palms Vacations is the property management company. They will outright lie to you. The hot tub and patio with fire pit were the main reasons we chose this house. We were only able to use the hot tub one time during our one week stay. The circuit panel fried so I called the property management company. I was told they would call the owners to see about getting it fixed and get back to me with an update. They never called. I had to call several times to finally be told the hot tub would not be fixed while we were there for the week. I was told that someone would call me back to discuss some sort of discount. No on called. I called again the day we checked out. I was told someone would be calling me. No one called. I called the week after was told someone would call me. I then called and of course there was no manager so I asked to have one call me. No one has called. I was told repeatedly and assured someone would call me back every time I called. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service and blatantly being lied to. I will never stay at a property managed by your company. The owners of this property should know what this propriety management company is doing.

We want to thank you for letting us know about the hot tub. We spoke with our maintenance supervisor and he has assured us that he was in communication with you during your stay. He has also informed us that the hot tub has since been fixed. Unfortunately, with repairs that exceed a certain limit, we must first get approval and check that whether the item is still under warranty or not. However, we do sincerely apologize that we were unable to finish the repair during your stay. For any future stays with us again, please continue to let us know of any issues right away so that we can be sure to make it right! We hope you give us a second chance to provide you with a 5 star experience that we hold true to our standards. -Destin Palms Vacations
