Vores rum er unikt beliggende nær hjertet af Orlando. Udnyt de mange fantastiske vandaktiviteter, Clear Lake har at tilbyde! Vi er lige ved siden af ​​Citrus Bowl, et populært sted for Orlando sportsbegivenheder. Vi er 20 minutter fra lufthavnen, og mindre end 5 minutter fra downtown Orlando.

The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 7 and 2 dogs, the location was pretty good, it was centrally located and only about 15 minutes from Universal, we had seen some reviews mentioning the neighborhood but we didn't have any concerns during our stay, it’s a very quiet area.The only downside for us was learning that dogs were not allowed in the pool, this was only mentioned in the rental agreement that was sent a few days prior to check in date, completely understand that every property has its own rules but it would have been helpful to know this policy before booking so we could plan accordingly.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the space and convenient location.

Hot tub was amazing. Paddleboards out back were fun. Protector rooms was easy to use and was able to put the games on for a watch party.

Really needs updating. The Mildew was in need of bleach in the bathrooms. We had a good time, but the place was fixed up with nothing but a paint brush, some of the areas were falling hazards and should be address.

Great house & location

Stayed at this house for a weekend golf trip. It had everything we needed, including adequate sleeping arrangements for everyone in our group! Check-in & Check-out process was made easy!

Perfect house

Pool was nice and deep, hot tub warm, and the top deck has great views of the sunset. Plenty of hot water, and having 4 bathrooms for the 5 bedrooms was perfect. We also really enjoyed the movie room

Great stay and highly recommended!

The perfect escape! We had an amazing one-night stay at this lakefront property, and it exceeded all our expectations. The views of the lake were simply breathtaking, and the pool and spa provided the relaxation we needed. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. This property is a hidden gem, and we can't wait to return for a longer stay in the future!

Great location too our gymnastics venue. Something for everyone to do at the house. Just know the pool is not heated, that was the only downfall for us. Other than that we had amazing time at the home

Amazing!!

My family rented this property for my daughter’s wedding. It was spacious for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready day of and the lake view was a stunning backdrop for the day. The property manager was super accommodating throughout our stay and provided timely communication. Highly recommend this rental! Very enjoyable stay!

AMAZING

This house was an unexptected surprise. Gorgeous lake views and very close to the Amway center. We loved it. I enjoyed the view from the master bedroom and the kids loved the pool. Once we arrived at the house we felt like we were in our own oasis. The hosts were very responsive to us as well.

Short but sweet stay

I booked this home as a quick stopover after our Universal Studios trip, and I’m so glad I did! The house had everything we needed. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. My younger siblings couldn’t get enough of the bedroom/game/movie room with the pool table. But for me, the sunset was my favorite! So beautiful and peaceful! We’re already talking about coming back! Thanks Paul and Austin!

Bowl game with family

Lake Gem needs a little polish. Paul (property owner/maintence) was great. If there was normal TLC I’m sure the property would look and feel 100%. That being said…9 family members arrived and left happily.

10 stars!

There was never a dull moment between swimming, the hot tub, making a fire, and renting the boat. Location was perfect for us because we had to be downtown but still wanted to be on the lake and this was the only lakefront house we could find. It only took us about 8 minutes to get downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Views were amazing and the rooms all had very fun decorations. thanks to Austin and his team!

Nice place. Plenty of room.

The property is adequate for coming home and relaxing after a day out in Orlando. The area is not conducive to going for a walk to a coffee shop or dinner. Once you're on the property there is plenty of privacy. The property is currently being improved and is definitely a good spot. I would not recommend going into the lake from shore to swim but there were people water skiing and fishing. Perfect for what we needed and expected.

Hey Gary, Orlando is a melting pot of cultures and ethnicities. Not everyone looks or dresses the same, and I'm sorry that scared you. Everyone we've ever taken the time to talk to in the area has been super nice. The benefit of the house is that it's centrally located close to everything in Orlando and it's on a lake, so there will always be a bit of give and take. Best of luck in the future

Awesome View of Lake/ Not so good neighborhood

Pictures are definitely look better than actual property. You have to take the good with the bad. The house is not in a great neighborhood although if your going to a concert at the Amway Center, then it is only 3 miles away. The house was built in 1971 and they have tried to modernize it, it still need some work. The spectacular views from the dock and back patio are breathtaking and make up for everything else. We had all adults stay for the weekend for a Jimmy Buffett concert. We all had a great time to be able to cook ourselves, hang out and enjoy the weekend - plenty of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. The caretaker on the property was very accomodating and helpful.

Since you've checked out, we've redone the landscaping, the backsplash, and bought new furniture. We plan to continue buying new furniture and doing incremental improvement until everything has been completely renovated. Next on the docket is a Paver patio fire pit, followed by a bathroom renovation!

Cool House, Many Compromised Features

Check in was poor, needed gate code and had to bug people to get it. Many features that I paid a premium price for fell very short: smelly unkept hot tub, pool with low water unkept and cold, very large holes in screened in porch, sauna did not work, poor craftsmanship in many areas of home, smelly dishwasher, terrible bedding and mattresses, whole bottom floor smelled like Febreeze, animal feces on master bedroom deck railing. Great theater room with pool table and cool old arcade game.Very cool home but most premium features that warranted high nightly rate were essentially useless. Only stayed for 1 night, would have been livid if I went there with a group or for a long stay.

Amazing vacation spot centrally located

I read some bad reviews on here so I was a little skeptical but Austin has done a great job at correcting everything because we had a great time. The house was everything we could have asked for and more. It was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, guest house, movie room, and putting green were all incredible amenities that we enjoyed immensely. The pool was the perfect place to cool off on a hot day, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The bocce ball court was a lot of fun, and the guest house was great for our friends who wanted to have their own space. The movie room was perfect for watching movies with the family, and the putting green was a great way to practice our golf skills. But the best thing about this house was the location. It was right on the lake, and the views were breathtaking. We spent hours sitting on the dock, fishing and swimming. Overall, we had an amazing stay at this lakefront house. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind with our family and friends. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation experience.

Decent place - not worth the price tag

Front door lock was broken when we arrived and we were not able to get in for almost an hour after our check-in time. Upstairs AC was almost nonexistent and uncomfortably hot. The gate to get in to the property was broken several times throughout our stay, to the point where we had to manually unhook the electric portion of it to leave the property. Lastly, there's a camera staring at your face in the lanai that was unsettling to say the least, I don't think anyone wants to be watched like that. I will say getting to the house was a bit scary because of the area, but the property was a pleasant surprise once the gate opened. The property has a beautiful lakefront view with a very nice dock to hangout on. And the main house is well sealed, so noise did not leak out of the house at all. Don't think I would stay here again, but we enjoyed our time there.

Great weekend getaway at a hidden gem

A group of family and friends spent Presidents’ Day weekend in Orlando to visit Disney and the Daytona 500. Although the race was rained out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. The house is as advertised. While it could use some upgrades here and there, it had everything we needed and more. Lake views are gorgeous. It was too cool for the pool, but the hot tub was wonderful. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and the property managers were great communicators. We even met their dog, who is VERY good. The neighborhood, however, did not match the lovely home. It seemed like a side of Orlando you don’t see on Disney’s Magical Express. However, the house is gated and feels very safe—I just wouldn’t run around the neighborhood. (But you’re on vacation, run when you get home). Grocery stores and good restaurants are nearby (within ten minutes). Coming from the Philly area, we were happy to see several Wawas. MCO and Disney are about 20 minutes away. Highly recommend this home!

Poor value for money

The main house and the guesthouse need maintenence and it is obvious that a qualitypolicy do not excist. No gas grill, cracked plates and cups, missing kitchenware, there was no ”gym” at all, the remote controll for the TV set in the master bedroom was dead, the freezer/fridge was out of order, the handshower in the downstairs shower room did not work. A pile of black plasticbags containing garden waste was in the front yard during the whole stay, the tap in one of the basins in the restroom upstairs suddenly broke. The toilet in the guesthouse was clogged. Many times, when it rained, the kitchenfloor in the guesthouse was full of rainwater, the poolwater turned green due to lacking maintanance. The dishwasher bottom tray was broken, the airconditioner vent was in the masterbedroom and made a loud noise early in the morning and during the night when we wanted to sleep, the airconditioner in the dubblebunk room was ineffective, good that there was a sign warning about snakes. The sign should be complimented with information about the kind of snake and emergency medical treatment steps in case of being bit. All the pool table cues were broken, the button to open gate from inside should be included in the instructions at the time of ”handing over the keys”.The handyman was very helpful. He fixed some of the most urgent problems. For the same amount of money we could have had rooms at Hilton Orlando. The conclusion was that we did not get value for the money.

Had a large group and it worked out perfectly for our trip. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Having the sauna and pool on property was super convenient.

I lived here for four years while fixing up the house, wakeboarding every day. Now its a rental that is super close to my heart. I fixed it up exactly the way I would want it if I were a guest here.

There is no other lake this close to the heart of downtown. You get all the benefits of water front life while being right next to city living and the Citrus Bowl. Still only 15 min from Universal, 20 min from the airport, and 25 minutes from Disney.
