We loved this apartment , great hosts, great location for our purposes. Especially appreciated the flexibility for accommodating an earlier check-in . Would love to return, Barcelona off course is an amazing city.

We had an amazing stay! Silvia was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout our trip. She kindly allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated after traveling. The apartment was exactly what we needed, and everything made our vacation in Barcelona even more enjoyable. Thank you, Silvia, for your hospitality and for making our stay such a great experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Great stay!

We enjoyed the apartment very much- super conveniently located. It did get a bit hot in the bedrooms at night- but overall was a great place for our visit to Barcelona

The host was very good and helpful over check in and out times. The apartment was clean and tidy. However, we had to repair the fridge door which had become detached from the cupboard front. We also found the mismatched crockery disappointing and ended up buying 2 mugs to use for the duration of our stay. For the price it would have seemed reasonable to provide dishwasher tablets and tea towels. We still had a great time and it would only take a few changes to make this apartment even better than it is.

Good, spacious unit in good location very close to metro and supermarkets. Bakery downstairs.Building has a lift, but it broke mid stay for us. Unit has 2 air con units. Getting a dishwasher and washer tablets will be nice for the beginning. Bathrooms have no locks. Wardrobes and sunroom cluttered with old furniture and other items. No much sun, but very quiet. Overall good experience.

Wonderful hosts! We’re very accommodating in terms of our arrival. We arrived a little early and they allowed us to leave them with our luggage before the room was available.Clean facilities! We felt safe and their neighborhood! We were a little distant from some of the major sites we had planned to see.Their communication to us back-and-forth was exceptional. It was always easy to contact them quickly.In all, a great day thank you so much!

Wonderful Stay

I would recommend this, it has a very good location to transit, right next to subway station. Some very cool things in the area. It is also as advertised, cute balcony, space, washer and kitchen. Would recommend, and very well priced.

The apartment was fabulous, well located and a cool refuge during a very hot period. We found good cafés and an excellent restaurant in the neighbourhood. Transit was easy and the three day pass was perfect for us.There were convenient and very good places to buy food; we could’ve used a bit more equipment in the kitchen.

Great location

We found the property to be clean, comfortable, and reasonably well provided with what a family of 5 needed to spend 2 weeks in Barcelona, at an affordable price. Perfect location for access to public transit, cafés, supermarkets and parks within walking distance. A great choice.

Nice apartment

Apartment is located on the boulevard but noise from traffic cannot be heard because the apartment is in the back of the building. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is excellent because it is across the street from the metro, which takes you anywhere in Barcelona that you want to go and very quickly there!

Barcelona by Metro

Spacious, well equipped, clean, 3/2 flat conveniently located near metro station, bus stop, pharmacy, convenience store, supermarket/department store and restaurants galore with various international flavors. Only drawback is single mini split AC on bedroom area, make sure you are comfortable sleeping w your bedroom door open. We were lucky it was cool and breezy at night and could sleep w windows open.

Spacious beautiful neighbourhood

The property is beautiful with a wonderful neighbourhood lots of authentic restaurants, fruit stands and markets nearby. The property was clear and well looked after other than a sluggish hall air conditioner. I would book this property again in a heartbeat! My only worry was confusion on check-in information in advance. For international travellers, we need more than 24 hours to confirm.

Good apartment with easy access to Barcelona

The apartment itself was clean and had enough space for our family of six. Full kitchen with two bathrooms and all the amenities we needed for a week-long stay. The owners list it on VRBO but a separate, third-party company runs the rental from Barcelona. Not very good communication via VRBO and expect to be contacted by others directly to your phone or WhatsApp account. Good stay but the management coordination need improvement.

Lovely Barcelona stay

The apartment is in a residential area. Mid century? Check in process good. Nice and clean, modern bathrooms and kitchen with everything you could need. Air conditioning welcome but there was a great through draft when windows/ doors propped open so only used air conditioning intermittently. Old furniture / antiques a bit like visiting grandma..? Huge supermarket over the road and Lidl just around the corner. Close to metro. We enjoyed eating locally. We felt very safe.

Very nice! The one negative was the air conditioning in the rooms. Very little to no air was felt in the rooms even with the ventilators placed at door. You should also check the shower in the main bathroom. The nozzle does not stay therefore very difficult to shower. Otherwise our stay was great and the little backers just next door was a perfect hit! Many thanks!

Barcelona

Flat was nice. Not knowing are would have liked to be closer in inside of city. Rental agency was great with communication and helped us get taxi service to port. Never have rented in Europe before so I don’t know if it is normal to be allowed 1 towel per guest. Also no toiletries or complimentary coffee. This may be normal so I don’t want to be judging. Would recommend flat.

Barcelona stay

The place is very clean. The bus stop and metro are just a few steps away. Restaurants are close by and we never had any safety issues. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The cooling system can be improved . The A/C is mounted by the hallway and none in the bedrooms. It was pretty hot and humid on the night we came so my husband and I had to sleep in the living room on the 1st night. We contacted the property manager and she provided us with 3 electric fans after a day or so. We just wished the person who received us understands and speaks English for easier communication.

Enjoyed our stay

We were there for three weeks and the location was perfect for us. It was a 13 minute walk to our daughter’s apartment, across the street from Hipercor (great grocery/department store) and the Fabra i Puig red line metro line that takes you to Pl/Catalunya in about twenty minutes. The flat has a much appreciated effective A/C and kitchens and bathrooms are modernized and very clean. The only negative for us was that all the beds were either sagging or much too firm. We are almost 80 so not having use of a good mattress was seriously problematic. Silvia at the property management firm was responsive and within the first week the owners graciously and quickly sent over two mattress toppers which helped. We made the decision to purchase an additional softer mattress topper at a furniture store in the neighborhood. Would feel comfortable staying anytime we return to BCN. We lived for four years in the neighborhood and can recommend two restaurants: Txapeldun on Fabra i Puig for tapas and menu and El Casinet on Carrer Amilicar for lunch menu. Both give you the sense of neighborhood Spanish style of living and dining.
