Property was specious and clean, and the owner responded very promptly to any queries I had. The property is in a fantastic location but can get loud at night if you leave the windows open. No air conditioning inside the property and no lifts to get to the apartment so be prepared to do lots of stairs. The parking underneath the building was very convenient, but it’s an additional cost (not included with the property).

Our host was easy to communicate with as was the host who checked us in. The one thing that should be clarified on VRBO or through the host, was# of people. My profile automatically assumes 2 people but upon arrival, we had to pay an additional per person...not sure why but we did. The apt was quaint and in an older building, it was clean and in a great location. The street below can get a little loud as it is an active market and dining space at night. Overall we enjoyed it and will be back...

The location was perfect for us , loved getting up and grabbing fresh fruit in the market and the old town . Numerous options for all meals , a real variety in restaurants. We were close to sites and able to catch ride shares easily to all destinations. The host was great …our only improvement suggestion would be the wifi..it would cut off and all rooms wifi did not work.

Spacious, well equipped apartment on the Cours Saleya, the "market street" of Old Town Nice. Easy walking distance to everything you want or need. We used and appreciated the washer and dryer. There are separate rooms for the shower and the toilet, which is convenient when traveling with others. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Two things to be aware of. There are four flights of stairs to reach this apartment. Also taxis and Ubers are not allowed within the Old Town so you will need to walk 5-10 minutes at the start and end of your rides if you use these methods.

The apartment was in an excellent location, just one block from the beach and Promenade, and very close to the shops, cafés and restaurants of Old Nice. You really couldn’t fault the location.The apartment is up four flights of stairs with no lift, so this is worth being aware of when arriving with luggage. Inside, there was a large lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and two generously sized bedrooms.The bathroom layout was a little unusual, with the toilet and vanity located off the kitchen, while the shower opened directly into the lounge area. There was no air conditioning, only fans, which is also something to consider if visiting during the hotter summer months.Both bedrooms had double beds, which we found very firm, and we also made use of the rollaway bed. We were travelling as a family of four adults and felt the apartment would probably be best suited to two couples.Overall, the standout feature was definitely the location, fantastic for enjoying the beach, promenade and everything Old Nice has to offer.

Great location

This is a great location in old town Nice, right on the Cours Saleya market and less than a block to the promenade and beach. Close to restaurants and bars and all the attractions that Nice has to offer. The unit is well equipped with 2bedrooms, living and dining area.

Market Location Apartment

We loved this location for ease to get to the sea, promenade, enjoying Nice Old Town, the daily market, walking to the marina area, train, bus, and tram stations and enjoying evening walks to enjoy the lights and sounds of Nice.

Great stay

Can be a little noisy at night but wake up in a great location. Closing the windows did the trick or earplugs. Cozy, well equipped and comfortable. Market and restaurants out the front door! Would definitely recommend and return.

Lovely light and spacious apartment

A wonderful location with fresh produce at the market just outside the door and lots of great restaurants in the streets behind. It was also a perfect base for exploring Antibes, the ceramics museum at Vallauris, the Maeght Fondation at St Paul de Vence, and in the other direction, the Eileen Grey and Corbusier places at Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, followed by lunch at Villefranche sur Mer. We loved our stay, thank you!

Great place experience pulsating old venice

Brilliant location, nice furniture, well equiped. Quite "vibrant" location- you need to love the pulsating life at the old market. Fast response from service team/landlord.

Overall enjoyable, right in front of market. Do not take too much luggage since the appartment is on 4th floor with no lift. Bathroom is tiny!

UTMB 50km - Eze to Nice

My partner and I had travelled from the Uk to take part in a 50km race from Eze to Nice .. we were so lucky to find an apartment within a short walk from the finish line .. The apartment was perfect.. we had all we needed.. Deva was quick to respond to any questions.. highly recommended 😊

Nice Girls Trip

We loved this place! Very nice accommodations and close to everything :) We also definitely got some exercise climbing the 64 stairs to and from the apartment (No elevator everyone!). This did not detract from the stay at all!! There were also plenty of towels and TP to last 3 women the full 6 day trip. Only detract was that we couldn’t figure out how to get the sound to work when we used the DVD player (not that we spent much time inside!) The bartenders and waitresses at the surrounding restaurants also added so much to our trip!

Absolutely lovely space

Wonderful stay, roomy apartment. Manager was very prompt and responsive with questions and concerns. My friend and I had our own private space and lovely being able to hang in the living room together and at the large table for a meal. The location is wonderful for access to all things Nice. And, there is no getting around the noise level, beat to accept it. It makes a considerable difference if you shut the windows and there are fans if it gets stuffy. Great to have a clothes washer and the kitchen had all the things needed. Would definitely stay again!

Perfectly located in Old Nice

Perfect property for 2-4 people - centrally located in Old Nice and on the doorstep of the Promenade D'Anglais and all the restaurants/shops/markets of Old Nice. The flat is welcoming and comfortable although, be warned, this isn't the flat for you if you have mobility issues as you have many steps to climb before you reach the apartment. There are no lifts so if your case if heavy, you'll have quite the workout getting it upstairs. I would most definitely return again however as the location was perfect.
