PLEASANT STAT

OUR ACCOMMODATIONS WERE QUITE NICE. THE FLAT WAS AS DESCRIBED WITH ALL THE AMMENTITIES YOU WOULD NEED. THE LOCATIONS WAS GREAT, BEING IN THE MIDDLE OF OLD TOWN, NICE. WALKING AROUND AND SHOPPING WAS WONDERFUL. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE OF THE FLAT IS THAT YOU HAD TO WALK UP FOUR FLOORS OF STAIRS TO GET TO IT. NARROW STAIR MAKES IT EXTREMELY HARD TO GET BAGS UP AND DOWN THE STEPS. CABS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME INTO OLD TOWN SO YOU NEED TO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN COMING FROM THE AIRPORT OR GOING BACK TO THE AIRPORT, SO YOU ARE NOT HAVING TO CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE TO MEET THE CAB. OVERALL, OUR STAY WAS VERY ENJOYABLE AND CONVENIENT TO EVERY YOU NEED DURING YOUR STAY. DORINA WAS GREAT AND VERY ACCOMODATING WHEN WE NEEDD SOMETHING. SHE WOULD RESPOND ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

Cleverly designed shared apartment offers private spaces for two couples in the heart of Old Town.

We can’t say enough positive things about this VRBO! It easily accommodated four adults, and the clever design of a common entryway adjoining a one-bedroom to a studio is ingenious. This space is perfect for traveling with friends or family. Each apartment had amenities and separate balconies offering a view of both Rossetti Square and Castle Hill. The laundry in the 1-bedroom bathroom was easy to use, and having two separate clotheslines off each balcony was appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was a treat to have air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living area. The spacious showers and bathrooms offered ample storage, and the high-end appliances were a nice touch. The windows were excellent and blocked out all street noise from below. While the stairs were steep for navigating luggage, there were excellent hand rails and light switches on each floor to assist with navigation. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Three of us stayed in this lovely apartment close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend. It is a 4 flight walk up the stairs.

Fabulous location

What a great property to stay in. My husband and our niece- a young adult. The second bedroom has its own entrance so we all had privacy. It is modern and well appointed The location in old town is perfect. Be aware taxis can’t drive into old town so you’ll have to walk to the apartment. But it is not far. The stairs up are windy but doable. We will be back!

Would stay here again.

The layout of two connected apartments was useful for privacy, with separate bathrooms and even kitchens. The terraces were lovely in late March to sit in the sun.

Beautifully appointed one-bedroom and studio combo with very modern appliances and washer dryer. Wonderful location to enjoy the wonders and history of old Nice and 3-minute walk to the daily market and the sea. Thoroughly enjoyed our multi-week stay in this great property.

Amazing location in Old Nice

Spacious and comfortable apartment with an amazing location that can’t be beat! One person in your party needs to be able to lug heavy bags up three flights of uneven stairs. The location makes up for this disadvantage. Communication was prompt and effective. We could have done without all the reminders about how we may incur extra charges for key issues, late arrivals, etc but we assumed they are used to dealing with a very high volume of guests who may not have been as conscientious as we tried to be. Would stay here again (but pack lighter) :)

Great location in the Heart of Old Nice. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Communication with managers were prompt and timely. Easy check in and check out process. Great value for the accommodations.

Perfect location in old town

Perfect location in heart of Old Town. Apt had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balconies and watching all the activity below. So many wonderful restaurants so close by to select from. Definitely recommend location and would stay here again.

Impeccable apartment - perfect location

My family and I loved our stay at this wonderful property in Old Nice. We loved the location in the heart of the neighborhood, as well as the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The studio and 1 bedroom combination were perfect for our family's needs affording adequate space and privacy for all 5 of us. I loved sitting on the balcony at the end of the day enjoying a glass of wine and watching all of the people bustling around the neighborhood. Merci beaucoup!

Perfect Location

The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a great location in the heart of the Old Town and a short walk to the beach. It also had excellent air conditioning, which was greatly appreciated given Nice was quite warm during our visit. The apartment had everything you could need or want, including a washing machine. The host was very kind, responsive and very helpful as technical issues kept some of my texts from getting through to the property manager. Despite my text issues check in was a breeze. As others have mentioned the stairs are formidable, especially carrying luggage. But if you are in good shape (we aren’t :) it’s worth the climb to stay in this little gem of an apartment.

Nice, fully-equipped apartment in the old town

The apartment was just as described, very clean and everything new. Having the two separated areas worked well for my cycling friend and me as it provided some privacy. The only downside - which to be fair is mentioned in the apartment's description - is that is on the third floor. The 3 flights of spiral staircase are steep and were a challenge to navigate with heavy suitcases and, in our case, bicycles. Being on the 3rd floor had it advantages, as it mitigated a lot of the street noise, especially when the balcony doors were shut. All in all a great place to stay in a central old-town location. Taxis were able to drive right to the door, in spite of narrow restricted roads. The bottle of wine in the frig on arrival was a nice touch.

Amazing location

The property had everything we needed and expected. It was clean and well located. Even though it is above a business, we were not kept up by the noise. We would definitely stay there again! The host was great at replying to my questions and offered great ideas for getting around the area.

Excellent séjour dans une ville merveilleuse!

Tout s’est bien passé. L’appartement, c’est-à-dire les deux appartements étaient neufs construits avec de beaux matériaux, confortables, malgré un peu étroits. Mais ils se trouvent dans la vieille ville, parfaitement situés près de la Place Rossetti. Préparez-vous à quelques 40 marches à franchir pour y accéder, mais ce n’était pas un problème pour nous. Merci à Dorina qui a bien tenu le contact avec nous!

Great stay!

Location is great in the center of old town square. Check-in was easy and host was very communicative. Washer/Dryer were very helpful as we were traveling for several weeks. Enjoyed the balconies. Kitchen is well equipped and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. We would highly recommend staying here.

AFTER LOOKING AT SEVERAL AREAS, WE DISCOVERED THAT THE OLD TOWN OFFERED SO MUCH MORE ACTIVITY. RUE ROSSETTI IS A QUIET STREET AND CARS ARE STRICTLY CONTROLLED AFTER 11AM EACH DAY. THE AREA IS FILLED WITH SIDEWALK RESTAURANTS AND CAFEES. THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR (NOT ELEVATOR) A COUPLE BLOCKS AWAY FROM PLACE ROSSETTI. THIS ELIMINATES MOST OF THE NOISE YOU FIND IN THE BUSIEST PARTS OF THE OLD TOWN. BEING ON THE 3RD FLOOR LETS IN A LOT OF NATURAL LIGHT AND THE BENEFIT OF 2 BALCONIES WITH AWNINGS ADD A NICE ATMOSPHERE BOTH DAY AND NIGHT.
