The location made it easy to get to Boston and to Cambridge. The accommodations were spacious and clean. Plenty of everything! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, so close to the beach! Close to Boston and Plymouth. Apartment had everything we needed. Most comfortable beds ever! Kim was very responsive with answering any questions I had about the area.

Home away from home

Spent 3 days and 4 nights, and loved every minute of it. The host is phenomenal, the place is cozy without feeling smothering, everything is within walking or driving distance, and the best coffee ice cream I've had is within a five minute walk.

Amazing property with the most wonderful host! The location is excellent, close to beaches with easy access to Boston and historic areas but on a quiet, safe residential street. Restaurants and stores are close by. The accommodations were extremely clean with super comfy beds. The AC kept us comfortably cool! Kim was very responsive and provided us with clear instructions for check in as well as lots of information about the area. We plan on returning to this rental soon and often!

Beautiful place in nice neighborhood close to beach

This place was beautiful, convenient, clean, comfortable! The host was very responsive and made us feel right at home! Close to all attractions including the beach, Boston, and Salem. Great variety of breakfast, deserts, coffee, water. Can’t wait to visit this place again and will definitely stay here again! Can’t say enough good things about this host or this place!

I highly recommend staying here. It is wonderfully situated near all the main attractions such as Downtown Boston and Salem. Kim is a very sweet lady. She is always available to answer any and all questions that may arise. And of course walking distance to the beach is great!!

Great apartment

There were 6 of us that stayed in this apartment and it was great to have the space. Plenty of comfortable beds for us all. Nice living room area to hang out in as well. It was extremely hot weather while we were here, and the air conditioning kept up well. Owner is very nice and helpful. We took the T into Boston most days, which is convenient. It's about a 15 minute walk to Wollaston station, but an easy walk.

Close to beach

Great host. Kim was very gracious leaving us pastries and sandwiches for my family to enjoy. She communicated with us before our stay and checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Location was great. Just a few houses away from the beach. Would stay again.

Fantastic location and host!

We rented the 2nd floor apartment for a family vacation and had a great time. The property is a little over a mile from the Boston T red line and we easily walked it with our 9, 7, and 3 year old on the days we went downtown. The property was great and Kim went above and beyond to accommodate our group from the treats she provided to getting a pack n play for my infant niece! Looking forward to our next visit!

Nice Vacation House

We had a great stay here for our annual family vacation. We took the train into Boston a number of times as the train station is close by and offers free parking for the day so it was way better than paying the parking fees in Boston. Kim is a very nice host. See communicates very quickly and is highly flexible. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Visit

Kim was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable during our stay. The house was ideally located in the suburb of Quincy in a quaint beach community and about 15 minutes from The center of Boston. The house was clean, roomy, and thoughtfully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We Recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay again when visiting the area.

Great Place to stay

I would definitely rent this property again. Close commute to Boston. Everything was clean and very quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages. She was kid. To leave bottled water and breakfast items for us which was amazing. She gave several suggestions for shopping and places to eat. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Family vacay 2024 was a success!

Wonderful family vacation! The space was just what we were hoping for! It was very clean, the kitchen was stocked, the beds were comfy and the outside area was nice for enjoying the weather. The proximity was great for us to visit all the places we were interested in as well as comfy and cozy for stay at home chill time as you need when traveling with small children. The beach is close by and we found lots of shells. The kids playground was close by as well and great to let the kids get rid of some energy. Kim was very attentive and was so sweet! We could of easily done a few more days! Strongly recommend this vacation home and we hope to come back some day!

Wonderful Place!

From the first communication with Kim to the day of checkout, everything went smoothly! Kim is a wonderful host and the place met all of our needs and expectations. The 2nd floor unit had more than enough rooms for our family to spread out and be comfortable. It had all the necessities we needed so we didn’t need to purchase anything. It was about a 35+drive to and from Boston depending on traffic. The area it was in was very walkable to restaurants and ice cream. We enjoyed dinner a couple of nights at Marina Bay and would highly recommend that area. Thank you Kim for a wonderful stay!

Convenient and spacious spot!

This place was booked for my family to stay at while visiting from out of state. It was at a convenient location, close to some great dining options and the Wollaston Train Station. Kim and Dan were excellent hosts, as they were welcoming, communicated throughout my family's stay and provided a great variety of food to welcome my family. There were enough bedrooms and beds to fit a family of 7 adults and 1 child. As my brother stated, "this Vrbo had everything we could ever need." Thank you very much Kim and Dan.

Great location, really good value with the size of our group

We were happy to find a place with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms as we have 5 people with us which put us in a strange size for finding a place - most were too big or didn't provide enough bedrooms and bathroom area. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location put us a short walk down to the beach and a few great restaurants - the drive into Boston was pretty easy if you skip the rush hour. The host was quick to reply and answer any questions, plus had many great things mapped out and awesome suggestions for some great local stops that you may miss just doing the tourist focused places. Highly recommend this for a great stay.

Girls Trip

Our girls' trip to Boston was fantastic! Our stay in Quincy at this VRBO condo was perfect for us. We were convenient to shops, restaurants, the train station into downtown Boston, and the boardwalk. Kim, the owner of our condo, could not have been nicer! She had plenty of information booklets to help guide us, and we had an enormous amount of treats waiting for us when we checked in! She was always available to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at this condo for your next getaway trip! We would all definitely stay here again if we come back!

Clean and Spacious

Our stay in Quincy was excellent. Kim was a gracious host who was always more than willing to help with anything and everything we needed. The home is down the block from the beach. Location wise, it was a quick ride to Boston and less than an hour ride to Salem and Plymouth. We travel a lot and try to visit as many places as possible when visiting a new state so location was very important for us. While staying at Kim’s property, we had some very bad weather and the power went out in the entire neighborhood/town. Kim quickly brought us different types of flashlights so that we can still enjoy our time even if it was in the dark. The younger children played with the toys she had in the ottoman and the teens played different card games. It all worked out and we didn’t mind the power outage at all. Check in/out was super easy and Kim is very accommodating to maximize our time with our stay. We were a group of 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 preteens and 2 babies. So it was a full house but still plenty of room for everyone and no one felt like we were on top of each other. It was great that Kim’s property had a crib and pack n’ play as well as a high chair that we used for the babies and not having to bring extra stuff with us on vacation was super helpful and made packing a little lighter. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

College Roommates Reunion

The owner, Kim, provided everything we (4 guys) needed for a thoroughly joyful Boston & Quincy vacation experience. The place was in a safe location, very clean, quite spacious, and had all the amenities of home, including a well- stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, air conditioning, and a sizable family room with a large tv. Several nice restaurants and Wollaston Beach were a very close walk from the house. Kim was extremely nice, giving us lots of area information, tasty goodies, ideas of places to see, and sound practical advice. We strongly recommend staying at Kim’s place for your stay in Boston and/or the Quincy area.

Experience Boston from the beach!

Three couples shared this home for a long weekend. Location is within walking distance to the T-Red Line which made for quick trips into the city. Beach within a 4 minute walk. Overall nice stay, plenty of room to spread out. Kim is a great communicator and awesome to work with.

Absoutley Amazing

The property was absolutely amazing. Kim was responsive and extremely accommodating. The beds were a dream and gave us the best night sleep ever! Location is close to everything and the view is perfect!! We will definitely be staying at Kim's property again!

Perfect place for tourists, this location is just like a vacation area! Just a hundred meters from the beach. It's a beautiful, open, safe and clean location. You can find seafood, sandwiches, ice place, playground and even bathroom on the beach just few steps away from this house.
This house is new construction, very nice, clean, quite, safe location. Just 1 mile away you can find restaurants, pizza, desert shops, and groceries.
With our new and comfortable mattresses that will give your family a very nice sleep in. All sheets, linens, comforters, pillows cases, towels, blankets will be washed. Kitchen, living room, bathroom will be cleaned before you check in. Guests can check out anytime but please ask Kim ahead of time.
The apartment has a lot of windows. Large family space. Nice patio and Garden
The entire unit will be yours with a keypad to enter.

The entire floor will be yours, all bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area, bathroom are on the same floor! It’s a large apartment. Quincy is close to everywhere and close to Boston and other places .Downtown Quincy is also beautiful has been updated recenlty. Quincy is a beautiful city! People around are nice and polite. It's a safe location that you can walk outside at night. Wollaston Beach has a very long shore drive and big clean side walk for visitors and plenty of parking.
The Transportation is just few steps away that you can take the bus to the subway or you can uber will bring you to Boston. Quincy is close by to everywhere, 15min to Boston. Stores near by that you can walk and pick up goods and wines.
Just 1 mile away, you can find different type of restaurants, desert places, pizza shops, bars and groceries.
I love Quincy and I believe that your family will have a wonderful time here!
