Exactly what we needed for a long weekend. Conveniently located with space for people to sleep. Hosts were very accommodating and thoughtful.

This was the best experience!! The location was amazing and had things within walking distance. The proper owner is AMAZING!! Very sweet and constantly kept in touch through the whole process. I would absolutely rent this property again.

Family fun within driving distance to whales, witches, beaches, pilgrims and Boston.

Kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. Plenty of bedding and towels. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to beach, market, restaurants. Hosts very responsive.

Great Apartment in Quincy

A very nice apartment with plenty of room and everything we needed for the stay. Great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and Boston by car or T. The host was very attentive and answered a couple of questions I had quickly. We will definitely look at staying here again if we visit Boston

Visited for week of family trip to Boston area. Good location, but plan 15 to 20 minute walk, or short drive to stuff in Quincy. Overall nice place but not fancy. Clean. Host is very nice

Great place for families!

We had a wonderful stay with our family ages 3 to 76. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby playground and beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a close ride to Boston. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Apartment on Wollaston Beach

Beautiful apartment, very clean with comfortable beds. It was located in a nice neighborhood close to Boston and many other attractions. Kim the owner is very responsive. We would highly recommend, and we would stay here again.

Excellent central location

The property was perfectly located for all the adventures my family had planned in Salem, Plymouth, Boston, and Gloucester. There were enough rooms and comfy beds for everyone to have their own, private space. Well-stocked apartment with essentials, towels, & Kim, the host, kindly brought pasties and cake..

Great stay while exploring Boston area

Kim’s rental was a fabulous place for our family of 6 to stay for the week. There was enough space and beds for our family (2 parents, 2 teens, 2 preteens) to spread out. Kim was a great host, super responsive! We loved her hallway of tips and recommendations for the area. The location was excellent for our needs. We enjoyed walks and running along the beach. It was very easy and quick (maybe 5 mins) to drive to the train station to ride into Boston. This place was a great fit for our needs as a home base while we explored the area!

Stayed here for PAX East!

Kim was an amazing host, extremely accommodating, not invasive, and very respectful. Friends and I stayed here just outside of Boston for the Pax East convention which helped make the experience that much better. Next door is an extremely convenient...convenience store, less than 20 seconds away (literally). If we attend this convention next year, we will surely stay again!

BU Graduation Trip

Kim was outstanding as a host to our family. She was great at communicating and being just a superb host for us. Everything in the house was perfect, the food she left for us in the refrigerator and all the notes and information she provided to help us during our stay. The location was perfect to Boston and surrounding sites and a walk on the beach was just a block away. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly as well. We would stay here again and recommend for anyone with a larger family for a great stay with a great host!

Boston Vacation

The property was clean, very nice and met all of our needs. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to the beach and beautiful views of Boston from the beach. Short drive to Boston. Kim was very helpful and resourceful. Responsive, if we had any questions. I would totally book another vacation at this property. We loved our stay.

Most Enjoyable Stay for 6 days !!

Members of our family had a most enjoyable stay and having a short walk to Wollaston Beach just down the block from where the house was located was truly an added gift and delight. Family members daily walked to the beach and enjoy watching the boats, picking up seashells, and the warm sunshine. Kitchen provided everything we needed to cook for a family of eight and even more. A wonderful location for memorable family vacation. Thank You !!

Perfect Boston-Quincy spot

My family and I (8 total guests) stayed here for the week and we can’t thank Kim enough for such a wonderful experience. We walked in to this 3rd floor apartment to all kinds of baked goodies which was perfect for our family coming in from a late flight. We spent the week day tripping all along the East coast and this was the perfect spot to call home. Very easy/Close proximity by train to all of the spots in Boston and away from the over crowded city traffic.

Great Quincy location for Family Vacay

This location was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Close to Boston to see the Freedom trail and its attractions plus a nice quiet neighborhood to come back to after a day out. Plenty of comfortable beds, very nice kichen space, large refrigerator is a plus! Kim the owner is so hospitable and wants you to have a great vacation. She is very responsive and loves to meet people. This location is close to Wollaston beach which has a concrete sidewalk that is perfect for a morning walk/run with beautful views of the harbor. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable

Large, comfortable and well equipped property in a quiet residential area very close to beach. Large yard area with plenty of seating and firepit. Parking available. Easy transport links if like us you do not have a car. Kim was helpful and responsive. Plenty of local information available in the property. We visited Salem, Boston Centre, Braintree (for shopping),Quincy Centre. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!!!!

Kim was an amazing host who was very sweet and genuinely went out her way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. She provided ideas on the many different things to see, do and eat in Boston. The home Is in the perfect location- just steps from the beach! Whatever we needed Kim went out of her way to accommodate. The beds were all comfortable and the home was extremely clean. Our family had an amazing stay due to the awesome hospitality provided. Everything you need is right at your fingertips! This place is a gem! I would definitely stay again! 5 stars all the way!!! 👍🏻

Big thumbs up!

My family hasn't been together since the start of COVID and we decided to gather outside of Boston where my daughter lives. Six of us stayed at this property which provided us with more than enough room! The living room, while not large, has comfortable coaches where we could all sit. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and has lots of seats at the table! The beds (at least the one I slept in) was very comfortable--first time I didn't need a sleep aid in a while which might also be because of the sea air. Location is fantastic, just a few houses from the beach and a nice strand. Restaurants on the beach side were closed for winter but, otherwise, you would have easy walking to great seafood! Maybe the best thing about this property is the host, Kim. I have booked through VRBO many times and have had very good hosts but Kim rises to the top. She is gracious, accessible and really wants her guests to enjoy their stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great guys trip

Had a great stay with 5 college buddies. The house is a 5 minute drive from the Quincy T station. We'll appointed with all necessary household stuff. Kim is very helpful. Only one shower but we did fine. Would come back again.

Great time in Quincy!

We had an excellent stay at Kim’s property! It was exactly as pictured, very clean, and just a block from the beach. We made many trips into Boston and loved that there were many food options close by. Kim was communicative and on top of everything. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again when back in the area!

My family and I would highly recommended this spacious apartment and we will definitely be back again when we are in the Boston area. We were in Boston this time for a graduation and the large bedrooms and comfortable beds were great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room comfortable. The beach is pretty and the neighbourhood safe. Our gracious and warm hosts provided us not just with ample coffee, tea , and water, but even some local deserts!

Great stay

Amazing property host - this really can make a difference in your stay. Good access for getting to many tourist hot spots in the areas. Beds were comfortable and lots of little extras to make you feel at home.

Perfect place for tourists, this location is just like a vacation area! Just a hundred meters from the beach. It's a beautiful, open, safe and clean location. You can find seafood, sandwiches, ice place, playground and even bathroom on the beach just few steps away from this house.
This house is new construction, very nice, clean, quite, safe location. Just 1 mile away you can find restaurants, pizza, desert shops, and groceries.
With our new and comfortable mattresses that will give your family a very nice sleep in. All sheets, linens, comforters, pillows cases, towels, blankets will be washed. Kitchen, living room, bathroom will be cleaned before you check in. Guests can check out anytime but please ask Kim ahead of time.
The apartment has a lot of windows. Large family space. Nice patio and Garden
The entire unit will be yours with a keypad to enter.

The entire floor will be yours, all bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area, bathroom are on the same floor! It’s a large apartment. Quincy is close to everywhere and close to Boston and other places .Downtown Quincy is also beautiful has been updated recenlty. Quincy is a beautiful city! People around are nice and polite. It's a safe location that you can walk outside at night. Wollaston Beach has a very long shore drive and big clean side walk for visitors and plenty of parking.
The Transportation is just few steps away that you can take the bus to the subway or you can uber will bring you to Boston. Quincy is close by to everywhere, 15min to Boston. Stores near by that you can walk and pick up goods and wines.
Just 1 mile away, you can find different type of restaurants, desert places, pizza shops, bars and groceries.
I love Quincy and I believe that your family will have a wonderful time here!

You can see some part of the beach from the window in the living, few hundred yards away!
Seafoods, sandwiches, icecream and play ground is on the beach!
