Det smukke grønne hus ligger 8 minutter fra strande og tæt på fremragende restauranter og shopping. Splinterny indkapslet pool har springvand, jetfly og et vandfald. En flydende dok til fiskeri, siddende og kajak.

Jeg byggede dette hus selv, og det er "et første" for mig, og jeg deltog i alle designdetaljer for at gøre det smukt og unikt. Oplev den "avancerede" komfort i dette splinternye hjem på en smuk 'sø. Katedral lofter med alle mulige "top of the line" amenity at tilbyde, vi designet det til at passe til dine behov og afspejle vores pulserende og bekvemme omgivende beliggenhed.

Det grønne hus er specialbygget med moderne farver, smaragdperlen granit bordplader, rustikke og mozaiske fliser og smukke vogue møbler. Dette rummelige hjem byder på afslapning i elegant moderne boliger som inkluderer; smart fladskærms-tv i hvert værelse, Wi-Fi-adgang, Exbox-spil og brætspil, helt nye og dyre madrasser, alt i et røgfrit miljø, der er både kæledyr og handicapvenlig. Der er to "high-end" queen size luftmadrasser med en elektrisk oppustning. Du kan trække vejret i de mange smagfuldt funky, sjove og moderne dekorationer i hele huset, der virkelig giver det "super FUN drømmehjem" oplevelsen!

Vores luksus køkken har helt nye GE apparater og omfatter også blender, mixer, brødrister, stor crock pot, vaffel maker, salatmaskine, te maker, espresso maker, kaffemaskine, K-Cup maker, kraftig frisk juicepresser og mange mange flere sjove køkken kontraktioner. Baghaven "har det hele" for det fantastiske udendørs køkken og levende oplevelse. Happy Grillin '!

Den unikke centrale og bekvemme beliggenhed er et stort plus og giver mulighed for mange flere muligheder for at udforske og opleve sjovere ting at gøre, se og opdage!

Perfect location

We loved our stay here! The house and pool were excellent and well kept. We felt relaxed and comfortable there as our home base while visiting all the local beaches and shops. It’s the perfect distance from everything. If you’re looking for a retreat this is the place!

Best gat away ever

Me and my wife stayed at Jackie’s to be close to Anna Maria island. Between going to Anna Maria, Cortez, and Coquina beaches we were able to do it all and inbetween enjoy the pool. Everything was close and the house was very comfortable. Will def be a future guest again :)

Wonderful property!

This house was exactly as described, beautifully decorated and boasts a beautiful pool! Felt very safe leaving our dog when we went out to dinner. Everything you need is provided and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and very accommodating! Thank you so much Jackie, we look forward to staying again!!!!!!

Felt right at home

There is a definite pride of ownership at this property. Very nice finishings, appliances, towels, beds, etc.. This was a perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of comfortable seating and everybody slept great. It was nice to put my feet up on the reclining love seat after a long day out. The enclosed pool and patio was a great place to relax. If we come out this way again, Jackie’s place is what I will be booking! Thanks Jackie!

Great house, pool & lake!

We enjoyed our time at this house very much! The pool is cute & HEATED (others in the area are not so be sure to check). There is tons of room for outside bbqing. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock. The host was SO sweet to leave the poles & tackle box out when I told her my kids like to fish, and she also brought us fresh donuts the first day of our trip! Jackie was awesome & responsive to everything going above & beyond!

Family getaway

This home/property met all of our needs. The house was clean and well maintained. We noticed a couple of small issues and the host quickly responded and took care of all issues. The property is lovely and so enjoyable. The street that this home is located on does not offer sidewalks, so if your an avid walker like myself, you have to make sure you were aware of the traffic flow. There are several lakes to view in the area. Was pretty close to Anna Maria Island which was absolutely easy to access and enjoy and found parking pretty accessible. Was very happy with the variety of restaurant selections. Highly recommend Mean Dean’s and Tiramisu’s for delicious food.

Beautiful new home

Just as it said, everything was immaculate, very well equipped. Nice lake area out behind but I couldn’t catch any fish, they are in there I saw many break the surface. Nice covered gazebo in the back to sit free of mosquitos, Brand new 3 wheeler bike and apparently a second one coming if you want some exercise. Neighbours very friendly. Close to all kinds of shopping. Great BBQ if you are like us and want to do a nice steak and the Publix nearby has a fine selection at a very good price, lots of room for a family or well set up for two couples. We will use it again if we ever end up laying over in the Sarasota area again. Frank Lester

Outstanding In Every Way!

There is simply nothing more to ask for here! This home has everything that you could possibly want or need, and then some! Absolutely stocked with anything you need. Wow! Short drive to beautiful beaches, awesome restaurants, shopping, entertainment, activities, everything! After a fabulous day at the beach there is nothing like coming “home” to your own private, awesome pool. The home itself is very comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. And then there is Jackie! In all of our 30 some years of travel and renting, we have never encountered anyone close to Jackie. Her passion for making her guests happy is incredible and we loved meeting her. She is truly outstanding in every way. Her communication is just excellent. We loved our time here and highly recommend this home!

Wonderful Home!

We had a wonderful time at Jackie's home. We spent countless hours in the pool. Hammock and caught several fish off her dock. She responded very quickly anytime we Had a question. It was a nice quiet neighborhood convienent to grocery stores and whatever else you may need. 10 to 15 minute drive to Nearest beach. The most impressive thing was that Jackie wished us farewell when it was near time to leave and asked if there was anything she could do to improve. She has an amazing home, is an amazing host and yet is still always looking for ways to improve. This is someone who cares, listens and wants to make sure you have the best experience. We have rented from dozens of individuals and have to say she definitely was the best and would definitely rent from her again!

We had an awesome time! Jackie’s place was beyond what we needed and was fully stocked! The fenced in yard, pool and lake out back to fish in were great. We liked how close the house was to absolutely anything you could need and the beaches were just a short drive up the road. The house was extra clean, had laundry machines, and lots of extras to use. We needed to bring our dogs, so finding this home that allowed us to bring our pets was a bonus. Jackie was also nearby if we needed anything! 10/10 recommend this property.

Lots of fun! Cozy house located right outside Sarasota! We moved our daughter to college at Ringling College of Art & Design. This home allowed our family to come with us! Even our frenchie! Jackie was a great host and went above and beyond, looking up public transportation routes for my daughter! Was truly great!

Our host Jackie was very nice. Explained everything accurately to have an easy check in and check out. Not far from the beach or the airport in Sarasota. Stores are easy to access and a gas station at the corner. As for the property it definitely could use some updates and a good cleaning inside and out. Outdoor furniture could definitely be changed and Lani has holes for bugs to enter. The house was stocked with a lot of kitchen items. Not many towels for swimming. No lounge chairs for tanning A ton of beach items and some pool stuff in the garage. Beds were not very comfortable. All in all the stay was just okay.

Great way to vacation Anna Marie Island

Wanted to take the family to Anna Marie Island without being crammed into a small space or paying a premium for a view. Jackie's Green House was a great option for our family. Close to a grocery store, restaurants and most of all... A private pool! My kids loved swimming every morning and evening and I loved that Jackie provided all the towels, toys and fun stuff needed for our stay.The bedrooms were perfect for our family and the bathrooms were clean and enjoyable to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed and very convenient for a large family. Next time we'll have to bring the dog!

Family Vacay

The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw.

The Green House

We enjoyed our 10 days in Bradenton! We only had communication with Jackie twice. once to get the instructions on how to get into the house upon arrival and again right before we left to see if possible to stay 1 extra night due to our flight. She always responded right away. i will list the things that we experienced or noticed while at the green house. The main issue that we had was the lack of privacy in the small backyard looking into the pool area. There is a short privacy fence on the one side, but none on the other side. The yards are close together and a family of 4 had just moved into the house next door. It felt uncomfortable to be in the pool area while they were out in the yard. The home was very clean and had great showers. It would be nice to have some kind of recliner at the pool area. We had to go buy a new skillet in order to make meals as the only 2 there were awful! Just a couple newer skillets would be great. There was just a couple older air mattresses for the pool that were mostly flat, but we never found a pump to use. Also, to have some kind of small radio that you could use when outside would be nice. The fishing poles she mentions in the descriptions, are not useable. No clean sponge left to use in kitchen. The garage is mostly used for old storage and items that are no longer used. Again, the biggest concern was the lack of privacy. The neighborhood had lots of garbage laying in yards in multiple areas that never got cleaned up during our stay.

Very cozy and clean

The Green House was a delight to visit. Both inside and out was immaculately clean. We loved how cozy the house was. It was stocked with everything you might need both inside and out. The salt water heated pool was a lovely surprise! We only used the king bed in the main bedroom but really enjoyed how comfortable the mattress was. The bathroom shower was luxurious! We had to leave early because of hurricane Milton but definitely want to return next year. We had to leave

My nickname is Jackie and I am originally from California and Maui. I was born in Los Angeles but I lived in the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area for most of my California years. I miss Cali and Hawaii especially the surfing and snow skiing but I can always visit.

I moved to Southwest Florida 20 years ago to be close to my mom. I am very happy to have this Bradenton/Sarasota area as my home base.

I love the year round nice weather here in Florida, especially in the fall and spring. I feel privileged to live minutes away to our world famous beautiful white sand beaches. I live the Florida lifestyle. I work out everyday, eat right, and enjoy a very healthy lifestyle here in the sunshine state.

I celebrate life to the fullest! I love to travel the world to see God's beautiful creation and experience it all first-hand! I frequently participate in both indoor and outdoor extracurricular activities; like good live musical entertainment, theatre, any kind of sports, camping, BBQ's and great restaurants!

In 2010 as a single mom, I graduated with honors and a GPA of 3.98 as I earned two bachelor's degrees at the University of South Florida Tampa in finance and international business with minors in music , (flute performance), and Spanish. I studied and lived in Spain in 2009. After I graduated, I moved to South America and studied in Panama as the Rotary International Ambassador Scholar to attend language schools and become fluent in Spanish. I also did volunteer work for the local indigenous tribes with both Rotary International and the Peace Corp.

I am the perfect host and I take great pleasure to entertain and make people happy; because this is my "dream job"!

I truly blessed with family and friends that live close by. I cherish my two amazing adult sons, Joseph and Jacob, my parents, and I also have three small female shih tzu rescue dogs and many life-time gal pals!

This is the first home that I have built. I have done extensive remodeling on many other homes that I acquired during the historical housing market crisis. With a lot of "Sweat Equity", they all turned out great!

Last year I contracted with a Tom Sanger Pool Company and the pool includes all the "bells and whistles", fountains, lights, jets, sunshelves, all in a huge caged-in deck for awesome pool parties and fun! the whole back yard overlooks the lake due west which makes for some awesome sunsets sipping on a plastic wine cup sitting in or out of the pool!

The green house is a simple and beautiful, and very efficient home with Cathedral ceilings for nice open concept and lots of natural light in a super central location on a beautiful lake minutes away from white sand beaches. However, the location couldn't be more perfectly and conveniently CENTRALLY LOCATED to excellent restaurants, shopping, spas, and easy access to main highways SR70, Hwy 41, and 13 min to I 75 for day trips. Popular one-day destinations include Disney World, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, and so many other theme parks. Tampa/St. Pete are 45 min and 30 min away. Orlando is 75 min away. Miami is 3.5 hours.

I stocked the house with as many of the very best goodies and necessities on the market to make for a truly remarkable and memorable vacation.

An extremely nice custom designed HEATED and caged in pool! The convenient and central location to so many fun destinations is fantastic!! At the same time, the house is located in an oasis that sits right on a clean fresh water lake that is good for fishing including large mouth bass, black crapie, sunfish, and catfish. There is 270 degree views of the lake.

Cook your favorite foods on the big outdoor grill and eat in the outdoor gazebo by the lake. I have provided every modern convenience known to man in this immaculate home. So relax and enjoy the good life!
