I am a true adventurer who loves to travel and enjoy life to the fullest! I love all outdoor/indoor recreational and competitive sports, music, great restaurants, and the arts and theatre. What I love most of all is my family, close friends and my 5 doggies! Originally from California and Hawaii, I am a concert flute player, a (former competitive) body builder and all American swimmer. I have lived in Southwest Florida for over 26 years to be close to and help my mother. Florida is a nice place to be in the fall, winter and spring - PARADISE and I hope to provide a wonderful experience in my vacation rental homes here in Florida to share with you and your family. I too enjoy experiencing new and exciting vacation destinations! As a single mom, I lived in Cortez Village for 12 years and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2010 with two bachelors degrees in finance and international business minoring in marketing, music and Spanish while raising my two very bright and beautiful sons, Joseph and Jacob. Joe has two beautiful daughters now and I am so looking forward to more healthy grandchildren some day from Jacob! The more grandchildren the better that I can cherish and spoil and then them send home! I plan on returning to the University of South Florida Tampa in the very near future to pursue a masters of science for business management and mass communication! I hope to promote, innovate, design, and encourage healthy alternative lifestyles that will heal our great earth and optimize human existence in every way! In the meantime, I enjoy the hospitality work. It is very rewarding to serve others and provide them with the ultimate vacation experience that will create wonderful life long memories with the people most precious to them.

The marina has the best water sports rentals in SW Florida; Annie's Bait Shop, Yolo Parasailing and Adventures, Reel Cortez Fishing Charters, Cortez Surf and Paddle Shop, Waves Boat, H2O Water Sportz, The Neptune Room. You can also walk, bike, or drive across Cortez Rd and into the oldest commercial fishing village in Florida. Here you will find many more unique, charming and "Old Florida" famous restaurants, bars, grills, fish markets, live entertainment and great and artistic hand made gifts. Continue south to Lido Key and around St. Armand's Circle, Bird Key, then into downtown Sarasota and continue onto Tamiami Trail to SIESTA KEY! It's always nice to relax at home in total luxury, fun and great home entertainment. There is a large flat screen TV in every room with cable channels and games. There are all the popular board games, cards, and a chess table and chairs. A six burner gas BBQ grill too!

Take a scenic drive on Gulf of Mexico Drive to Long Boat Key which is just three miles away with many five star restaurants and the famous Mote Marine Aquarium. Orlando and Tampa are home to some of the greatest amusement parks on earth. Tampa is 45 minutes and Orlando is just a little over an hour away. I recently renovated this property. The close proximity to the ocean and it's super central location to so many fabulous and international destinations by land or sea,....well just hanging out and relaxing here is a DREAM COME TRUE! When my vacation rental home is not rented, I definitely enjoy it myself with family and friends.
