Dette hus ligger i det mest populære sydøstlige hjørne af Grayton Beach med to sider mod Western Lake og ud foran syd er Western Lake Inlet og stranden. Spektakulær udsigt over den vestlige sø, Grayton Beach State Park og bugten fra indhyllingen omkring verandaen. Glem ikke din fiskestang, kajak eller en lille båd, fordi dette hus også har en privat dock på Western Lake. Der er også en lille dock ud foran, der er favorit med stole og en utrolig udsigt. Mange fladskærms-tv / dvd'er. Bedst rundt omkring i ethvert hjem i Grayton Beach !! Huset har Keurig 2. 0. Red Bar / Chringo-restauranter 150 meter væk. Ping Pong bord under huset for sjov! Dette hus er hurtigt blevet en favorit på vores udlejningsprogram. En stor værdi for det antal mennesker dette hus sover. Gratis WIFI. Kæledyrsvenlig med $ 150. 00 ikke-refunderbart gebyr for kæledyr. Lørdag til lørdag leje. Parkering til 4-6 biler. We will be back next year!!We have stayed all over 30A but Grayton Beach is our favorite and this house is the best location for our family!! We love fishing off the dock and the kids love swimming in the lake. So much room and not a congested area.would like to see the living room furniture updated.. it's not real comfortable. You may want to check the airconditioners in the bottom as they don't feel like they are cooling.

Beautiful location?

Great location! We had a family reunion for Christmas and had plenty of room. The beach is really close by and we hung out a lot on the dock.

The beach house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. It is located on the beach side and is a little more secluded than most other houses in the area which limits the amount of traffic that runs past. No complaints at all.

Could this be the prettiest vista on the Panhandle?

Reviewer Comments: The western edge of Western Lake..., with the Gulf about 100 yards of while sand beyond... with sunrise and sunset painting the skies over the private pier that extends over the lake... Yup, all things considered this might be the best vista on the Panhandle.We came down the first week in January, so essentially almost every shop and restaurant was closed or unpopulated - and that was EXACTLY what we were looking for!And Grayton Beach Rentals were extraordinarily flexible with our needs (the house we first looked at was not dog-friendly for our small, older dog), so they moved us to Grayton Point... and how great was that!!

Reviewer Comments: House was as described, clean, older but in good shape, we had an issue with a dirty oven that caused smoking and fire alarm to go off when used, but after a few phone calls, the oven was cleaned perfectly. The beds were so comfy, the porch is perfect, there is lots of room for everyone. The communication with the rental office was great before and after trip. Not a formal place to eat for such a big group, but we ate in "shifts". The bathrooms were clean, but could be remodeled to update. I would recommend this for a large family or group. Perfect location and to die for views of the lake and ocean. Watch for splinters on the wooden decks and porch, always wear flip flops. Quiet neighbors and short walk to beach walkway. Overall 9/10 stay!

If the beauty of Grayton and the dune lake is what you are looking for, this house will not disappoint. If you are looking for plush, updated interior, this will not be to your liking. Jenny and Cole were incredibly responsive to any need we presented. Jenny went so far above and beyond trying to accomodate an 89 year old traveling with us. I cannot say enough good things about the vacation management. They were wonderful.
