Strand, pool, golfbane og adskillige faciliteter:

I am very disappointed to read this review from my recent guest. My goal is to provide my guests with an exceptional experience! Unfortunately this didn’t happen. I hope whoever is reading this will not take this guests review seriously without considering my rebuttal. As you can see I have received over 28 reviews rating my property EXCELLENT. Regarding his remarks here’s my reply. a)No hot water 1st night-This guest arrived at 7:30 PM. I received a phone call at 8:12 PM notifying me of no hot water. I reported the problem to my team technician & he promptly arrived at the property at 8:30. It was discovered that the maid at mistakenly turned the breaker switch off. The problem was quickly resolved. The hot water tank is an instant system & warm water was readily available within 20 minutes. Please keep in mind that this is a 2 bdrm/2 bath unit & the guest could have used the 2nd bathroom where warm water was readily available. b)Lock on back door-There is no back door to this property. The condo is located on the 2nd floor & the locking mechanism in question was for the terrace slider door, which did not present a security issue. Unfortunately the damaged locking devise wasn’t reported by the team member who inspects the property for incoming guests. Due to the late hour the hardware store was closed. The technician said he would return early the next day with the part & secure the lock, which was accomplished. Guest reported all was done satisfactorily. c)Room with thin windows located directly above public restrooms, local guide co & storage for trash bins. Puerta Cortes Resort is a 1st class resort. There are no trash bins in the marina walkway. Residing within the marina core offers a very lively environment. My property is not over public restrooms. Its ideally located within the marina & close to the private beach club. Throughout the resort there are numerous restaurants, bakeries/coffee shops, retail stores, charter companies, a mini-market, medical clinic & yes public bathrooms. Please note that the guest in the PRO’S for the property remarks that a great café is below…interesting 🤔 d)Left early emailed owner-. Without any notice, just an email he was gone. No opportunity to discuss why he left. Guest demanded a partial refund. While I don’t agree with his comments we tried our best efforts, so I did refund the cost of the unit for the night he left early. End of Story I hope this review doesn’t detour you from reserving my condo. Marlene
